Dies erfordert jedoch viel Platz.
Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch einen Teil eines Fensterladens gemäss der Erfindung mit Sonnen-Lamellen im offenen, quer gestellten Zustand;
The present invention relates to a shutter or blind according to the preamble of claim 1.
In general, buildings have shutters or blinds with pivoting sun slats. The swiveling of the sun slats makes it possible to regulate the incidence of light and the air supply according to individual wishes. However, if the sun slats are placed transversely in order to let in as much air as possible through air inlet slots, they also form a suitable entrance for insects. That is why windows or doors are additionally provided with insect protection devices. Known devices are fly screens which are fixedly mounted in the window opening or are designed as further window sashes. So that the slats of the shutter or blind can be placed across despite the fly screen to ensure sufficient air supply, the fly screen must be installed at a sufficiently large distance.
However, this takes up a lot of space. Due to the fineness of their mesh, fly screens inhibit the air supply, so that the transverse slats of the shutter arranged below hardly have any effect.
In addition, mosquito screens disturb the external appearance of the building and impair the incidence of light in the interior of the building
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a combination of shutters or blinds and an insect protection device which overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above.
This task is solved by a shutter or a blind with the features (of claim 1.
In the device according to the invention, the insect protection device is integrated in the shutter or in the blind, so that no additional space is required.
The insect protection slats arranged between two adjacent sun slats prevent insects from entering through the air inlet slots, since the insect protection slat touches one of the adjacent sun slats in the area of one of its longitudinal edges at least approximately over its entire length.
In one embodiment, the insect screen slat is made of a flexible material and is fastened to both the upper and the lower sun slat, the fastening being designed to be fixed or pivotable. Two insect protection slats are thus arranged on each sun slat.
In a preferred embodiment, the insect screen slat is only attached to its upper adjacent sun slat and folds down during the pivoting movement of the sun slats due to its own weight, its movement being braked by the support on the lower adjacent sun slat.
In a preferred embodiment with a pivotable insect protection slat fastened on one side, for each insect protection slat there is at least one latching means which limits the maximum pivoting angle of the insect protection slats and thus the sun slats.
The insect screen slat touches the long edges of the sun slats in any position. When the sun slats are closed, the lower edge of the insect screen slides along the surface of the lower sun slat.
The arrangement of the insect screen slats as a pivotable element that has a detachable connection on one side allows the sun slats to be cleaned without disassembly or partial disassembly being necessary.
In the accompanying drawings, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, which are explained in the following description. Show it
Figure 1 shows a cross section through part of a shutter according to the invention with sun slats in the open, transverse state.
Fig. 2 shows the cross section of FIG. 1 with sun slats in the closed state and
Fig. 3 is a view of another embodiment of a sun slat according to the invention.
1 shows a part of a shutter essential to the invention, this section, if it is part of a blind, being of identical design.
The shutter comprises several sun slats 2, two of which are shown here in FIG. 1. The sun slats 2 are pivotally held by means of pivot axes 25 in a frame 1, shown here with dashed lines. The frame 1 is part of the shutter in this embodiment. In the case of blinds, the frame is in the window or door reveal.
The sun slats 2 are preferably made of aluminum or plastic profiles. They have a lower and an upper lamella sheet 20, 21, which run parallel to one another offset and are connected to one another via a transition region 22. The width of the lower lamella leaf 20 corresponds at least approximately to the maximum achievable distance between two adjacent sun lamellae 2, and is preferably larger. The upper lamella leaf 21 is preferably of the same width or wider than the lower lamella leaf 20.
The pivot axis 25 runs at least approximately along the central axis of the lower lamella leaf 20, which is preferably directed towards the outside of the building when the shutter is closed. On this lower lamella sheet 20, a holder 26 for attaching an insect protection lamella 3 described below and a latching means in the form of a hanging rib 27 for locking a second insect protection lamella 3 are also formed.
The holder 26 is arranged on the lower edge removed from the upper lamella leaf 21 and has the shape of a folded tongue, the opening formed by the tongue being directed downwards or in the closed state of the sun lamellae 2 toward the inside of the building.
The hanging rib 27 forms the extension of the lower lamella leaf 20 in the transition region 22. It preferably runs over the entire length of the lamella leaf, but it can also be divided into individual sections. It is provided on its front edge with a nose 28 which is directed towards the transition region 22.
The upper lamella leaf 21 is preferably directed towards the inside of the building. It has a tapered region 23 on that edge, which is arranged at a distance from the lower lamella leaf 20, which merges into an end bead 24. The thickness of the end bead 24 is dimensioned such that it is aligned with the untapered area of the upper lamella leaf 21 in one plane.
An insect protection slat 3 is arranged on each sun slat 2, in this embodiment on the lower side thereof. Furthermore, a further insect protection slat is arranged above the uppermost sun slat, which is attached to the frame 1.
The insect screen lamella 3 has the shape of a flap which is held in a lower sun lamella 2 and can be supported on an adjacent, lower second sun lamella 2. The insect screen lamella 3 of the lowest sun lamella 2 can be supported on the frame 1, a hanging rib 27 with a nose 28 also being arranged on the frame 1.
The width of the insect screen lamella 3 is equal to or greater than the maximum achievable distance between two adjacent sun lamellae 2. It preferably has the same length as the sun lamellae. The insect protection lamella 3 is preferably designed to be permeable to air, for example it consists of a metal or plastic frame with an insect net or grille stretched therein.
The insect screen lamella 3 has a fastening bead 30 on one edge, which is held in a form-fitting manner in the holder 26 of the first sun lamella 2 so that it can pivot. In the area of the holder 26, the insect protection lamella 3 has a fold so that the insect protection lamella 3 can be pivoted at least up to an approximately parallel position to the lower lamella leaf 20, as shown in FIG. 2.
The other edge of the insect screen lamella 3 is formed onto a suspension bow 31 which can be brought into engagement with the suspension rib 27 of the lower sun louvre 2.
If the sun slats 2 are pivoted about their respective pivot axis 25 into the open, transversely placed state, as shown in FIG. 1, air inlet slots are formed between them. The insect protection slats 3 fold down due to their own weight until they rest on the adjacent lower sun slats 2. The maximum opening angle is defined by the position of the hanging rib 27. If this angle is reached, the hooking-in bend 31 of the insect protection lamella 3 engages in the nose 28 of the hooking-in rib 27. The insect screen slat 3 thus forms a strut between the two sun slats, which can therefore no longer be pivoted. The angle between the insect screen lamella 3 and a lower lamella leaf 20 is preferably less than 90 °.
The insect protection slat 3 thus forms a Z with the two lower slat leaves 20 of the adjacent sun slats 2.
The insect screen lamella 3 forms a connection, which extends over its entire length, between two adjacent sun lamellae, closes their air inlet slot and thus prevents insects from entering. However, the air supply is hardly affected.
Since the insect screen slat 3 only snaps into the hanging rib 27 by its own weight, it can be released again in a simple manner. This makes cleaning the shutters considerably easier.
When the sun slats 2 are closed, the insect protection slat 3 slides up along the lower sun slat 2, more precisely along the surface of the upper slat leaf 21, as can be seen from the arrows. Since the insect screen lamella 3 always rests or rests on the lower sun lamella 2, the intermediate space remains closed and the penetration of insects is prevented in any intermediate position.
In Fig. 2, two adjacent sun blades 2 are shown in the closed position. The end bead 24 of the lower sun lamella 2 rests on the transition area 22 of the upper sun lamella 2. The insect screen lamella 3 is arranged between the lower lamella leaf 20 of the upper sun lamella 2 and the upper lamella leaf 21 of the lower sun lamella 2, wherein it runs parallel to the lower lamella leaf 20 and abuts the upper lamella leaf 21. The suspension bow 31 lies on the tapered area 23, so that the adjacent sun slats 2 can be pivoted as close as possible to one another. The distances between the pivot axes 25 are dimensioned such that the lower edge of the lower lamella leaf 20 of the upper sun lamella 2 provided with the holder 26 comes to lie above the suspension rib 27 of the lower sun lamella 2.
In the embodiment described above, the air supply is ensured only by the insect protection slats 3. The sun slats 2 themselves are airtight.
3 shows a view of a further embodiment of a sun louvre 3 according to the invention, which has at least partial areas which are provided with air inlet openings.
The upper lamella leaf 21 consists of a hollow profile made of aluminum or plastic, as a result of which it has the lowest possible weight. The lower lamella sheet 20 and preferably also the transition area 22 are formed from a punched solid profile of the same material as the upper lamella sheet 21. The punchings form air inlet openings 29, as a result of which the air supply into the interior of the building is increased.
The insect protection is ensured by the fact that the punchings are as small as possible or run diagonally through the profile thickness, so that no passages are created perpendicular to the profile surface. In another embodiment, not shown here, the lower lamella leaf and preferably also the transition area is provided with an insect net or grid.
The adjustability of the sun slats is not influenced by the inventions. The traditional solution with a center bar is just as feasible as the more recently used solution variants with side controls.
