The invention relates to a mechanical-hydraulic elevator according to the preamble of claim 1.
Mechanical-hydraulic lifts for people and loads are generally known. These lifts are operated with the usual hydraulic oil. The disadvantage is not only the high environmental hazard, but also the high temperature dependence of the viscosity of such hydraulic \ le, which makes the control of mechanical-hydraulic elevators difficult. It is often necessary to provide controlled throttle valves in order to achieve the same driving behavior for the elevator, even at different temperatures, which the hydraulic medium may have due to different ambient temperatures, but also due to the heating that occurs during operation.
The object of the invention is to show a mechanical-hydraulic elevator which avoids these disadvantages and which simplifies the control with a high level of operational reliability or stopping accuracy.
To achieve this object, a mechanical-hydraulic elevator is designed in accordance with the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
The particular advantage of the elevator according to the invention is that the hydraulic fluid consisting of the mixture of water and the additive has a viscosity which is essentially independent of the temperature, which means that the flow rates of the hydraulic fluid e.g. in the event of a delayed entry into a bus stop or a delayed start of the elevator, have it controlled in a particularly simple manner exclusively by means of passive throttles.
Since the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid is independent of temperature, the pump or its motor can always be operated with the same output.
Further advantages of the invention consist in the fact that the hydraulic fluid is non-flammable, or at most only very flame-retardant, is largely biodegradable and is waste water-neutral. The additives consist essentially of glycol.
Further developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The invention also has the advantage that the temperature-independent viscosity means that the power of the pump and of the electric motor driving this pump are independent of the temperature of the hydraulic fluid.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figure, which represents a mechanical-hydraulic elevator in a simplified schematic representation.
The elevator shown in the figure, which is, for example, a freight elevator in the area of a conveyor line provided for production or a passenger elevator, essentially consists of the elevator car 1, the lifting drive 2 formed by at least one hydraulic piston-cylinder arrangement, and guides 3 for Guide car 1 during the up and down movement.
A hydraulic unit with a control block is provided to control the lifting or driving movement of the elevator. In detail, this hydraulic unit comprises a closed tank 4 for holding a supply of hydraulic fluid, from a pressure line 5 provided and driven by an electric motor 6 Hydraulic pump and from the control block 8. The latter has three connections 9-11 in the illustrated embodiment. With the connection 9, the control block 8 is connected to the pressure line 5. A line 12 leading to the lifting device 2 is connected to the connection 10 of the control block 8 and a line 13 returning to the tank 4 is connected to the connection 14, specifically the latter for the hydraulic fluid under atmospheric pressure.
The control block 8 contains, in a connection 14 between the connections 9 and 10, a check valve 15, which only opens for a flow from the connection 9 to the other connection 10, but closes in the opposite direction. The control block 8 also contains two electromagnetically actuated control valves 16 and 17, of which the valve 16 serves as a lifting valve and the valve 17 as a lowering valve. The valve 16 is arranged between the connection 14 and the return line 13, specifically on the part of the connection 14 which lies between the connection 9 and the check valve 15. The valve 17 is arranged between the connection 14 and the line 13, specifically between the line 13 and the part of the connection 14 lying between the check valve 15 and the connection 10. The valve 16 has two switching or
Operating positions, namely an operating position in which the valve closes, and at least one further operating position in which the valve enables a throttled passage. The valve 17 has three operating positions, namely a locked position and two open positions with different throttling effects.
The electric motor 6 is located outside the tank 4 and is an air-cooled motor. In the embodiment shown, the pump 7 is arranged inside the tank 4 and is immersed in the hydraulic fluid there.
An air filter, which enables the necessary air volume compensation, and a fill level or fill level sensor 19, which monitors the level of the hydraulic fluid in the tank 4, are also provided on the tank 4. 20 is another sensor that monitors the concentration of additives in the hydraulic fluid. Both sensors 19 and 20 are connected to an electronic control and monitoring device 21, which e.g. if the fill level in tank 1 is too low or if the concentration of additives in the hydraulic fluid is too low, an acoustic and / or visual alarm signal and a shutdown of the elevator are initiated. A mixture of water and additives is used as the hydraulic liquid, the total proportion of additives being about 50%, based on 100% of the total mixture, in a preferred embodiment.
The additives are those that belong to German water hazard class 0 and that essentially improve the viscosity and temperature behavior of the hydraulic fluid.
Glycols or glycol-based additives are used as additives. Other additives for preventing the oxidation and aging of the hydraulic fluid and for improving the viscosity are possible.
The particular advantage of the hydraulic fluid consisting of the mixture of water and other additives can be seen in the fact that this hydraulic medium can be used in a wide temperature range and in particular also in the temperature range to be expected in practical use, for example between + 60 ° C. and - 20 ° C, has a viscosity that is almost independent of temperature. This also makes it possible, in particular, to control the movement of the car 1 when the vehicle is retracting into a stop in the elevator or when it is starting up by means of simple, passive throttles in the control valves 16 and 17. In particular, controlled throttles for the delayed entry into a stop and / or for the delayed start of the elevator cage are avoided, which are not only complex but also prone to failure.
It is particularly important to take into account that heat build-up in the hydraulic medium and thus an increase in temperature of this medium cannot be avoided during operation. This results from the way the hydraulics work. If the basket 1 is to be moved upward, the electric motor 6 is switched on when the control valve 17 is closed and the control valve 16 is open. Part of the hydraulic medium conveyed by the pump 7 flows via the control block 8 and the line 12 to the lifting device 2. However, part of the hydraulic medium conveyed by the pump 7 simultaneously flows via the open valve 16 or via the valve formed by this valve throttled flow path back into the tank 4, the throttling resulting in heating of the flow medium.
For an accelerated movement of the basket 1 upwards, the valve 16 is closed.
For the downward movement of the basket 1, with the engine 6 switched off, the control valve 17 is moved into one of its two open positions, first for a slow start down into the first position with a greater throttling effect and then for a faster downward movement into the second open position lower throttling effect, the control valve 17 being switched back to the first open position for a delay and for a slow start-up before the station is reached. In both open positions of the control valve 17 there is also a throttling of the flow medium and associated heating of this medium.
Since an essential component of the hydraulic fluid is water, which is subject to evaporation, it is essential for operational safety in the invention that the fill level in the tank is monitored by means of the sensor 19, but also the concentration of additives by means of the sensor 20.
With 22 and 23 two storage containers are designated in the figure, namely the storage container 22 for water, namely distilled water, and the storage container 23 for the additives. Both containers are each connected via an electrically controllable valve 24 to a line 25 leading to the tank 4. Both valves 24 can be controlled by the control device 21 in such a way that not only the level but also the composition of the hydraulic fluid in the tank 4 is maintained.
The pump 7 is, for example, a screw pump. A gear pump can also be used as a pump. The hydraulic medium is water mixed with glycol.
