Fig. 1 eine rein schematische Darstellung eines mit einer erfindungsgemässen Antriebssteuerung ausgerüsteten Einachstraktors;
The present invention relates to a method for driving control of a single-axle tractor with a hydrostatic travel drive via two hydraulic motors, each of which acts on a drive wheel and with a separately steerable upstream implement or a work implement attached via a drawbar, wherein there are adjustable steering valves between a hydraulic pump and the two hydraulic motors. Via which the hydraulic motors are supplied with hydraulic fluid in such a way that when driving straight ahead both receive the same filling and when cornering the inside hydraulic motor receives a reduced filling depending on the curve radius. The valve control also works analogously for reversing.
Safe operation of the single-axle tractor while protecting the terrain is increasingly required, which can only be achieved by suitable control of the drive motors.
When single-axle tractors are used, particularly in difficult terrain, high demands are placed on safety and driving comfort, especially where the tractor is operated with an upstream or with a towed implement equipped with a fixed drawbar.
This protection of the terrain could be achieved by controlling the steering valves of the valve arrangement in addition to the steering of the tractor. However, this is hardly feasible, especially when operating single-axle tractors, since the difficulties of the terrain often require full attention and additional operation of the valve arrangement is to be avoided.
The object of the present invention was therefore to develop a drive control which can be used successfully in practice without imposing hardly any requirements on the driver.
This object was achieved according to the invention in a drive control of a single-axle tractor of the type defined at the outset in that the steering valves are actuated and thus the hydraulic motors of the tractor are powered depending on the steering deflection of the handlebars of the upstream or the drawbar position with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tractor. Preferably, the position of the handlebar of the upstream or the fixed drawbar of the towed implement is mechanically transmitted to the steering valves, this mechanical transmission of the control movements e.g. via suitably trained and arranged control linkage.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. It shows:
1 shows a purely schematic illustration of a single-axle tractor equipped with a drive control according to the invention;
Fig. 2 purely schematically a single-axle tractor with an upstream implement with wheels steerable via a handlebar, and
Fig. 3 is a view similar to Fig. 2 with attached to the single-axle tractor with fixed drawbar.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows purely schematically a single-axle tractor with the usual internal combustion engine 1 as the central drive element, the clutch 2, a two-stage PTO circuit 3 for a PTO shaft 12, a hydraulic oil tank 4, a \ l filter 5, a filling pump 6 for a hydraulic pump 13 (with adjustable power).
The drive wheels 9 of the single-axle tractor are each driven by a hydraulic motor 7 via a freewheel 8. Furthermore, a differential 11 and two individual parking brakes are provided.
Between the hydraulic pump 13 and the two hydraulic motors 7, a valve arrangement 14 is provided which allows both hydraulic motors 7 to be operated with the same filling when the tractor is traveling straight ahead (serial connection of the two motors), but with one of the motors when cornering depending on the direction and curve radius to operate the normal filling, but to provide the other engine with a reduced filling (between normal filling and zero). The normal filling can be set variably on the hydrostat 13.
The valve arrangement 14 allows the degree of filling of the motors 7 to be adjusted continuously or in stages, depending on the position of the adjusting lever 17, via the steering valves 15, 16 (one of which is optionally in the normal operating position for driving straight ahead).
The essence of the invention is now that the actuation of the adjusting lever 17, i.e. the control of the steering valves 15, 16 and thus finally the control of the hydraulic motors 7 of the tractor as a function of the steering deflection of the handlebar of an upstream implement is preferably carried out via a suitable control linkage 18.
If, instead of an upstream implement (permanently connected to the tractor, but with wheels that can be controlled via a handlebar), an attached implement with a fixed or rigid drawbar is used, the steering valves are activated depending on the drawbar position with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tractor, also preferably mechanically via a suitable control linkage.
These two variants are shown purely schematically in FIGS. 2 and 3.
Fig. 2 shows a single-axle tractor 20 with an upstream implement A, the wheels 21 are controllable via a handlebar 22. The steering deflection of the handlebar 22 is used to operate the valve arrangement 24 (device 14 in FIG. 1) via a linkage 23.
The same applies to the tractor 30 according to FIG. 3, to which a working implement 32 with a rigid drawbar 31 and running wheels 33 is attached. Here, the valve arrangement 34 is actuated mechanically via a control linkage 35 as a function of the position of the drawbar 31 with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tractor. As soon as the tractor is forced out of the assumed direction of travel via its spars 35, the drawbar 31 is pivoted by an angle a with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tractor and thus influences the drive of the tractor wheels 9.
