Beschreibung description

The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

In recent times, allergic reactions and the resulting, sometimes very serious, diseases have increased disproportionately. Environmental antigens that have invaded the human body are held responsible for this sharp increase.

In order to detect an allergic reaction in a person, it is known to use various test methods. These are based on the fact that an attempt is made to use the various means to determine deviations of the diseased organism from the healthy one and to determine their cause. The disadvantage of these known test methods is that a period of several weeks is generally required from the first test treatment to a reliable diagnosis, and the test methods used also prove to be comparatively complex. These well-known test methods are often subjected to people who subsequently find that there are no allergic reactions and therefore the inconvenience for the test persons associated with the use of these test methods and the effort involved were or were avoidable.

A means for detecting an allergic reaction, its use in a diagnostic method and a device for using this means are known.

The agent for the detection of an allergic reaction consists of 0.5-800 ngr platelet-activating factor (paf) in preferably 0.05-0.1 ml of a solvent. The amount of platelet activating factor (paf) is advantageously 100-400 ngr. A Coca solution or a physiological saline solution is used as the solvent.

The invention has for its object to provide a device with which the diagnostic means can be used more easily and quickly.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by a device which, in addition to the features of the preamble of patent claim 1, also has that of the characterizing part of patent claim 1. To carry out a test, the ampoule is turned upside down so that the needle-like or sharp-edged projections are wetted with the liquid diagnostic agent. By pressing on the stopper, the skin is pierced and / or scratched and the adhering diagnostic agent is transferred to the test person, whereupon the contents of the ampoule are transferred to the scratched skin.

An advantageous further development of the invention results according to claim 2.

An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, which shows:

Figur 1 eine Ansicht der Vorrichtung und Figure 1 is a view of the device and

Figur 2 eine Seitenansicht der Figur 1. FIG. 2 shows a side view of FIG. 1.

1 denotes the ampoule which contains the liquid diagnostic agent 2. The ampoule 1 is sealed at one end by means of the stopper 3, so that the diagnostic agent 2 contained in the ampoule 1 cannot unintentionally emerge from the ampoule 1. The end face 4 of the stopper 3 facing the diagnostic means 2 is equipped with a plurality of needle-like and / or sharp-edged projections 5.

The end of the stopper 3 facing away from the ampoule 1 is designed as a handle, for example as a handle, stem or the like. In the illustrated embodiment, a plate-shaped stem is provided.

To carry out a test, the device is held in such a way that the liquid diagnostic agent wets the end face 4 of the stopper 3 and thus its projections 5. After the ampoule 1 has been pivoted back, the stopper 3 is pulled out and the projections 5 wetted with the diagnostic agent 2 are pressed into the skin of a test person, whereupon the rest of the liquid is applied to the scratched skin surface.
