Beschreibung description
The invention relates to a web for connecting the top and the bottom of a blanket to be filled, in particular a flat bed with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
It is known to connect the top and bottom of a filled blanket point-by-point in longitudinal and transverse spacing with one another by button-like composite elements (CH-PS 203 661, AT-PS 348 642). The disadvantages of this known construction lie in the fact that at the respective connection points the top and the bottom of the ceiling are very close to one another or are at all adjacent to one another and therefore the filling in this area is very thin or is missing at all. Seen over the entire surface of the ceiling, its insulation capacity in the area of these connecting elements is therefore very low.
To avoid these disadvantages, it has therefore been proposed to arrange mushroom-shaped webs between the top and bottom of a ceiling, in which a disk-shaped upper and lower part are connected by a cord-like central part. The disc-shaped upper and lower parts are glued to the inside of the ceiling (US-PS 511 686.1 970 502; AT-PS 308 319.241 734; CH-PS 492 638). In addition to the fact that these webs are extremely difficult to manipulate with automated tools due to their cord-like middle parts, which makes the manufacture of such ceilings more expensive, their functional disadvantage is that they give the filling of the ceiling too little hold, ie the filling can be done too easily within move the ceiling back and forth so that the insulation capacity of the ceiling is very different across its entire surface, which the user of the ceiling finds uncomfortable.
The last-mentioned disadvantage has already been countered (AT-PS 241 734) in that the connecting web is constructed as an elongated plastic structure, the web, however, being in two parts and the two parts forming the web being identically shaped. These webs have a disk-like connecting element, which carries on one side a bar-like strip, which merges into a tab. The parts that each form a connecting element are first attached to the ceiling separately and then the tabs of the webs are glued together. Although these webs are able to stabilize the filling within the ceiling in terms of position, their assembly is extremely complex and difficult to assemble, in addition to the fact that these webs are relatively large and bulky, which means that a ceiling of this type can be used to convey it Comfort is significantly affected.
Also known is a flat bed (DE-OS 2 506 304) with double-lying panels that are connected to one another at their edges. A filling is placed between the panels. The fabric webs are connected to one another by means of a plurality of connecting webs distributed over their surface in the form of ribbons, strips or webs. These connecting webs have different elasticity in the direction parallel to the plane of the fabric web, the connecting webs having a greater elasticity towards their edge ends than the central region. This measure results from the knowledge that the seams between the web connections and the fabric panels are the most stressed but also the weakest parts of the flatbed. When such flat beds are shaken out or shaken up, considerable tensile loads are created at the seams, and individual webs at the seam ends can even tear out, as a result of which the tissue is destroyed. As a result, down and feathers emerge from the flat bed. This finding is certainly correct and correct, but it is extremely complex, difficult and expensive to produce connecting webs with such properties, so that flat beds with webs designed in this way have so far not been able to find their way into practice. In this DE-OS 2 506 304 it is proposed to either sew the webs onto the fabric sheets or to glue or weld them to the fabric sheets.
The present invention is based on this state of the art and aims at designing the web so that on the one hand it stabilizes the filling in the ceiling in terms of position, thus preventing it from wandering within the ceiling, that it is easy to assemble and can be manipulated with automated tools can and that it is constructed in such a way that the comfort conveyed by a blanket of this type is not impaired. Furthermore, these webs are said to be mechanically stressable to a great extent. To solve this complex problem, the invention proposes those measures that are the content and subject of the characterizing part of claim 1.
The advantages of the claimed measure lie on the one hand in the fact that this web is manufactured efficiently and on the other hand that this web can be processed in an equally efficient manner and on automated production lines.

zwar in einem gegenüber den anderen Figuren verkleinerten Massstab; on a smaller scale than the other figures;
Fig. 11 einen vergrösserten Querschnitt nach der Schnittlinie Xl-Xl in Fig. 9. 11 shows an enlarged cross section along the section line Xl-Xl in FIG. 9.
The following discussions initially relate to the web according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 6; The starting material for the production of such a web are two strips 1 and 2, preferably made of textile material (knitted, knitted, woven), which have the same widths B and which are produced as endless strips. The two strips 1 and 2 are placed side by side and glued together at a distance A from the upper and lower longitudinal edges 3 and 4 along a line or sewn together with a seam 5, 6. The endless web thus prepared then passes through a chicane, through which it is folded into the form shown in FIG. 6. The strip-like connecting edges 7, 7 'and 8, 8' delimited by the seams 5 and 6 are folded apart in one plane, and the double-walled central part 1 is pulled apart flat, the outer fold lines 13 in FIG. 1 being shown by a dashed line Line is indicated. As a result of this folding, the originally high web becomes very flat, and now the connecting edges 7, 7 'and 8, 8' are laminated with adhesive or an adhesive film, conventional devices being used for this purpose. This happens among other things also by using pressure and heat. After lamination, the initially endless and folded strips or webs are cut to the desired and required lengths, which can then be correspondingly magazineed. As a result of the lamination with adhesive or adhesive films and also through the use of pressure and / or heat, a web is obtained after cutting to length, which despite its soft and resilient and flexible starting material initially has sufficient compactness and strength to be manipulated with automated work equipment to be able to.
3, 4 and 7 show a web of a second embodiment. For its production, strips 1 and 2 of different widths B and C are used, with the first strip 1 also connecting the two other strips 7 with the smaller width C by a seam 5 and 6, the longitudinal edges 3 and 4 of the strips 1 and 2 to be connected to one another are congruent on their outside. If the web from the endless strips 1 and 2 is prepared in this way (FIG. 3), it is subsequently folded in the manner as shown in FIG. 7 when it is passed through baffles. The outer strip-like connecting edges 7 and 7 'and 8 and 8' are folded apart in one plane and the mutually opposite, delimited by the seams 5, 6 inner sections 11 and 12 of the narrow strips 2 are folded outwards, and the middle part 10 of the Strip 1 is also bent outwards and folded (Fig. 7). The web folded in this way is then further treated in the manner as has already been explained above in connection with FIGS. 1 and 2.
Finally, the web according to FIG. 5 is to be considered, which, in contrast to the first discussed, is made in one piece. 5 is also subjected to a folding process for further processing, which also happens here with the help and with the use of baffles, with the middle part 10 between the two connecting edges 7 and 8 around two fold lines 13 (dashed line in Fig. 5) is folded (Fig. 8). The widths of the two outer folding zones are equal to one another, while the width of the middle folding zone is twice as large as the outer folding zones. The web folded in this way (FIG. 8) is then laminated and exposed to pressure and / or heat in the manner as has already been explained in connection with the exemplary embodiments discussed first.
In the practical embodiment, the folded sections abut one another directly. For reasons of clarity and clarity, however, these folded sections are spaced apart from one another in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, which may be expressly pointed out here.
It can be seen from what has been said and shown above that the number of folded and abutting sections of the middle part 10 in all embodiments of the web between the upper and lower spreading connecting edges 7, 7 ', 8, 8' and on both sides of an imaginary, the longitudinal central plane containing the central part 10 are the same - this number of folded sections is two here - so that the package-like structure produced by the folding is constant over its width measured over the width D of the spreading connecting edges 7, 7 ', 8, 8' Height H has, so that the adhesive or the adhesive film can be applied with simple lamination devices and devices with which pressure and heat influences the bridge find clear dimensions over the respective width of their support, which is the prerequisite for simple and automatable Work equipment is.
The webs prepared in this way, which are initially made endless, are cut to the desired length. Because of their compression, which is shaped like a packet by folding, these structures, which are a few centimeters long, are sufficiently inherently rigid and firm to be able to be handled with automated work equipment. The webs thus prepared and cut to length are then distributed according to the desired arrangement and then bonded to the respective top and bottom sides 16, 17 of a ceiling 14 under the action of pressure and heat. When the blanket is subsequently filled with a suitable means, the folding of the webs is reversed again. There are no limits to the imagination and wishes of the consumer with regard to the arrangement and distribution of the webs. Examples of the arrangement are shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 on a smaller scale than the other figures. The webs can be of different lengths and even over the entire length

Einen solchen Einschnitt veranschaulicht die strichlierte Linie 18 in Fig. 5. extend a ceiling 14, as indicated by the line 15 in FIG. 10. The arrangement of such a web within a blanket 14 between its top 16 and bottom 17 is illustrated schematically in FIG. 11. Although different materials can be used for the manufacture of the webs, it is expedient to produce them from jersey fabric that is highly stretchable is. To increase the extensibility and elasticity, the middle part 10 of each web can be cut off on the end face in such a way that the middle part is slightly tapered in its middle region compared to its outer regions. The dashed line 18 in FIG. 5 illustrates such an incision.
In principle, it would of course be possible to laminate the connecting edges 7, 7 ', 8, 8' of the webs with an adhesive or an adhesive film if these webs have their ready-to-use shape (FIGS. 2, 4, 5). However, these webs, which are cut to the desired length, are then extremely unstable and deformable and can hardly be manipulated with reasonable effort using automated work equipment. Thanks to the proposed measure, on the other hand, it is possible to convert this web during its manufacturing process into a form that can subsequently be manipulated with such work equipment, and after assembly of this manipulable form, the web returns to that form, completely automatically 11 and which corresponds to its “operating state”.
