Die Erfindung betrifft ein wasserverdiinnbares Bindemittel, bestehend aus einer flüssigen Komponente pflanzlichen Ursprungs, z.B. einem Pflanzenöl, homogen vermischt mit einem festen Harz, insbesondere zur Venwendung bei Farben, Lacken, Klebern und dgl. Weiterhin ist es von Nachteil, dass bei der Beseitigung von Gegenständen, welche mit derartigen Farben, Lacken oder Klebstoffen beschichtet sind, eine hohe Umweltbelastung auftritt, die durch die für das Bindemittel verwendeten umweltschädlichen Lösungsmittel bedingt ist. Die Vermischung von Harz und Öl erfolgt entweder durch Schmelzen und anschliessendem Vermischen des erhitzten Harzes mit dem Öl oder durch die Dispergierung des Harzes in Öl mittels Dissolvers oder eines Rührwerks.
