la fig. 1 représente de façon schématique un dispositif éolien suivant l'invention;
la fig. 2 représente une variante de la fig. 1.
This invention relates to a wind device.
The invention relates to a wind device which, thanks to its construction, can easily be adapted to particular circumstances, more particularly to geographic circumstances.
To this end, the invention relates to a wind turbine device having the essential characteristic that it consists of the combination of at least one wind turbine; means for increasing the wind speed towards the wind turbine, which consist at least of a wind guiding element which tapers conically in the direction of passage of the wind towards the wind turbine; and of a body which is at the entrance of the aforementioned wind guiding element at a fixed distance from this element.
It is clear that this device according to the invention offers the advantage that, during manufacture and / or assembly, the distance between said body and the guide element can easily be chosen according to the geographical location, that is to say to say depending on whether the device is to be installed in a region with strong winds or in a region with less strong winds.
The aforementioned body is preferably provided with a conical wall, so that the wind is concentrated at the outer contour.
In order to better demonstrate the characteristics of the invention, certain preferred embodiments are described below, by way of example and without limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which
fig. 1 schematically represents a wind device according to the invention;
fig. 2 shows a variant of FIG. 1.
As shown schematically in fig. 1, the wind device 1 according to the invention essentially consists of the combination of at least one wind turbine 2; means for increasing the wind speed towards the wind turbine 2, which consist at least of a wind guide element 3 which tapers conically in the direction of passage towards the wind turbine 2; and of a body 4 which is located at the inlet 5 of the aforementioned wind guide element 3 at a fixed distance from this element.
The wind guiding element 3 essentially consists of a conical mantle having a slope A which is preferably less than 20 degrees. The aim is that the difference in diameter at the inlet 5 compared to the outlet 6, in particular the reduction in diameter, produces an increase in the speed of the wind, directed towards the rotor 7 of the wind turbine 2.
The rotor diameter 7 corresponds approximately to the smallest diameter of the wind guiding element 3.
The body 4 has an outside diameter D1 which is smaller than the largest diameter D2 of the wind guide element 3.
The aforementioned body 4 is provided on the windward side, with a wall portion 8 which widens in the direction of the wind, said portion 8 being substantially curved or conical in order to obtain a concentration of the wind with the outer contour D1 .
The wall 8 is extended by a wall 9, which goes towards the guide element 3 and which tapers towards this element 3.
Preferably, said body 4 is produced in the form of a drop, arranged horizontally, the point 10 of which is directed towards said wind guiding element 3.
According to the embodiment of fig. 2, the body 4 is provided with a central passage 11 for the wind. This passage widens conically in the direction of the wind. However, this passage could also be cylindrical.
The assembly can pivot around an axis 12 by means of balls, rollers or bearings. The rotation control of this axis 12 is preferably done by an external or internal toothing provided on said assembly. It can be controlled by drive means 13.
The wind turbine 2, the wind guiding element 3 and the body 4 are, for this purpose, for example mounted on a frame 14 which, by means of a rotation axis 15, is pivotally mounted on a fixed frame. 16.
The operation of the device according to the invention can easily be deduced from FIGS. 1 and 2.
The assembly is always placed in the wind by the means of rotation, which can be controlled as a function of the measurement data which determines the direction of the wind.
Because the distance between the body 4 and the guide element 3 is chosen according to the geographical location during the construction or the assembly of the assembly, it is clear that wind conditions are always obtained at optimum wind turbine 2.
Since the central passage 11 widens conically, the wind flow at the outlet 17 is rather weak. This weak flow takes care that the turbulences which could occur behind the body 4 are weakened and have no disadvantageous influence on the overall flow of the wind.
According to an embodiment not shown, the wind guiding element 3 and said body 4 are fixedly mounted, while the wind turbine can be moved axially relative to the wind guiding element 3.
The present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the figures, but such a wind device can be produced in different shapes and dimensions, without thereby departing from the scope of the invention.
