Abstract

The equipment secures a component to a concrete structure, having a baseplate (1) screwed or nailed to the shuttering (22). Two or more bosses (3,4) in a common plane join onto a U-shaped stirrup (2), and are grouted into the concrete. These have tapped holes (5) at the baseplate end for screws (5) or bars securing them to the baseplate. There can be two such stirrups with bosses protruding from the baseplate, spaced apart and in line. ADVANTAGE - Can be incorporated compete in the concrete, no subsequent work on the latter being necessary.

  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verankerungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Bauelementes an einem Beton-Bauwerk. 



  Bei vielen Beton-Bauwerken ist es unerlässlich, nach Fertigstellung des Beton-Körpers nachträglich Bauelemente anzubringen, etwa Geländer an Strassenbegrenzungen, Brücken, Balustraden; oder Träger für Transport- und Krananlagen an Decken- oder Wandkonstruktionen und dgl. 



  Üblich ist es, für solche Massnahmen nachträglich Halterungen anzubringen, indem der Beton an der betreffenden Stelle aufgespitzt und dann die Halterung eingegossen wird. 



  Dies sind Massnahmen, die den heutigen Anforderungen nicht mehr genügen. 



  Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun die Schaffung einer Verankerungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Bauelementen an Beton-Bauwerken, welche bereits in den zu errichtenden Beton-Körper integrierbar ist. 



  Dies wird erfindungsgemäss erreicht durch eine auf eine Schalung aufschraubbare oder aufnagelbare Grundplatte, von welcher mindestens zwei, in einer Ebene liegende, in einen U-Bügel übergehende, zum Einbetonieren in das Bauwerk bestimmte Zapfen abragen, welche schalungsseitig an der Grundplatte je mit einer Innengewindebohrung ausmünden je zur Aufnahme einer, der Befestigung des Bauelementes an der Grundplatte dienenden Gewindestange oder Schraube. 



  Hierbei ist es von Vorteil, wenn von der Grundplatte zwei voneinander distanzierte, miteinander fluchtende, über jeweils ein Zapfenpaar schalungsseitig an der Grundplatte mit je einer Innengewindebohrung ausmündende U-Bügel abragen. 



  Diese Massnahmen gestatten nun eine erfindungsgemässe Verwendung der Verankerungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Bauelementen an Beton-Bauwerken, etwa von Geländerpfosten an Strassenbegrenzungen, Brücken oder dgl. unmittelbar nach der Herstel lung des Beton-Körpers ohne jeden weiteren Aufwand, indem nun an der aussenseitig des Beton-Körpers sichtbaren Grundplatte ein Pfosten oder dgl. angeschlagen und mittels in die Zapfen eingeschraubten Gewindestangen, Klemmplatte und Muttern festgespannt wird. 



  Die erfindungsgemässe Verankerungsvorrichtung ist zudem universell verwendbar auch dadurch, dass sich irgendwelche Bauelemente auch direkt auf die Grundplatte aufschrauben lassen. 



  Für eine optimale Verankerung im Beton-Körper ist es zudem zweckmässig, die U-Bügel durch Streben miteinander zu verbinden, was zudem eine genaue Parallelität der Innengewindebohrungen in den Zapfen aufrechterhält. 



  Es drängt sich auf, die Verankerungsvorrichtung aus korrosionsbeständigem Material, insbesondere Metall zu fertigen. 



  Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen: 
 
   Fig. 1 in schaubildartiger Darstellung die erfindungsgemässe Verankerungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Bauelementen an Beton-Bauwerken; 
   Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht der Anordnung gemäss Fig. 1; und 
   Fig. 3 die Anordnung gemäss Fig. 1 in Verwendung als Befestigung eines Geländerpfostens an einer Strassen- resp. Brückenbegrenzung. 
 



  Die aus den Darstellungen entnehmbare Verankerungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen von Bauelementen an Beton-Bauwerken, hier als Beispiel eines Geländerpfostens 8 an einer Strassen- resp. Brückenbegrenzung 20 umfasst eine auf eine Schalung 22 über eine Lochung 23 aufschraubbare oder aufnagelbare Grundplatte 1. 



  Von dieser Grundplatte 1 ragen jeweils ein Paar in einer Ebene liegende, in einen U-Bügel 2 übergehende, zum Einbetonieren in das Bauwerk 20 bestimmte Zapfen 3, 4 ab, derart, dass die U-Bügel 2 voneinander distanziert aber fluchtend sind. 



  Die Zapfen 3, 4 beider U-Bügel 2 münden schalungsseitig an der Grundplatte 1 je mit einer Innengewindebohrung 5 aus und dienen je der Aufnahme einer Gewindestange 6 oder dgl. 



   Bei der beispielsweisen Anordnung gemäss Fig. 3 ist an der Grundplatte 1 der einbetonierten Verankerungsvorrichtung ein Geländerpfosten 8 angeschlagen und mittels in die Zapfen 3, 4 eingeschraubten Gewindestangen 6, einer Klemmplatte 9 und mit Muttern 10 festgespannt. 



  Für eine hohe Parallelität der Zapfen 3, 4 untereinander sowie für eine optimale Verankerung der Verankerungsvorrichtung im Beton-Bauwerk sind die U-Bügel 2 durch Streben 7 miteinander verbunden. 



  Mittels der vorbeschriebenen Verankerungsvorrichtung ist es nunmehr möglich, an beliebigen Beton-Bauwerken beliebige Bauelemente auf verschiedene Weise anzubringen, ohne dass am Beton-Bauwerk Aufbrechungen zum Einbringen von Verankerungsmitteln vorgenommen werden müssten. 



  
 



  The present invention relates to an anchoring device for fastening a component to a concrete structure.



  In many concrete structures, it is essential to add components after the concrete body has been completed, such as railings on road borders, bridges, balustrades; or beams for transport and crane systems on ceiling or wall structures and the like



  It is customary to retrofit brackets for such measures by spiking the concrete at the relevant point and then pouring the bracket.



  These are measures that no longer meet today's requirements.



  The object of the present invention is now to create an anchoring device for fastening components to concrete structures, which can already be integrated into the concrete body to be erected.



  This is achieved according to the invention by means of a base plate which can be screwed or nailed onto a formwork, from which at least two pegs, which lie in one plane and merge into a U-shaped bracket and which are intended for concreting into the structure, protrude from the formwork side on the base plate, each with an internally threaded bore each for receiving a threaded rod or screw that serves to fasten the component to the base plate.



  It is advantageous here if two spaced-apart, mutually aligned U-brackets projecting from the base plate, each with a pair of pins, formwork on the base plate, each with an internally threaded bore.



  These measures now allow the anchoring device according to the invention to be used to fasten structural elements to concrete structures, for example railing posts to road boundaries, bridges or the like. Immediately after the production of the concrete body without any further effort, by now working on the outside of the concrete A post or the like is attached to the body-visible base plate and is tightened by means of threaded rods, clamping plate and nuts screwed into the pins.



  The anchoring device according to the invention can also be used universally, in that any components can also be screwed directly onto the base plate.



  For optimal anchoring in the concrete body, it is also expedient to connect the U-brackets to one another by struts, which also maintains a precise parallelism of the internally threaded holes in the pins.



  It is imperative to manufacture the anchoring device from corrosion-resistant material, in particular metal.



  An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:

  The anchoring device that can be removed from the illustrations for fastening components to concrete structures, here as an example of a railing post 8 on a road or Bridge boundary 20 comprises a base plate 1 which can be screwed or nailed onto a formwork 22 via a perforation 23.



  From this base plate 1, a pair of pegs 3, 4, which lie in one plane and merge into a U-bracket 2 and are intended for concreting into the structure 20, protrude such that the U-brackets 2 are spaced apart but in alignment.



  The pins 3, 4 of both U-brackets 2 open on the formwork side on the base plate 1 each with an internally threaded bore 5 and each serve to accommodate a threaded rod 6 or the like.



   In the exemplary arrangement according to FIG. 3, a railing post 8 is attached to the base plate 1 of the concreted-in anchoring device and is tightened by means of threaded rods 6 screwed into the pins 3, 4, a clamping plate 9 and with nuts 10.



  For a high parallelism of the pins 3, 4 with each other and for an optimal anchoring of the anchoring device in the concrete structure, the U-brackets 2 are connected to one another by struts 7.



  By means of the above-described anchoring device, it is now possible to attach any components to any concrete structure in various ways without having to break open the concrete structure to introduce anchoring means.

1. Verankerungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Bauelementes an einem Beton-Bauwerk, gekennzeichnet durch eine auf eine Schalung aufschraubbare oder aufnagelbare Grundplatte (1), von welcher mindestens zwei, in einer Ebene liegende, in einen U-Bügel (2) übergehende, zum Einbetonieren in das Bauwerk bestimmte Zapfen (3, 4) abragen, welche schalungsseitig an der Grundplatte (1) je mit einer Innengewindebohrung (5) ausmünden je zur Aufnahme einer, der Befestigung des Bauelementes an der Grundplatte (1) dienenden Gewindestange (6) oder Schraube.       1. Verwendung einer Verankerungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 zum Befestigen eines Bauelementes an einem Beton-Bauwerk, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Grundplatte (1) der einbetonierten Verankerungsvorrichtung das Bauelement (8) angeschlagen und mittels in die Zapfen (3, 4) eingeschraubten Gewindestangen (6), Klemmplatte (9) und Muttern (10) festgespannt wird. 5.
