Stand der Technik
Mit Hilfe von Vorrichtungen zur Markierung und Auswertung von Lottoscheinen ist der Lottospieler einerseits in der Lage, durch Stanzen einer Schablone der aktuell gezogenen Gewinnzahlen schnell und sicher seine Tippscheine auszuwerten; andererseits kann er durch Anfertigung einer Schablone mit seinen Zahlenkombinationen Lottscheine schnell und vor allem fehlerfrei ankreuzen.
Derartige Vorrichtungen bestehen in der Regel aus einem Korpus zum Einlegen von Lottoscheinen bzw. Schablonen, wobei gitterförmige Platten mit 49 Löchern pro Tippreihe verwendet werden. Können mehrere Tippreihen markiert werden, erhöht sich die Zahl der Löcher entsprechend.
Problem
Die unter Stand der Technik beschriebenen Vorrichtungen haben den Nachteil, dass sie aus gitterförmigen Platten bestehen, deren Herstellung aufwendig und teuer sind. Dies gilt insbesondere für kunststoffgespritzte Teile, die ein aufwendiges Spritzwerkzeug erfordern.
Der im Anspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die in der Herstellung nicht zu aufwendig ist, um sie kostengünstig einer grossen Zahl von Lottospielern verfügbar zu machen, wobei keine Abstriche im Hinblick auf die Funktion des Markierens und Auswertens von Lottoscheinen gemacht werden sollen.

Dieses Problem wird mit den Massnahmen des Anspruchs gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Wirkung der Erfindung
Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, dass eine Vorrichtung zur Markierung und Auswertung von Lottoscheinen zur Verfügung gestellt wird, die durch die Begrenzung auf die Lochzahl einer Zeile oder Spalte einer Lottozahlenreihe (z.B. in Bayern 7) einfacher herzustellen und von Lottospielern kostengünstiger zu erwerben ist.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung geht aus Fig. 1 hervor, die auf einen Lottoschein mit einer 7 x 7 Tippmatrix angepasst ist.
Das Lottoschablonen-Gerät besteht aus einem kunststoffgespritzten Oberteil (1) und dazu passenden Unterteil (2), die miteinander (z.B. durch Klebstoff oder - in der Abbildung nicht dargestellen -Passstiften) verbunden sind. In der gezeigten Version sind die Durchbrüche (3) viereckig - auf das Mass der Lottokästchen angepasst - ausgeführt. Denkbar sind allerdings auch runde Durchbrüche.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Ausrichtung der Tippmatrix der Schablonen-Karte (8) in bezug auf die Reihe der Durchbrüche des Schablonengerätes parallel, und die Abstände der Durchbrüche (3) entsprechen den Zeilenabständen der Tippmatrix des Lottoscheins bzw. der Schablonen-Karte. Die Ausrichtung der Matrix auf der Schablonen-Karte könnte ebenso quer (Drehung um 90 DEG nach links) ausgelegt sein. Dieser Umstand ist von Bedeutung, wenn die Lottoscheine von zwei verschiedenen Bundesländern derart bemessen sind, dass die Zeilenabstände des einen den Spaltenabständen des anderen entsprechen. Dann ist es möglich, mit einem Schablonen-Gerät durch Benutzung zweier Schablonen-Kartentypen die Lottoscheine der beiden Bundesländer zu markieren bzw. auszuwerten.
Die Löcher werden mit Hilfe eines aus Kunststoff gespritzten Stempels (10) in die Schablonen-Karte (8) (Material: Papier, Folie oder dünner Pappkarton) gestanzt.
Zum Stanzen eines bestimmten Loches führt man die Schablonen-Karte (8) in die Führung (4) des Schablonen-Gerätes ein (Pfeil gegen Pfeil). Will man z.B. ein der Zahl 11 entsprechendes Loch in das Stanzfeld (6) stanzen, so verschiebt man die Schablonen-Karte (8) derart, dass die linke Begrenzung der "Elferspalte" (9) an der Bezugskante (5) des Schablonen-Gerätes anliegt. Da die Zahl 11 in der zweiten Zeile des Zahlenfeldes liegt, drückt man den Stempel durch den zweiten Durchbruch von oben. In der gleichen Weise lassen sich die übrigen Löcher stanzen. Hat man alle Löcher der aktuell gezogenen Lottozahlen in das Stanzfeld (6) der Schablonen-Karte (8) gestanzt, kann man die Schablonen-Karte auf seine Tippreihen legen und somit schnell feststellen, wieviel Zahlen pro Reihe übereinstimmen.
Damit die Schablonen-Karte deckungsgleich auf eine Tippmatrix eines Lottoscheins gelegt werden kann, befinden sich auf dieser Bezugslinien (11).
Wenn Löcher der eigenen Tippzahlen in Schablonen-Karten gestanzt werden, legt man anschliessend jede gestanzte Karte auf eine Tippmatrix eines Lottoscheins und kreuzt die Zahlenkästchen durch die Löcher der Schablonen-Karte an. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, nachdem man sorgfältig z.B. seine Standard-Tippreihen auf Schablonen-Karten gestanzt hat, fehlerfrei Lottoscheine zu markieren. Dies ist insbesondere dann vorteilhaft, wenn eine grosse Zahl von Tippreihen gespielt wird und sich die Gefahr von Flüchtigkeitsfehlern beim Ausfüllen entsprechend erhöht.

Advantageous effect of the invention

An embodiment of the invention is shown in Fig. 1, which is adapted to a lottery ticket with a 7 x 7 tip matrix.
The lottery stencil device consists of a plastic-molded upper part (1) and matching lower part (2), which are connected to each other (e.g. by adhesive or - not shown in the illustration - dowel pins). In the version shown, the openings (3) are square - adapted to the dimensions of the lottery boxes. However, round breakthroughs are also conceivable.
In the exemplary embodiment, the alignment of the tip matrix of the stencil card (8) is parallel with respect to the row of openings in the stencil device, and the spacing of the openings (3) corresponds to the line spacing of the tip matrix of the lottery ticket or the stencil card. The alignment of the matrix on the template card could also be designed transversely (rotation by 90 ° to the left). This is important if the lottery tickets of two different federal states are dimensioned in such a way that the line spacing of one corresponds to the column spacing of the other. Then it is possible to mark or evaluate the lottery tickets of the two federal states with one stencil device by using two stencil card types.
The holes are punched into the stencil card (8) (material: paper, foil or thin cardboard) using a stamp (10) molded from plastic.
To punch a certain hole, insert the template card (8) into the guide (4) of the template device (arrow against arrow). If holes of your own tip numbers are punched in template cards, you then place each punched card on a tip matrix of a lottery ticket and tick the number boxes through the holes on the template card. In this way it is possible, after carefully e.g. stamped his standard typing series on stencil cards to mark lottery tickets without errors. This is particularly advantageous if a large number of betting series is played and the risk of careless mistakes when filling in increases accordingly.
