Technisches Gebiet

Technical field
The invention is based on a workpiece carrier for receiving a stator of an electrical machine that is constructed from a laminated core and aligned with a horizontal axis during its manufacture, with a base plate that can be transported on a conveyor belt and can be removed from the conveyor belt, and a holder fastened on the base plate for fixing the laminated core.
State of the art
Here, the invention relates to a state of the art, as it results for example from EP 0 191 195 B1 and EP 0 209 162 A2. In these patent publications, production lines for the production of stators for electrical machines are described, in which the stators are constructed from laminated cores and are each arranged on a workpiece carrier during production. These workpiece carriers are transported by conveyor belts to various processing stations on the production lines and removed from the conveyor belts at the individual stations. By successively passing through the individual processing stations, the stator is produced from the laminated core located on each of the workpiece carriers with the application of insulation, power connections and windings.
It is of advantage in terms of production technology that the laminated core on the workpiece carrier does not have to be unloaded at the individual stations. This applies in particular if, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 5 of EP 0 209 162 A1, the stator to be manufactured is arranged on the workpiece carrier with a horizontal axis, since in this case pivoting movements are eliminated at the individual processing stations.
Brief description of the invention
The invention, as defined in claims 1 and 11, is based on the object of specifying a workpiece carrier which can accommodate laminated cores of different stack heights, and at the same time to provide a device using this workpiece carrier for the automatic production of stators for electrical machines, in which without Conversion work stators of different lengths can be manufactured.
The workpiece carrier according to the invention is characterized by a compact structure and at the same time enables different functions to be carried out in a simple manner, such as holding sheet metal packages of different package heights, applying power connections, clamping wire ends after winding the metal sheet packages and transmitting input data to the processing stations the manufacturing device.
The manufacturing device equipped with such a workpiece carrier according to the invention is characterized by a high degree of flexibility and makes it possible for sheet metal packages of different package heights and power connections of different arrangement to be used during the production process without manually influencing the production process.
Brief description of the drawings
In the drawings, an embodiment of the invention is shown. Here shows:
1 is a front view of a workpiece carrier receiving a stator of an electrical machine according to the invention,
2 is a plan view of a workpiece carrier according to FIG. 1 cut along II-II, FIG.
Fig. 3 is a side view of the workpiece carrier according to Fig. 1, and
4 shows a basic diagram of a device for the automatic production of stators of electrical machines with a workpiece carrier according to FIG. 1.
Way of carrying out the invention
The workpiece carrier shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 contains a base plate 3 carried by two supports 1, 2, on which a holder 4 for fixing a laminated core 5 is fastened. The holder 4 has two portal-like columns 6, 7 and two guide devices 8, 9 (FIG. 2), which are held on the base plate 3.
A vertically aligned plate 10 is fastened to the columns 6, 7 at a distance from the base plate 3 at half height and contains a recess adapted to the laminated core 5, in which one end of the laminated core 5 is mounted. The end face of this end of the laminated core 5 is guided against stops 11, 12 which are held by the plate 10. The columns 6, 7 of the holder 4 also carry wire clamps 13, 14, 15 and 16.
The guide devices 8, 9 are spaced apart from one another in the horizontal direction. They are mirror-symmetrical to each other and each contain a horizontally oriented, round guide rod 17 or 18, a fork piece 19 or 20 which can be displaced along the guide rod 17 or 18 and a locking mechanism 21 or 22 which acts on the fork piece 19 or 20 Both ends of each fork piece are guided on the guide rod 17 and 18, respectively. The two fork heads of the fork pieces 19, 20 carry a vertically aligned plate 23, with which they form a slide which can be guided on the guide rods 17 and 18, respectively. The plate 23 is arranged at half the height parallel to the plate 10. Corresponding to the plate 10, the plate 23 also has a recess adapted to the laminated core 5, in which the other end of the laminated core 5 is mounted.
The end face of this end of the laminated core 5 is guided against stops 24 and 25, which are held by the plate 23.
The ratchets 21 and 22 each have a locking piece 26 and 27, which is guided between the fork ends on the guide rod 17 and 18, and a rack 28 which can be fixed in the guide direction and into which, when the locking piece 26 or 27 is blocked, teeth of the blocked locking piece intervention. The toothed racks, for example the toothed rack 28, are guided against the action of a spring, for example the tension spring 29, in at least one link, for example the links 30 and 31. The backdrop can be moved on command against the force of the spring 29 by means of a drive in the direction of an arrow 32 (Fig. 2). The locking piece 26 or 27 is supported on one side on one end of the fork piece 19 or 20 and on the other side on a compression spring 33 or 34.
This compression spring 33 and 34 is guided on the guide rod 17 and 18 and in turn is supported on the other end of the fork piece.
The slide formed by the fork pieces 19, 20 and the plate 23 can be moved in the direction of an arrow 35 when the locking mechanisms are unlocked on command by means of a drive (FIG. 2). With a suitable dimensioning of the guide device 9 acted upon by the drive, the guide device 8 can possibly be omitted.
36 denotes a data carrier into which data can be written and read, for example, inductively by a sensor with a write and read unit. The workpiece carrier shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 serves to accommodate a stator of an electrical machine, which stator is constructed from the laminated core 5 and is aligned with a horizontal axis, during its automatic production in a production line shown schematically in FIG. 4. This production line contains a packaging station 40, in which the laminated core 5 is produced by stacking and welding similar laminations, as well as conveyor belts 41, 42, 43 moving in the direction of the arrow, on which the laminated packages 5 and the workpiece carriers provided with the reference numeral 44 are transported to different production stations .
Before the stator is manufactured from the laminated core 5, however, the length of the laminated core 5 is first determined in a measuring device 45 and the determined value of a device, not shown, for adjusting the plates 10 and 23 of the workpiece carrier 44 to the laminated core spacing, an automatic insulation machine 46, in which insulation is produced , which are cut to the length of the laminated core, and transferred to the data carrier 36.
The plate adjusting device, not shown, first issues a command to the drive symbolized by the arrow 32 (FIG. 2), as a result of which the toothed rack 28 is moved to the right in a link-guided manner and the toothed rack of the locking mechanism 21, which is not designated, is moved to the left in a link-guided manner. The two racks come out of engagement with the two locking pieces 26 and 27, so that the two ratchets 21 and 22 are unlocked.
At the same time, the plate setting device issues a command to the drive symbolized by the arrow 35, whereby, depending on the length of the laminated core 5 to be used, the carriage containing the plate 23 is moved away from the fixed plate 10 or towards the fixed plate 10 until the distance between the two plates 10 and 23 between the stops 11, 12 and 24, 25 is sufficient to insert the laminated core 5 with its two ends into the not designated recesses of the two plates 10 and 23. As soon as this distance is reached, the ratchets 21 and 22 are locked. For this purpose, the racks, such as the rack 28, which are symbolized by the arrows 32 and are only standing under the action of the tension springs, such as the spring 29, are guided inwards against the locking pieces 21 and 22.
The tool carrier 44 set in this way is fed to a loading station provided on the automatic insulation machine 46. There it is loaded with the laminated core 5, in which the suitably cut insulations have previously been inserted. During loading, the plate 23 is first displaced by the drive symbolized by the arrow 35 (FIG. 2) against the action of the compression springs 33, 34, as a result of which the distance between the two plates 10 and 23 is increased. The laminated core is then inserted into the recesses of the two plates, which are not designated, and, after the drive has been canceled by the force of the compression springs 33, 34, is clamped between the stops 11, 12 and 24, 25.
The loaded workpiece carrier 44 with the laminated core 5 already provided with insulation and with the data carrier 36 coded with the specifications of the stator is conveyed from the conveyor belt 42 to a machine 47 for setting end plates 48 and for attaching power connections 49 (FIG. 2). A lifting device integrated in these machines engages in openings 50, which are provided in the base plate 3 of the workpiece carrier (FIG. 2) and guides the workpiece carrier and thus the laminated core 5 in the vertical direction with rotation by 90 ° against a prism stop, as a result of which Sheet package 5 is fixed for the subsequent manufacturing processes.
If the power connections 49 are only attached to the end fixed to the fixed plate 10, as can be seen from FIG. 2, in most of the following manufacturing steps the automatic manufacturing machines can be set independently of the package height. This is of particular advantage when manufacturing stators of different lengths.
The laminated core 5 provided with end disks and power connections is guided to a processing station which has two automatic winding machines 51, 52 connected in parallel. At this processing station, the loaded workpiece carrier 44 is loaded onto a 2-station rotary table. The first station of this table carries out the loading of the workpiece carrier 44 from the conveyor belt 42 onto the table or from the table onto the conveyor belt, whereas the second station carries out the winding of the laminated core 5 held by the workpiece carrier 44. After loading the workpiece carrier 44 on the table, the latter is rotated by 180 ° and guided to the winding stations of the automatic winding machines 51 or 52.
The automatic winder provided with a readable and writable sensor has previously decrypted the information about the nature of the laminated core 5 supplied via the data carrier 36 and automatically adapted its shaping to the given laminated core height, so that the laminated core 5 is immediately shaped and reached after reaching its winding position can be wound. A further workpiece carrier supplied by the conveyor belt 42 can in the meantime be transported to the other automatic winding machine, since the first station of the 2-station rotary table is then free and the further workpiece carrier with the conveyor belt reaches a 2-station rotary table assigned to the other automatic winding machine via this station can.
After the winding, the winding wires are fixed in the wire clamps 13, 14, 15 and 16 provided on the workpiece carrier and the protruding wires are cut off. The workpiece carrier 44 is then rotated back through 180 ° into the first station of the table and unloaded onto the conveyor belt. Advantageously, turning devices 53, 54 are provided in front of and behind the automatic winding machines 51 and 52, which each rotate the workpiece carrier 44 by 180 ° about the vertical and thus cause the winding of the laminated core 5 in the automatic winding machine 51, 52 in a position of the workpiece carrier 44 can be carried out in which the fixed plate 10 points in the direction of the conveyor belt 42.
The automatic winding machines 51 and 52 can then, like all other processing devices, be serviced uniformly from one side and at the same time it is ensured that laminated cores of different heights can be automatically wound.
In subsequent processing steps, the workpiece carrier 44 successively arrives at machines operating in tandem, such as one of two wire-laying machines 55, 56, a wire-cutting machine 57, a welding machine 58, a testing machine 59 and a baking machine 60, and then finally at one Transfer station 61 to be unloaded. The empty workpiece carrier 44 is transported via the conveyor belt 43 back to the loading station on the automatic insulation machine 46 in order to be automatically adapted to the determined length of the laminated core 5 before loading.
The machines operating in tandem each contain two loading units assigned to the machine. In the automatic wire feeder 55, for example, two loading units 63 and 64 are assigned to a robot 62 performing the wire feeder. The loading units are preferably each designed as a lifting module and each have a stroke corresponding at least to the height of the loaded workpiece carrier 44.
This makes it possible for the robot, for example 62, on the first workpiece carrier brought into the production position by the one loading unit, for example 63, to just carry out the manufacturing step, for example the wire application, while the other loading unit, for example 64, in the meantime with a lower part the second workpiece carrier carried out and loaded into the production position. As soon as the production step has been carried out on the first workpiece carrier, the robot swivels to the second workpiece carrier, which is now in the production position, and carries out the desired production step.
At the same time, the first workpiece carrier is lowered, loaded onto the conveyor belt by the associated lifting module, and a third workpiece carrier is loaded onto the lifting module from the conveyor belt and brought into the processing position. As a result, the comparatively valuable working time of the robot is better utilized than if only one loading unit is provided. If the manufacturing step to be carried out by the robot is considerably shorter than the loading time, more than two loading units can of course also be provided.
The same applies to the welding, baking and testing machines, in which two or possibly more loading units and a reversible robot enable welding, baking or testing of the stator to be manufactured in a corresponding manner.
