Descrizione Description

La presente invenzione si riferisce ad un metodo per la legatura di libri in accordo con il preambolo della rivendicazione principale. The present invention relates to a method for binding books in accordance with the preamble of the main claim.

E' noto che nel campo della legatura dei libri tramite cucitura sono utilizzate macchine cucitrici nelle quali le segnature sono alimentate una alla volta per formare un impilamento di segnature, ciascuna segnatura venendo cucita alle segnature dell'im-pilamento tramite almeno una cucitura a filo continuo. Con riferimento alle annesse figure, con 1 è globalmente indicata una macchina cucitrice per la legatura di libri 2, a partire da segnature, tutte indicate con 3. Contemporaneamente, un cappio 9 del tratto 7 appena formato e ancora trattenuto dal crochè 11, viene agganciato dal gancio 14a del cursore 14. At the same time, a loop 9 of the section 7 just formed and still retained by the crochè 11, is hooked by the hook 14a of the slider 14.

Method for binding books (2) having a predetermined number of signatures (3) each, of the type comprising the steps of: translating a stack (4) of signatures (3) sewn together, feeding a signature (3) at a time to the stacking (4) of signatures for its growth, sew the signature (3) fed to the signatures (3) of the stacking (4) through a seam (5) with continuous thread (5a), characterized by the fact of comprising the step of impregnating the thread (5a) intended for sewing (5) with glue (5c).
