Fig. 1 zeigt eine erste Schaftsteuervorrichtung in eingekuppeltem Zustand.
Fig. 2 zeigt Einzelheiten der Schaftsteuervorrichtung nach Fig. 1.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine zweite Schaftsteuervorrichtung in eingekuppeltem Zustand.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine dritte Schaftsteuervorrichtung in eingekuppeltem Zustand.
Fig. 5 zeigt die gleiche Schaftsteuervorrichtung in ausgekuppeltem Zustand.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine vierte Schaftsteuervorrichtung in eingekuppeltem Zustand.
Fig. 7 zeigt die in Fig. 6 dargestellte Schaftsteuervorrichtung in ausgekuppeltem Zustand.
The invention relates to a shaft control device of a loom with an intermittently rotatable drive element, which has a recess into which a coupling element connected to an eccentric disc can be coupled, which connects the intermittently rotatable drive element to the eccentric disc, which is rotatably mounted in a crank rod, which has an operative connection to the shaft.
With shaft control devices, with increasing control speed, there is an increasing risk of incorrect control.
The invention is intended to remedy this. The invention has for its object to provide a shaft control device which enables a high control speed with a low tendency to misregistration.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in a shaft control device of the type mentioned at the outset by the characterizing features of claims 1 and 2, respectively.
In the solution according to claim 1, the force required for engaging and holding in the engaging position constantly acts on the coupling element when reversing from the low position to the high position or vice versa. The force required to disengage is applied or transmitted by the eccentric locking pawl. If the dead center position or the standstill of the drive element and the eccentric disc is reached, depending on the position of the switching element, the coupling element engages, or the eccentric locking pawl first switches off the controllable locking element in order to unlock the previously locked coupling element, and then couples in a very short time the coupling element is overcome by overcoming the engagement force.
A decoupling, which is therefore subject to relatively high wear, is neither necessary nor possible. It is also no longer necessary to wait until the standstill has been reached in order to avoid such wear and then to transfer the force required for disengaging from the outside to the coupling element, which unnecessarily prolongs the switching time and, in addition, increases wear, now however, on other parts. The disengagement takes place gently, which among other things also reduces noise.
In the solution according to claim 2, when switching from the low position to the high position or vice versa, the reversal can take place before reaching the dead center position or zero position or standstill and the force required for engaging can be applied to the coupling element from the outside. The eccentric locking pawl applies the force required to disengage.
Further advantageous developments of the invention are described in claims 3 to 9.
The invention is to be explained and described in more detail using four exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a first shaft control device in the engaged state.
FIG. 2 shows details of the shaft control device according to FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 shows a second shaft control device in the engaged state.
Fig. 4 shows a third shaft control device in the engaged state.
Fig. 5 shows the same shaft control device in the disengaged state.
6 shows a fourth shaft control device in the engaged state.
FIG. 7 shows the shaft control device shown in FIG. 6 in the disengaged state.
In the first embodiment of a shaft control device according to FIGS. 1 and 2, an annular drive element (1) is non-rotatably seated on a shaft (2) which can be rotated intermittently in the direction of arrow (3) by 180 degrees with the aid of a drive device, not shown here. After each rotation by 180 degrees, the shaft (2) stops briefly in the dead center position, in order to then continue to rotate by 180 degrees. The drive element (1) has two opposite recesses (4) and (5). A wedge (6) establishes the connection between the shaft (2) and drive element (1).
An eccentric disc (9) is rotatably mounted on the drive element (1) with the aid of a concealed roller bearing arranged concentrically to the shaft (2). The drive element (1) partially overlaps the eccentric disc (9).
The eccentric disc (9) is provided with a bolt (11) on which a coupling element (12) in the form of a two-armed lever is pivotally mounted. The coupling element (12) is designed like a pawl. Its coupling nose (10) fits into the recesses (4) and (5). It forms one end of the two-armed lever. The other end is formed by an arm (15). The coupling element (12) carries a bracket (16) which is loaded by a spring (7) so that the coupling element (12) can snap into one of the two recesses (4) or (5) of the drive element (1).
In the engaged state, the coupling element (12) connects the intermittently rotatable drive element (1) to the eccentric disc (9). The eccentric disc (9) is rotatably mounted in a crank rod (17) with the aid of a roller bearing (8). If the coupling element (12) is engaged, when the drive element (1) rotates in the direction of the arrow (3) by 180 degrees, a pivot point of the crank rod (17), not shown here, lying in the longitudinal axis (18) moves parallel to the direction the arrow (19) around the measure of the eccentricity of the eccentric disc (9).
Said pivot point has a connection to a shaft or shaft frame of a weaving machine via rods, not shown here, so that this shaft or shaft frame can be brought out of a high position after turning the drive element (1) by 180 degrees into a low position or vice versa. Each time, the drive element (1), the eccentric disc (9), the crank rod (17) and the mentioned articulation point are in the dead center position and the forces acting on the articulation point (18) are on the central axis (26) of the shaft (2) or of the central axis (26) of the shaft (2) directed away.
For the purpose of switching the coupling element (12) there is a switching element (20) which can be controlled according to the model. The switching element (20) presents itself as a lever which is brought out of the position shown in FIG. 2 into the position (20 ') shown in broken lines and is thereby loaded by a force (P) directed approximately against the longitudinal axis (18) can. According to the pattern, the lever (20) can also be relieved and moved back to the starting position.
The coupling element (12) can only be moved in the dead center position of the intermittently rotatable drive element (1) and the eccentric disc (9) from the coupling position into the disengaging position and back and during the rotational movement of the eccentric disc (9) by a controllable locking element (29) against one Position change in the direction of leaving the engagement position secured. A switchable eccentric locking pawl (22) which is loaded against the direction of the locking position is provided on the crank rod (17). The coupling element (12) and the locking element (29) can be uncoupled or unlocked by the eccentric locking pawl (22). The eccentric locking pawl (22) can be controlled by the switching element (20) or by a similar second switching element (21) opposite the first one.
The locking element (29) has a pawl (23) which is attached to a shaft (24) mounted at the end of the arm (15). The pawl (23) is loaded by a spring (33) in the reverse direction.
The eccentric disc (9) has two opposing stops (27, 28) for lateral guidance of the eccentric locking pawl (22) which is in the locking position. The locking element (29) of the coupling element (12) is in the coupling and locking position according to FIG. 1 between the stops (27, 28), the pawl (23) engaging behind a shoulder (30). The locking element (29) can be displaced from the locking position by the eccentric locking pawl (22) moving into the locking position. The spring (7) is supported against the stop (28). The eccentric locking pawl (22) is pivotally mounted on the crank rod (17) about a pivot point (31). To operate it, it is provided with an arm (32) loaded by tension springs (34, 35).
The eccentric locking pawl (22) is constantly loaded in the direction of the disengaged position by the springs (34, 35). The springs (34, 35) are suspended on the crank rod (17).
Fig. 1 shows the coupling element (12) in the engaged state and the switching element (20) in a position in which it is furthest from the central axis (26) of the shaft (2). The existing high compartment position, for example, is exited because the eccentric disc (9) is taken along when the drive element (1) is turned further in the direction of the arrow (3). However, as soon as the switching element (20) is brought into the position (20 min), the eccentric locking pawl (22) engages in the position (22 min min) between the stops (27, 28), the pawl (23 ) in the position (23 min), the arm (15) in the position (15 min) and the coupling nose (10) in the position (10 min). The eccentric disc (9) is locked in this way and the eccentric disc (9) cannot be taken along unintentionally.
The dead center position or the position reached in each case, that is to say the high position or the low position, is secured by the eccentric locking pawl (22).
If the coupling element (12) is to be disengaged again from the position according to FIG. 1, this is done in that the switching element (20) moves under the effect of the force (P) approximately in the direction of the longitudinal axis (18) according to the pattern is while the drive element (1) is still in motion. It then presses against the eccentric locking pawl (22) and, after reaching the dead center position, presses against the pawl (23), which comes into position (23 min). At the same time, the coupling nose (10) pivots against the force of the spring (7) into the position (10 min), which disengages.
For the purpose of reversing, a second switching element (21) is provided for the switching element (20) compared to FIG. 2. By means of parallel guides, not shown here, it can be ensured, for example, that both switching elements (20, 21) are always parallel and operate simultaneously and in the same direction. The switching element (21) can be loaded by a force (P min). Compared to the first one, a second eccentric locking pawl (22 min) is pivotally mounted on the crank rod (17) about a pivot point (31 min). To operate it, it is provided with an arm (32 min) loaded by tension springs (34 min, 35 min). The springs (34 min, 35 min) constantly load the eccentric locking pawl (22 min) in the direction of the release position. The springs (34 min, 35 min) are suspended on the crank rod (17).
1 and 2 convey a more schematic representation, FIG. 3 is a partial view of a well-designed embodiment in natural size.
The eccentric disc (9) has circular openings (38, 39) to reduce the moving mass. The arm (32 min) of the eccentric locking pawl (22 min min min) still covers the bracket (16) as soon as the device assumes the dead center position. Therefore, the switching element (20 min min) can also serve to force the coupling nose (10) into the coupling position or to hold it in the coupling position.
The eccentric locking pawl (22 min min min) is constantly loaded in the locking direction by a tension spring (36) suspended from the crank rod (17 min). The switching element (20 min min) is shifted towards the center axis (26) so that the arm (32 min) of the eccentric locking pawl (22 min min min) is deflected against the force of the spring (36). Accordingly, the eccentric locking pawl (22 min min min) cannot get into the locking position. The coupling element (12) will therefore remain engaged. If the coupling element (12) is to disengage, the switching element (20 min min) must be moved back in the direction of the arrow (37) so that the eccentric locking pawl (22 min min min) under the action of the tension spring (36) into the locking position, synonymous with the off position of the coupling element (12).
Otherwise, the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 has the same individual parts as the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
According to Fig. 3, the coupling element (12) is engaged and the eccentric disc (4) has not quite reached the dead center position. The pawl (23) has locked the coupling element (12) under the action of the spring (33). If the drive element (1) is rotated by 180 degrees or a multiple of 180 degrees after it has come to a standstill, it takes the eccentric disc (9) with it so that the crank rod (17 min) changes its position accordingly.
It remains to be noted that the invention enables right-handed operation in the direction of the curved arrow (3) and also left-handed operation in the direction of the arrow (3).
In the third exemplary embodiment of a shaft control device according to FIGS. 4 and 5, an annular drive element (1) is non-rotatably seated on a shaft (2) which can be rotated intermittently in the direction of arrow (3) by 180 degrees with the aid of a drive device, not shown here.
An eccentric disc (109) is rotatably mounted on the drive element (1) with the aid of a concealed roller bearing arranged concentrically to the shaft (2). The drive element (1) partially overlaps the eccentric disc (109).
The eccentric disc (109) is provided with a bolt (111) on which a coupling element (112) in the form of a two-armed lever is pivotally mounted. The coupling element (112) is designed like a pawl. Its coupling nose (110) fits into the recesses (4) and (5). It forms one end of the two-armed lever. The other end is formed by a leaf spring (115) which ends in a spring eye (107). By means of the second bent end (116) of the leaf spring (115), the coupling element (112) can be loaded such that it can snap into one of the two recesses (4) and (5) of the drive element (1).
In the engaged state, the coupling element (112) connects the intermittently rotatable drive element (1) to the eccentric disc (109). The eccentric disc (109) is rotatably mounted in a crank rod (117) with the aid of a roller bearing (108). If the coupling element (112) is engaged, when the drive element (1) rotates in the direction of the arrow (3) by 180 degrees, a pivot point (118) of the crank rod (117) moves parallel to the direction of the arrow (119) the eccentricity of the eccentric disc (109). The articulation point (118) has a linkage to a shaft or shaft frame of a weaving machine via rods, not shown here, so that this shaft or shaft frame can be brought out of a high position after turning the drive element (1) by 180 degrees into a low position or vice versa.
Each time the drive element (1), the eccentric disc (109), the crank rod (117) and the articulation point (118) are in the dead center position and the forces acting on the articulation point (118) are on the central axis (126) of the shaft (2) or directed away from the central axis (126) of the shaft (2).
For the purpose of switching the coupling element (112) there is a switching element (120) which can be controlled according to the model. The switching element (120) presents itself as a lever, which is brought from the position shown in FIG. 5 to the position shown in FIG. 4 and thereby by a force directed against the central axis (126) of the shaft (2) (P) can be charged. According to the model, the lever (120) can also be relieved and moved back to the starting position.
The coupling element (112) can only be moved in the dead center position of the intermittently rotatable drive element (1) and the eccentric disc (109) from the engagement position to the disengagement position and back and during the rotational movement of the eccentric disc (109) by a controllable locking element (129) against one Position change in the direction of leaving the engagement position secured. A switchable eccentric locking pawl (122) which is loaded in the direction of the locking position is provided on the crank rod (117). The coupling element (112) and the locking element (129) can be disengaged or unlocked by the eccentric locking pawl (122). The eccentric locking pawl (122) can be controlled by the switching element (120) or by a similar second switching element (121) opposite the first one.
The locking element (129) has a pawl (123) which is attached to a shaft (124) which also carries a shift lever (125). The shaft (124) is pivotally mounted in the spring eye (107) of the coupling element (112). The pawl (123) is loaded in the reverse direction by a spring (133).
The eccentric disc (109) has two opposing stops (127, 128) for lateral guidance of the eccentric locking pawl (122) which is in the locking position. The locking element (129) of the coupling element (112) is in the coupling and locking position according to FIG. 4 between the stops (127, 128), the pawl (123) engaging behind a nose (130). The locking element (129) can be displaced from the locking position by means of the switching lever (125) due to the eccentric locking pawl (122) moving into the locking position.
The eccentric locking pawl (122) is pivotally mounted on the crank rod (117) about a pivot point (131). To operate it, it is provided with a self-springing switching arm (132) which forms a springy loop. The coupling element (112) is constantly loaded in the direction of the engagement position by a weak spring (134).
Fig. 5 shows the coupling element (112) in the disengaged state and the switching element (120) in a position in which it is furthest from the central axis (126) of the shaft (2). The high position, which has now been reached, for example, remains because when the drive element (1) is turned further in the direction of the arrow (3) the eccentric disc (109) is not taken along. A spring (135) supported on the crank rod (117) pivots the switching arm (132) clockwise, so that the eccentric locking pawl (122) is latched between the stops (127, 128). This means that the eccentric disc (109) cannot be taken along unintentionally. The dead center position or the position reached in each case, that is to say the high position or the low position, is secured by the eccentric locking pawl (122).
The eccentric locking pawl (122) has displaced the locking element (129) out of the locking position and presses against the spring eye (107), whereby the coupling element (112) is kept disengaged.
If the coupling element (112) is to be engaged again from the position shown in FIG. 5, this is done by moving the switching element (120) in the direction of the central axis (126) under the effect of the force (P) according to the pattern while the drive element (1) is still in motion. It then presses against the switching arm (132) and this presses against the end (116) of the leaf spring (115) in order to snap the coupling lug (110) into place, as shown in FIG. 4. The eccentric locking pawl (122) cannot get into the locking position, so that the pawl (123) of the locking element (129) gets into the locking position.
As soon as the drive element (1) has reached the dead center position or the standstill zero position, the coupling element (112) engages in one of the recesses (4) or (5), with position locking being carried out automatically by the locking element (129) becomes.
For the purpose of reversing, the already mentioned second switching element (121) is provided opposite the switching element (120). By means of parallel guides, not shown here, it can be ensured, for example, that both switching elements (120, 121) are always parallel and operate simultaneously and in the same direction. The switching element (121) can be loaded by a force (P min). Compared to the first one, a second eccentric locking pawl (122 min) is pivotally mounted on the crank rod (117) about a pivot point (131 min). To operate it, it is equipped with a self-springing switching arm (132 min), which forms a springy loop.
4 and 5 convey a schematic representation, FIGS. 6 and 7 are partial views of a further, fully constructed exemplary embodiment in natural size. The return spring of the locking element (129) is designed here as a compression spring (133 min). The spring (134) was dispensed with. The nose (130) is omitted. The eccentric disc (109) has circular openings (136, 137) to reduce the moving mass. The leaf spring (115) was supplemented by a leaf spring (115 min), which also has the spring eye (107). Otherwise, the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7 has the same individual parts as the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5.
6, the coupling element (112) is still engaged and the eccentric disc (109) has not yet fully reached the dead center position. Nevertheless, the eccentric locking pawl (122) is already moving in the direction of the locking position. It has already unlocked the pawl (123) against the force of the spring (133 min) by means of the shift lever (125) and will shortly afterwards load the spring eye (107) accordingly in order to disengage the coupling element (112) at the right time. If the coupling element (112) then remains disengaged, as shown in FIG. 7, the drive element (1) is rotated further by 180 degrees or a multiple of 180 degrees, without taking the eccentric disc (109) with it, so that the crank rod (117 ) remains in their position.
The invention enables right-handed operation in the direction of the curved arrow (3) and also left-handed operation in the direction of the arrow (3). The invention is not intended to be limited to the exemplary embodiments shown and described.
