BESCHREIBUNG
Hier will die vorliegende Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen.

Fig. 3a und 3b).
Fig. 2b).
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for mixing and conveying mortar and / or plaster of any nature with a motor-driven mixing and conveying screw arranged in a hopper, the hopper being equipped at the beginning with a sieve and the outlet following the mixing and conveying screw can be coupled with an interchangeable feed pump, which can be selected depending on the material to be conveyed.
Known devices of the type described are each arranged on a cart with four wheels. They have a considerable weight and are also limited mobility. During operation of the device, the bottom of the funnel assumes a horizontal position and the exit edge of the funnel outlet is in a position which is elevated in relation to the funnel bottom. According to said construction, a complete emptying of the funnel is not possible, which circumstance can lead to the device becoming unusable in view of the relatively rapid hardening of the respective conveyed material.
Because of the risk of hardening, the generic units must be cleaned after each use.
The decoupling of the feed pump required for this is cumbersome and time-consuming in the known devices. Of course, this also applies to the case that the feed pump has to be changed due to the changeover to a work step with a different type of material to be conveyed, for example from the application of basic plaster to that of fine plaster.
The present invention seeks to remedy this. It sets itself the task of creating a device of the type described at the outset, which allows the listed disadvantages of known units to be avoided. It should also be possible to carry out the exchange of feed pumps quickly, in a time-saving and cost-effective manner using simple steps.
According to the invention, the solution to the problem is characterized in that the device is arranged on a carriage and can be moved with the aid of a single wheel provided thereon and two handles.
In this way, a compact, weight-saving structure of the mixing and conveying device with easier mobility is achieved.
Furthermore, the design according to the invention permits an advantageous arrangement of the funnel on the carriage in such a way that in the operating position of the device, the funnel bottom has a slope toward the funnel exit, the latter being designed without a shoulder. This ensures that the funnel can be completely emptied, which means that the cleaning effort required after each use can be reduced.
In order to accelerate the interchangeability of the selectable feed pump, a quick coupling can be particularly advantageously provided to connect it to the funnel.
The quick coupling can expediently be designed in the form of an essentially circular connecting element provided with a rotating arm, the inside diameter of which is larger than the outside diameter of the cylinder housing of the respective feed pump and in which a number of keyhole-like recesses interacting with corresponding head screws screwed into the connecting flange at the funnel outlet is provided. The thickness of the annular connecting element in the area of the keyhole-like recesses should be offset on the side of the larger hole width and should then be designed to be increasingly continuous in the direction of the narrower hole width.
A wedge connection between the cap screws in the connecting flange at the funnel outlet and in the connecting flange of the respective feed pump can then be made by turning the connecting element using the rotating arm.
It is advisable to provide guide bolts for corresponding guide bores in the connection flange of the respective feed pump on the connection flange at the funnel outlet, whereby the guide bolt is penetrated by the screw bolt of a cap screw and is thus held on the flange surface. Alternatively, the guide bolts themselves can also be designed in the manner of a cylindrical head screw into which the head screws cooperating with the quick coupling can be screwed.
The funnel bottom can preferably be inclined at an angle alpha = 15 degrees to the horizontal.
The invention is explained in more detail using a preferred embodiment according to the accompanying drawing.
Show it:

1 b shows a detail of the construction of the funnel according to FIG.

Fig. 2b shows a detail of the quick coupling. 2a in section,
3a shows a sectional drawing of the wedge connection between the connection flange at the funnel outlet and that of the respective feed pump, a first embodiment of a cap screw and of guide bolts for the connection flange of the feed pump being shown and
Fig. 3b The wedge connection in section acc. 3a, however, with a second embodiment of head screw and guide pin.
A caret 1 is shown in FIG. On the frame 11 of the carriage 1, which is provided at one end with a wheel 12 and at the other end with two handles 13, there are a funnel 2 with a mixing and conveying screw 21 which can be used in a position close to the ground and one which is assigned to the filling opening Screen 22 and a drive unit 3, consisting of an electric motor 31 and a gear 32 under a common protective cover 33, can be mounted. The mixing and conveying screw 21 can be brought into drive connection at one end via a first coupling piece 211 with the output shaft 321 of the gear 32 and at the other end via a second coupling piece 211 each with the shaft of a feed pump 4 which can be selected depending on the nature of the material to be conveyed.
The material to be conveyed is generally a more or less viscous and / or plastic mortar or plaster and the feed pump, which is known to be an eccentric pump, can generate a pressure increase of up to 40 bar, depending on the type of material to be conveyed.
The funnel 2 and the feed pump 4 each have a connecting flange 25 or 42, which can be connected to one another by means of a quick coupling 5 (cf. FIGS. 3a and 3b). As can be seen from FIG. 1 a, the arrangement of the mixing and conveying device on the carrier 1 selected according to the invention ensures a compact, weight-saving structure with a simultaneous agility of the device.
It can also be seen from FIG. 1b that the arrangement of the funnel 2 shown on FIG. 1 a on the coffer frame 11 causes the funnel bottom 23 to drop towards the funnel exit 24 in the operating position of the conveying device and to pass into the same without a step. The angle of inclination alpha of the funnel bottom to the horizontal is preferably 15 degrees.
The enlarged representation of the quick coupling 5 in FIG. 2 a shows that it comprises an essentially circular connecting element 51 and a rotating arm 52. The inner diameter of the annular connecting element 51 is dimensioned such that the quick coupling 5 can be slipped over the cylindrical housing 41 of the feed pump 4 used in each case.
In the annular connecting element 51, a number of keyhole-like recesses 511 distributed cylindrically around its circumference are also formed. In the area of the latter, the thickness of the annular connecting element 51 is in each case offset on the side of the larger hole width 5111 and then continuously formed towards the narrower hole width 5112 (cf. FIG. 2b).
The wedge connection between the connecting flange 25 at the funnel outlet 24 and that 42 of the feed pump 4 used in each case by means of the quick coupling 5 is illustrated in FIGS. 3a and 3b. Both figures show the annular connecting element 51 of the quick coupling 5 in the engaged operating position.
This means that, viewed in FIG. 2 a, it is in the locking position indicated by the arrow V and pivoted to the right, in which the areas of the keyhole-like recesses 511 with the narrower hole width 5112 and full thickness between the heads of the cap screws 6 or 6 'and the surface area of the connecting flange 42 of the feed pump 4 opposite this and establish a positive connection between these parts.
3a represents a guide bolt 7 pushed onto the bolt of the cap screw 6 for the guide bore 421 in the connecting flange 42 of the feed pump 4. Alternatively, according to FIG. 3b, a guide bolt 7 'is provided, which itself is a kind of hollow cylindrical Cap screw is formed with an internal thread incorporated in its head part. A correspondingly shorter cap screw 6 'for the quick coupling 5 is screwed into the latter. A sealing ring 8 is provided between the two connecting flanges 25 and 42 which bear against one another.
