RIVENDICAZIONI

Strumento di scrittura ad inchiostro, particolarmente penna a sfera o penna stilografica, del tipo comprendente un fusto di materiale trasparente ed un refill sopportato dal fusto e costituito da una punta scrivente e da un tubetto di materiale trasparente contenente una riserva di inchiostro, caratterizzato dal fatto che il fusto (12) presenta almeno una scala graduata (18, 20) atta a permettere, per confronto con la riserva di inchiostro (I) rimanente, la valutazione della lunghezza di scrittura.1.
