Description
Die gegenständliche Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Füllkörpern für Verpakkungszwecke, wobei zwei endlose Streifen eines Verpackungsmaterials aus Papier oder Kunststoff ineinander verwunden werden und der hierdurch gebildete Schlauch in einzelne Füllkörper unterteilt wird.
Es ist bekannt, Füllkörper für Verpackungszwekke dadurch herzustellen, dass von zwei nebeneinander befindlichen Rollen zwei Streifen eines Verpackungsmaterials abgezogen werden, wobei die beiden Streifen einerseits in sich verwunden werden und andererseits miteinander verdreht werden. Hierdurch wird ein Schlauch aus Verpackungsmaterial gebildet, welcher anschliessend in einzelne Füllkörper unterteilt wird. Da hierfür die einzelnen Streifen in sich verwunden und weiters miteinander verdreht werden müssen, erfordert die Herstellung dieser bekannten Füllkörper aufwendige Vorrichtungen, um diese Verfahrensschritte durchführen zu können.
Der gegenständlichen Erfindung liegt demnach die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zu schaffen, durch welches derartige Füllkörper in wesentlich einfacher Weise hergestellt werden können, wobei hierfür keinerlei Vorrichtungen erforderlich sind. Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erzielt, dass aus dem Innenbereich einer ersten Rolle eines Verpackungsmaterials ein erster Streifen abgezogen wird, welcher in der Folge durch den Innenbereich einer zweiten Rolle eines Verpackungsmaterials hindurchgeführt und aus diesem zugleich mit einem zweiten Streifen herausgezogen wird, worauf der aus diesen beiden ineinander befindlichen und in sich verwundenen Streifen gebildete Schlauch in einzelne Füllkörper unterteilt wird.
Da dabei beide Streifen, da sie aus den inneren Bereichen der beiden Rollen herausgezogen werden, schon in sich verwunden sind, bedarf es keines weiteren Vorganges um diese Verwindung zu erzielen. Da weiters der vom inneren Bereich der ersten Rolle abgezogene Streifen durch den inneren Bereich der zweiten Rolle hindurchgezogen wird, erfolgt hierdurch gleichzeitig die Verdrehung der beiden Streifen miteinander.
Sofern hierfür das Erfordernis besteht, kann der erste Streifen, bevor er in den inneren Bereich der zweiten Rolle eingeführt wird, in Richtung seiner Verwindung noch weitergehend verwunden werden. Ebenso kann auch der aus der zweiten Rolle abgezogene Schlauch in Richtung seiner Verwindung noch weitergehend verwunden werden. Zur Erzielung der erforderlichen Packungsdichte kann es dabei zweckmässig sein, dass während des Abziehens der beiden Streifen die Wickelachsen der Rollen der beiden Streifen von Verpackungsmaterial miteinander einen Winkel von 30 DEG bis 120 DEG , insbesondere von 90 DEG , einschliessen.
Eine erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens besteht vorzugsweise aus einem fahrbaren Traggestell, welches mit Trageinrichtungen für zwei Rollen von Verpackungsmaterial ausgebildet ist und an welchem eine Schneidvorrichtung vorgesehen ist. Insbesondere kann das Traggestell im Bereich der Bodenfläche mit zumindest einer angenähert horizontal ausgerichteten Konsole versehen sein, auf welche eine erste Rolle von Verpackungsmaterial, deren Wickelachse lotrecht ausgerichtet ist, aufsetzbar ist und kann es in einem Abstand, welcher gleich oder grösser als die Breite des ersten Streifens ist, mit einer zweiten Tragfläche für eine zweite Rolle an Verpackungsmaterial, deren Wickelachse angenähert waagrecht ausgerichtet ist, versehen sein.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Die Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen eine erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung, in axonometrischer Darstellung, wobei drei unterschiedliche Stadien der Erzeugung von Füllkörpern dargestellt sind.
Eine erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Traggestell 1, welches mittels Rollen 10, verfahrbar ist. Im Bereich der Bodenfläche dieses Traggestells 1 ist dieses mit einer Konsole 11 ausgebildet, auf welcher eine erste Rolle 2 eines streifenförmigen Verpackungsmaterials so aufgestellt wird, dass die Rollenachse angenähert vertikal ausgerichtet ist. Weiters ist das Traggestell 1 mit einer zweiten Tragfläche 12 ausgebildet, welche sich oberhalb der oberen Stirnfläche der Rolle 2 befindet und welche zur Aufnahme einer zweiten Rolle 3 eines streifenförmigen Verpackungsmaterials dient. Im Abstand von dieser Rolle 3 ist auf der Tragfläche 10 eine Schneidvorrichtung 4 vorgesehen.
Nachstehend ist anhand der Fig. 2 und 3 erläutert, auf welche Weise Füllkörper für Verpackungszwecke hergestellt werden. Wie dies in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist, wird in einem ersten Verfahrensschritt aus dem inneren Bereich der ersten Rolle 2 in axialer Richtung ein erster Streifen abgezogen, welcher die Form eines Schlauches 21 aufweist. In weiterer Folge wird dieser Schlauch 21 in den inneren Bereich der zweiten Rolle 3 eingeführt und durch diesen hindurchgezogen. Aus der Rolle 3 wird dann ein Schlauch 31, welcher aus zwei in sich verwundenen Streifen an Verpackungsmaterial besteht, herausgezogen. Dieser Schlauch 31 wird mittels der Schneidvorrichtung 4 in einzelne Füllkörper unterteilt.
Da das Traggestell mit Rollen 10 ausgebildet ist, kann es an jeweils diejenige Stelle verfahren werden, wo derartige Füllkörper für Verpackungszwekke benötigt werden. Unterhalb der oberen Tragfläche 12 kann das Traggestell mit einem Speicherraum für weitere Rollen versehen sein. Das Verpackungsmaterial kann aus Papier oder einem Kunststoff bestehen.
The subject invention relates to a method for producing packing elements for packaging purposes, two endless strips of packaging material made of paper or plastic being twisted into one another and the tube formed thereby being subdivided into individual packing elements.
It is known to produce packing elements for packaging purposes by pulling off two strips of packaging material from two rolls located next to one another, the two strips being twisted on the one hand and being rotated with one another on the other. As a result, a tube of packaging material is formed, which is then divided into individual fillers. Since the individual strips have to be twisted and further twisted with one another for this purpose, the production of these known packing elements requires complex devices in order to be able to carry out these process steps.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a method by which such packing elements can be produced in a substantially simple manner, no devices being required for this. This is achieved according to the invention in that a first strip is drawn off from the inner region of a first roll of packaging material, which is subsequently passed through the inner region of a second roll of packaging material and is simultaneously pulled out of this with a second strip, after which the second strip is removed nested and twisted strips formed tube is divided into individual packing.
Since both strips are already twisted because they are pulled out of the inner areas of the two rolls, no further process is required to achieve this twist. Furthermore, since the strip pulled from the inner region of the first roller is pulled through the inner region of the second roller, the twisting of the two strips takes place at the same time.
If this is required, the first strip can be twisted further in the direction of its twisting before it is introduced into the inner region of the second roll. Likewise, the hose drawn off from the second roll can also be twisted further in the direction of its twisting. In order to achieve the required packing density, it may be expedient for the winding axes of the rolls of the two strips of packaging material to form an angle with one another of 30 ° to 120 °, in particular 90 °, while the two strips are being pulled off.
A device according to the invention for carrying out this method preferably consists of a mobile support frame which is designed with support devices for two rolls of packaging material and on which a cutting device is provided. In particular, the support frame can be provided in the area of the bottom surface with at least one approximately horizontally oriented console, on which a first roll of packaging material, the winding axis of which is oriented perpendicularly, can be placed and can be at a distance which is equal to or greater than the width of the first Strip is provided with a second wing for a second roll of packaging material, the winding axis of which is aligned approximately horizontally.
The object of the invention is explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 to 3 show a device according to the invention, in an axonometric view, three different stages of the production of packing elements being shown.
A device according to the invention consists of a support frame 1 which can be moved by means of rollers 10. In the area of the bottom surface of this support frame 1, this is formed with a bracket 11, on which a first roll 2 of a strip-shaped packaging material is placed in such a way that the roll axis is approximately vertically aligned. Furthermore, the support frame 1 is formed with a second support surface 12, which is located above the upper end face of the roll 2 and which serves to receive a second roll 3 of a strip-shaped packaging material. At a distance from this roller 3, a cutting device 4 is provided on the wing 10.
The way in which packing elements are produced for packaging purposes is explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. As shown in FIG. 2, in a first method step, a first strip, which has the shape of a tube 21, is drawn off from the inner region of the first roller 2 in the axial direction. Subsequently, this hose 21 is inserted into the inner region of the second roller 3 and pulled through it. A hose 31, which consists of two twisted strips of packaging material, is then pulled out of the roll 3. This hose 31 is divided into individual packing elements by means of the cutting device 4.
Since the support frame is designed with rollers 10, it can be moved to the point where such packing elements are required for packaging purposes. Below the upper wing 12, the support frame can be provided with a storage space for additional roles. The packaging material can consist of paper or a plastic.
