Fig. 2 einen Axialschnitt II-II durch Fig. 2.
The invention relates to a ventilation and / or ventilation device with fragrance supply according to the preamble of the first claim.
In most rooms, it is important that the air you breathe has a pleasant effect on the person in it. This applies, for example, to rooms with heavy public traffic, such as shops, training centers, hospitals, gyms and fitness centers, etc.
In hospitals, for example, it is important that the air we breathe is as germ-free as possible so that epidemic flu and colds can no longer spread. At certain times of the year, e.g. in the winter half-year, on cloudy days, it can be useful to add refreshing substances to the air we breathe, which make breathing easier and promote the healing of diseases of the mucous membranes.
If it is the type of fragrance, it should be possible to choose it so that it meets the requirements of the respective place of use. First, the type of air pollution and then the appropriate remedy should be determined. In many cases there can be different smells, which can best be neutralized by a combination of different fragrances.
An unfavorable atmosphere can also be attributed to the fact that e.g. a fish shop or chemical factory is nearby. Similar environmental influences can result from the fact that the café, the shop or the fitness center is located in a house that emits an unpleasant smell due to age.
Another source of unpleasant smells is in the kitchen, toilet or bathroom of houses or apartments. This type of smell can be eliminated with existing extraction systems for kitchens and toilets. However, these systems have the disadvantage that they are unable to neutralize odors that have persisted in the premises in question for years.
Extraction systems also have the disadvantage that - as the name suggests - they only extract air and do not supply fresh air directly, leaving no deodorising effect. This improves the odor for the moment, but it will come back soon. Suction systems therefore have no neutralizing or deodorising effect.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a ventilation and / or ventilation device with a fragrance supply which does not have the disadvantages of the previous extraction systems.
The ventilation and / or ventilation device to be created should be easy to operate, take up little space and be flexible with regard to the type of odorant.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of the first claim.
Embodiments are described in the dependent claims.
Exemplary embodiments of the ventilation and / or ventilation device according to the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a front view of a ventilation and / or ventilation device with a fan with an axial impeller, partially removed cover and fragrance dispenser in a version for wall construction, and
2 shows an axial section II-II through FIG. 2.
1 and 2 show a ventilation and / or ventilation device with a housing 3 built on a wall 2 and containing a fan, which comprises an installation shell 4 with a cover 5, which has a circular opening in the middle with a tubular extension 6 having. In the circumferential area of the rotor 7 with blades 8 there is a fragrance dispenser 9 with an inlet 10 for compressed air from the rotor 7. The air flowing in through the inlet 10 flows into a channel (not shown) through the fragrance dispenser 9 and thereby absorbs fragrances that come out of the outlet 11 flow into the room. The rotor 7 is driven by a motor 12.
The air flow swirls the fragrant air, which the fan mixes well with the air flow it generates. This swirl distributes the fragrances very well in the air flow.
Since the fragrance is highly concentrated and therefore only minimal amounts are consumed per day, it usually takes a long time until the fragrance supply is used up and has to be refilled. The fragrance dispenser preferably has a transparent wall on the side facing the cover 5, so that the amount of fragrance still present can be easily checked at any time.
The fragrance dispenser 9 is expediently fastened in the installation shell 4 by means of a snap lock, not shown, so that it can be quickly removed and replaced for filling or replacement. It is pointed out in this connection that it can often be expedient to change the types of fragrance at times.
In a variant of FIGS. 1 and 2, not shown, a radial impeller is used instead of an axial wheel. These two types of fans, i.e. Axial and radial fans are preferably used for this task, although other designs are also suitable. Usable fans include e.g. also tubular or semi-axial fans.
When choosing the type of fan, it is primarily assumed that the installation must be simple and inexpensive. Furthermore, the fan cover must be easy to remove so that the fragrance dispenser 9 can be replaced quickly and easily. However, an additional air flap can also be used, which does not require the cover to be removed.
In order to control the fragrance release per unit of time and thereby prevent the fragrance admixture from being too strong or too weak, the opening of the inlet (10) and thus the fragrance release per unit of time can be adjustable.
When ventilating a room, it can be useful to use two fans, one of which supplies fresh air and the other of which removes used air. It is also possible to use a fan that can be used for two directions of rotation and possibly is designed for more than one speed. A fragrance dispenser 9 can be closed if the fan in question is used to remove used air. This means that fragrances that are only added to the supply air fan are not wasted.
So that the lid 5 can be quickly removed for an exchange of the fragrance dispenser 9, it can be fastened by means of a clamping arrangement and provided with two handles, not shown, so that it can be removed easily and quickly. It is intended to use a whole range of different fragrances for the diffusion in the rooms to be ventilated and to be ventilated, not only to make the atmosphere more pleasant, but also to increase the general well-being, e.g. light medicines are sprayed with the air. In this context, it may be useful to use the ventilator in hospitals in order to alleviate respiratory and lung diseases.
