7. Hair prosthesis according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the hair (4) fixed on the base (3) covering the ungrafted area of the skull has an identical appearance to that which is grafted on said area openwork (5) of the skull.

8. A method of treating baldness using a hair prosthesis according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that:

a) the prosthesis (1) is fixed on the skull comprising a bald part and a part comprising hair grafts (8), so that said perforated zone (5) of the base of the prosthesis covers said part comprising grafts of hair (8),

b) hair grafts (8) are allowed to grow and after a new implantation of hair grafts (8a) in an area adjacent to the previous one, a new prosthesis (1 A) of smaller size is applied to the skull. not covering the first grafted part of the skull, but comprising an openwork area (5A) which fits onto the newly grafted part of the skull,

c) after having allowed the hair grafts (8a) to grow in the second grafted area, the procedure is carried out as above with a new prosthesis, and d) the above operations are repeated until the whole part of the skull is trimmed real grafted hair.

9. Method according to claim 8, characterized in that the openwork areas (5, 5A) of the successive prostheses (1, 1 A) evolve from the part corresponding to the front of the skull to the back of the skull.
