Abstract

The supporting portion can have two carrying loops (2), while the locking one can have a portion (4) at one end inserted in a slot (5) at the other end. The paper used can be tear- and moisture-resistant, retaining sufficient strength in up to five hours rain, while being water-soluble after mechanical treatment. The strip can be used with a box of corrugated or plain cardboard, plastics or wood, forming stacking space for a bundle of waste paper. A side compartment can be provided in the box for storage of paper strip.

  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Band aus Papier zum Bündeln von Altpapier, insbesondere von Zeitschriften und gefalteten Zeitungen, gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1. 



  Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. 



  Es zeigen: 
 
   Fig. 1 das Altpapierbündelband bestehend aus dem Tragbandteil 1 mit zwei Tragschlaufen 2 sowie dem Verschlussbandteil 3 mit gezähntem Durchsteckstück 4 an einem Ende und dem Verschlussschlitz 5 am andern Ende. Die zwei Bandteile sind im jeweiligen Mittelteil 6 miteinander verbunden, zum Beispiel verleimt oder verschlauft. 
   Fig. 2 die Altpapiersammelbox 7 mit Seitenfach 8 als Bündelbanddepot, ein in die Box eingelegtes Bündelband 9 (gemäss Fig. 1) sowie ein fertiges Altpapierstandardbündel 10, das mit dem Verschlussbandteil 3 verschlossen ist. 
   Fig. 3 ein Standardaltpapierbündel 10, das mit dem Bündelband 9 (gemäss Fig. 1) erstellt wurde und mit den Tragschlaufen 2 bequem transportiert werden kann. 
 



  Das Bündelband besteht aus einem Tragbandteil mit zwei Tragschlaufen oder Traggriffschlitzen sowie einem Verschlussbandteil mit einem gezähnten Durchsteckstück und einem Verschlussschlitz. In einer Weiterentwicklung kann der Verschlussbandteil eventuell gleichzeitig als Tragbandteil mit Tragschlaufe verwendet werden. Das Band wird aus reissfestem, feuchtigkeitresistentem jedoch nicht nassfestem Papier hergestellt. Das Material kann im Recyclingprozess für die Zeitungspapierherstellung verarbeitet werden. 



  Vor dem Stapeln des Altpapiers wird das Bündelband in eine spezielle Altpapiersammelbox eingelegt. Als Stapelhilfe können selbstverständlich auch andere, bereits auf dem Markt erhältliche Behältnisse verwendet werden. 



  Die Box kann ein Standardaltpapierbündel von ca. 24 (B) x 34 (L) x 24 cm (H) aufnehmen und hat ein Seitenfach das als Bündelbanddepot dient. Die Box kann aus Wellkarton oder anderem Material wie Flachkarton, Kunststoff, Holz usw. hergestellt werden. 



  Nach Fertigstellung und Verschnürung des Altpapierbündels lässt es sich mittels den Tragschlaufen bequem transportieren und im Zwischenlager aufgrund der kubischen Form und der erreichten Stabilität problemlos stapeln. 



  Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen:
 - dass die lästige Bündelung mittels Schnüren oder Stoffbändeln für die Bereitstellung des Altpapiers entfällt
 - dass die haushaltinterne Sammlung von Altpapier und das Handling bis zur Bereitstellung für die Abholung wesentlich vereinfacht wird
 - dass die Schnüre, die den Recyclingprozess stören und in einer Vorsortierung manuell entfernt werden müssen,

   wegfallen und dadurch die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Altpapierrecyclings wesentlich gesteigert werden kann
 - dass sich die mit dem Bündelband erstellten Altpapierbündel durch die mechanischen Einwirkungen auf dem Transport von der Haushaltung bis zum Verarbeitungsort selbst öffnen und dadurch die Störungen im Auflöseprozess (Pulper) durch noch nicht geöffnete Papierbündel entfallen
 - dass Bündelband und Sammelbox als Informationsträger zugunsten eines optimalen und wirtschaftlichen Recyclings verwendet werden können.

  The bundle band consists of a carrying strap part with two carrying loops or handle slits, as well as a fastening strap part with a serrated push-through piece and a fastening slit. In a further development, the fastening tape part can possibly also be used simultaneously as a carrying tape part with a carrying loop. The tape is made from tear-resistant, moisture-resistant but not wet-strength paper. The material can be processed in the recycling process for newsprint production.



  Before the waste paper is stacked, the bundle tape is placed in a special waste paper collection box. Of course, other containers already available on the market can also be used as stacking aids.



  The box can hold a standard waste paper bundle of approx. 24 (W) x 34 (L) x 24 cm (H) and has a side compartment that serves as a bundle tape depot. The box can be made from corrugated cardboard or other material such as flat cardboard, plastic, wood, etc.



  After completion and tying of the waste paper bundle, it can be easily transported using the carrying straps and easily stacked in the intermediate storage due to the cubic shape and the stability achieved.



  The advantages that can be achieved with the invention can essentially be seen in:
 - That the annoying bundling by means of cords or fabric bands for the provision of the waste paper is eliminated
 - That the internal household collection of waste paper and the handling up to the preparation for collection is simplified considerably
 - that the cords, which disrupt the recycling process and have to be removed manually in a pre-sorting,

   can be eliminated and the cost-effectiveness of waste paper recycling can be increased significantly
 - that the waste paper bundles created with the bundle belt open themselves due to the mechanical effects on the transport from the household to the processing location and thus the disruptions in the pulping process due to paper bundles that have not yet been opened are eliminated
 - That the bundle band and collection box can be used as information carriers in favor of optimal and economical recycling.

Claims

1. Tape made of paper for bundling waste paper, in particular magazines and folded newspapers, characterized in that it consists of a sealing tape part for closing the waste paper bundle and a supporting tape part connected to it.
