Abstract

Massgeblich hierfür sind zwei Gründe, nämlich zum einen die Rauhigkeit oder Unebenheit der Gegenstände, die man festhalten will und sich nicht halten, weil sich kein Vakuum bilden lässt und zum zweiten die Erklärungsbedürftigkeit des Artikels im Verkauf. Vielfach weisen Teller oder Schüsseln an ihrer Unterseite Rippen, gravierte Inschriften oder Trennnähte der Herstellungsformen auf, die ein dichtendes Anliegen der oberen Membran verunmöglichen. Ferner hat sich gezeigt, dass im Haushalt zusätzliche, lose Teile auch wenn diese noch so nützlich sind, unbenutzt in einem Schrank liegen bleiben. Damit der Stützring mit der Membran und dem konzentrischen Zugring mit den Formteilen des mit dem Behälter verbundenen Ringes bleibt, bringt man vorteilhafterweise am letztgenannten Ring Federzungen an, die mit Anschlägen am Zugring zusammenwirken. Die Erfindung ist besonders geeignet im Zusammenhang mit Futternäpfen für Tiere, Schüsseln, und hier insbesonders Teigrührschüsseln, sowie Kinderteller. Selbstverständlich lässt sich das erfindungsgemässe Mittel zur Erhöhung der Standfestigkeit bei allen anderen offenen Behältnissen auch anbringen. In der Fig. 1 ist das Behältnis 1 strichliniert dargestellt. An seinem gewölbten Boden ist ein ungefähr senkrecht davon abstehender ringförmiger Kragen 2, der die Standfläche bildet, angespritzt, im Normalfall würde das Behältnis 1 direkt auf diesem Kragen stehen. Erfindungsgemäss ist nun dieses offene Behältnis 1, das eine Schüssel, ein Napf, ein Kinderteller oder dergleichen sein kann, mit einem Mittel ausgerüstet, welches die Standfestigkeit des offenen Behältnisses erhöht. Hierzu ist im Kragen 2 ein Ring 6 eingepresst, der zusätzlich mit dem offenen Behältnis 1 verschweisst oder verklebt ist. Ist das Behältnis 1 aus Kunststoff, so wird man insbesondere eine Verschweissung vornehmen, ist jedoch das Behältnis aus Keramik, kommt vorzugs-mässig eine Verklebung in Frage. Das Gegenstück, welches mit dem Ring 6 zusammenwirkt, umfasst drei Elemente. Zu unterst ist die Membran 3 aus einem relativ weichen und elastischen Kunststoff. Die Membran 3 hat die Form einer Scheibe, mit einem nach oben vorstehenden, peripher umlaufenden Rand 31.
