Abstract

The storage container (VB) is for stacked (BS) sheets of light-sensitive material, such as films or paper. It incorporates shelves (RB) and shelving-partitions. The front wall of the storage container consists of a rigid or flexible closure-plate (PL) in the form of a flap with a roller linked to the top edge of the open front side of the storage container. The bottom and/or side edges of the closure plate have adhesive fastenings (M-MA). On the side edges facing the inside of the storage container are light-sealed profiled strips (11) made of elastic plastics. Rectangular drawer-like containers (4-6) open at the top and front are positioned on the height and sideways adjustable shelves (RB). USE/ADVANTAGE - Stacks of light-sensitive sheets are easily accessible in containers which are opened against tensional force or gravity.

  Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Vorratsbehälter für zu Blattstapeln zusammengelegte blattförmige lichtempfindliche Materialien wie Filme, Folien, Papiere und dgl. Vorratsbehälter dieser Art sind als oben offene, mit einem Deckel verschliessbare Rechteckkästen bekanntgeworden, die an ihrer Vorderkante einen waagerechten, mit elastischen Lichtdichtungslippen versehenen Schlitz aufweisen, durch den die Blätter des Blattstapels mit Hilfe einer von aussen betätigbaren, auf dem Blattstapel aufliegenden Reibrolle nacheinander aus dem Kasten herausgebracht werden können.

  Diese Vorratsbehälter sind wegen des Reibrollenantriebs nicht nur technisch aufwendig und nicht für alle Materialien der in Rede stehenden Art geeignet, sondern bereiten auch bei der Unterbringung mehrerer solcher Vorratsbehälter Schwierigkeiten, da sie sich zwar aufeinanderstellen lassen, für jeden Nachfüllvorgang aber aus ihrer Lage herausgenommen werden müssen. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Vorratsbehälter besteht darin, dass für jedes Format besondere Vorratsbehälter vorhanden sein müssen und von der Norm abweichende Blattformate nicht untergebracht werden können. Schliesslich muss für jeden dieser Vorratsbehälter die beschriebene lichtdichte Ausbringvorrichtung vorgesehen werden. 



  Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen gattungsgemässen Vorratsbehälter zu schaffen, der diese Schwierigkeiten und Nachteile vermeidet, insb. die Möglichkeit schafft, unterschiedliche Formate und Materialien leicht zugänglich zu bevorraten und dabei ständig die Lichtdichtheit zu gewährleisten. 



  Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass der Vorratsbehälter zur Aufnahme einer Mehrzahl von Blattstapeln Regalböden und Regalteilwände aufweist und die Vorderwand des Behälters aus einer gegen die ständige Wirkung einer Zug- oder Schwerkraft in \ffnungsstellung bringbaren starren oder flexiblen Verschlussplatte besteht. Diese Verschlussplatte kann erfindungsgemäss als mehrteilige Schiebetür, ein- oder mehrteilige Rollade, als Teilzylinder oder auch als Klappe ausgebildet sein. Die Verschlussplatte weist dabei, wie die Erfindung weiter vorsieht, zweckmässig an ihren Unter-und/oder ihren Seitenkanten Haftschlosselemente und an den dem Inneren des Vorratsbehälters zugewandten Seitenkanten Lichtdichtungs-Profilleisten auf, die vorteilhaft aus elastischen Kunststoffen bestehen.

  Wie die Erfindung weiter vorsieht, können auf die höhen- und seitenverstellbaren Regalböden mit den Regalteilwänden schubladenförmige, nach oben und vorne offene Rechteckbehälter zur Aufnahme der Blattstapel auflegbar sein; diese Rechteckbehälter können erfindungsgemäss zusätzlich nach einer Längsseite offen sein, damit in ein und demselben Rechteckbehälter ggfs. unterschiedliche Blattformatstapel unterbringbar sind, und auch das Einbringen der Stapel und das Entnehmen der Einzelblätter erleichtert wird. Die Wände des Vorratsbehälters und/oder die Verschlussplatte selbst können aus aktinisch bzw. rotlichtundurchlässigen Kunststoffen oder anderen Werkstoffen bestehen bzw. die Verschlussplatte bei Hellraummaterial aus rotlichtundurchlässigem Kunststoff.

  Eine weitere vorteilhafte Möglichkeit für die Ausbildung des Vorratsbehälters besteht  erfindungsgemäss darin, dass dessen Oberseite als ebene Arbeitsplatte ausgebildet mit einer hochglänzenden Oberfläche versehen wird. 



  Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung des Vorratsbehälters erlaubt es, Blattstapel unterschiedlicher Formate und Materialien in jeder gewünschten und veränderbaren Zuordnung zueinander leicht zugänglich und lichtgeschützt unterzubringen. Die Verschlussplatten bewegen sich nach Entnahme oder Nachfüllvorgängen automatisch wieder in ihre Verschlussstellung. Bei Ausbildung der Verschlussplatte aus rotlichtundurchlässigem Kunststoff kann der Vorratsbehälter auch als Dunkelkammergerät verwendet werden. Die Vorratsbehälter können zu mehreren über- und nebeneinander gestapelt oder in Regalen oder Arbeitstischen untergebracht werden. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, einen Vorratsbehälter oder einen Vorratsbehälterstapel als Arbeitstisch zu verwenden und dabei die mit einer hochglänzenden Oberfläche versehenen Oberseiten als Arbeitsplatte zu benutzen. 



  Die Erfindung wird anhand der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigen

  Beim Vorratsbehälter VB nach Fig. 1 wird die vordere \ffnung durch eine ebene starre Platte PL verschlossen, die bei 2 an der oberen Kante der \ffnung angelenkt ist. Bei der Ausbildung nach Fig. 2 dient als Verschluss der vorderen \ffnung eine an der oberen Innenwand des Vorratsbehälters VB geführte Rolljalousie RJ. Der Vorratsbehälter VB nach Fig. 3 wird durch eine quer verschiebbare Schiebetür ST verschlossen, und bei der Ausbildung nach Fig. 4 dient als Verschluss der Vorderöffnung des Vorratsbehälters eine teilzylindrische gebogene Platte TZ, die an den Seitenwänden des Vorratsbehälters VB bei 3 angelenkt ist. 



  Fig. 5 gibt einen Rechteckbehälter zur Aufnahme von Blattstapeln BS wieder, der einen Boden 4, eine Längsseitenwand 5 und eine Rückwand 6 aufweist, während die Vorderseite und die der Seitenwand 5 gegenüberliegende Seite weggelassen sind. In diesem Rechteckbehälter lassen sich Blattstapel BS unterschiedlicher Formate, wie strichpunktiert angedeutet, bevorraten und sowohl ohne Schwierigkeiten einlegen als auch blattweise wieder herausnehmen (vgl. Fig. 6). 



   Der Vorratsbehälter nach Fig. 6 ist mit zwei Regalböden RB ausgestattet, in die Rechteckbehälter verschiedenen Formates eingeschoben sind. Die Vorderseite dieses Vorratsbehälters ist, wie bereits in Fig. 1 beschrieben, mit einer ebenen, starren Platte PL verschliessbar. Diese Platte weist an ihrer  nach innen gerichteten Unterkante Magnetanker MA auf, die mit an der die \ffnung begrenzenden Unterkante angeordneten Magneten M kuppelbar sind. 



  Einzelheiten der Ausbildungsform des Vorratsbehälters nach Fig. 6 gehen aus Fig. 7 und 8 hervor. Die ebene Platte PL ist mit einem Scharnier 2 an der Oberwand 8 des Vorratsbehälters VB angelenkt. Die nach innen gerichteten oberen, unteren und seitlichen Kanten sind mit Lichtdichtungsprofilen 9, 10 und 11 versehen.

  Because of the friction roller drive, these storage containers are not only technically complex and not suitable for all materials of the type in question, but also present difficulties when accommodating several such storage containers, since they can be stacked on top of each other, but have to be removed from their position for each refilling process . Another disadvantage of the known storage containers is that special storage containers must be available for each format and sheet formats that deviate from the norm cannot be accommodated. Finally, the light-tight delivery device described must be provided for each of these storage containers.



  The invention has for its object to provide a generic storage container that avoids these difficulties and disadvantages, in particular. It makes it possible to store different formats and materials in an easily accessible manner and at the same time to ensure light-tightness.



  This object is achieved in that the storage container for receiving a plurality of sheet stacks has shelves and partial shelves and the front wall of the container consists of a rigid or flexible closure plate which can be opened against the constant action of a pull or gravity. According to the invention, this closing plate can be designed as a multi-part sliding door, single or multi-part roller shutter, as a partial cylinder or as a flap. As the invention further provides, the closure plate expediently has, on its lower and / or its side edges, adhesive lock elements and on the side edges facing the interior of the storage container, light sealing profile strips, which advantageously consist of elastic plastics.

  As the invention further provides, can be placed on the height and side adjustable shelves with the shelf part walls drawer-shaped, upward and forward open rectangular container for receiving the sheet stack; According to the invention, these rectangular containers can additionally be open on one long side, so that different sheet format stacks can possibly be accommodated in one and the same rectangular container, and also the introduction of the stacks and the removal of the individual sheets is facilitated.   According to the invention, a further advantageous possibility for the design of the storage container is that its top side is designed as a flat worktop with a high-gloss surface.



  The inventive design of the storage container allows sheet stacks of different formats and materials in any desired and changeable assignment to be easily accessible and protected from light. The locking plates automatically move back into their locking position after removal or refilling. If the closing plate is made of red-opaque plastic, the storage container can also be used as a darkroom device. The storage containers can be stacked on top of and next to each other or placed on shelves or work tables. It is also possible to use a storage container or a stack of storage containers as a work table and to use the tops provided with a high-gloss surface as a worktop.

In this rectangular container, sheet stacks BS of different formats, as indicated by dash-dotted lines, can be stored and both inserted without difficulty and removed sheet by sheet (cf. FIG. 6).
