BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 1 einen schematischen Vertikalschnitt durch den Aufspanntisch mit einem aufgespannten Werkzeugunterteil mit festem Stempel;
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den Aufspanntisch von Fig. 1 entlang der Linie 1 - 1;
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a clamping table for fine punching tool according to claim 1. A clamping table according to the present invention can be installed in the frame or in the ram of a hydraulic or mechanical press and is suitable both for fine punching tools with a fixed and for those with a movable punch. The press can either work from bottom to top or from top to bottom.
Depending on the shape of the parts to be punched, tools with a fixed punch or tools with a moving punch are used for fine punching. For simple, more or less circular or square parts, a tool with a movable stamp is usually used because it is simpler and costs less than a tool with a fixed stamp. With long and narrow parts or with follow-up cutting tools, the system of fixed punches must be selected due to the stability of the punch.
During the punching process, the ring spike of the punching tool is pressed into the band to be processed and must be able to move back by the band thickness. This is done in a known manner with the aid of a pressure piston which can be retracted via the necessary path, the pressure acting on this piston having to be adapted to the part to be punched and with e.g. B. a hydraulic device can be adjusted.
With both types of tool, the tool is attached to the clamping plate of the clamping table. In the case of tools with a movable stamp, that is to say with a stamp which is axially movably mounted in the tool, the ring-serrated plate is firmly connected to the tool. The stamp is firmly connected to the lower part of the table. So that the ring spike can now retreat during punching, the platen must be able to act on the piston.
In the case of tools with a fixed stamp, that is to say with a stamp screwed into the tool, the ring-serrated plate is arranged to be axially displaceable around the stamp. The platen must be supported on the lower part of the platen. So that the ring serrated plate can retreat by the necessary amount, it is connected to the piston with the aid of intermediate elements.
Usually there are two different clamping tables on a fine punching press, which can be exchanged depending on the punching tool to be used.
If a table for tools with a movable stamp is set up on a fine punch press and a tool with a fixed stamp is now to be clamped (or vice versa), the tables must first be changed. This is very cumbersome and time consuming, especially if a change has to be made frequently.
A fine punching press is known which has a table for both tools, it being possible for the tool clamping plate to be screwed on the one hand to the press frame or the ram, and on the other hand to the ring-toothed piston. This makes it easier to switch from one type of punch to the other. However, there is a possibility that not all screws will be replaced, which creates a great danger for the tool and the clamping table.
In CH-PS 551 812 a fine blanking press is disclosed, in which the tool change can be easily carried out by means of a lever, two electrical switches, two hydraulic valves and two pistons movable with respect to one another. However, the solution is very complex and has the disadvantage that the tool cannot be supported in the center in the case of tools with a fixed punch. Another disadvantage of this embodiment is that the arrangement of the support bolts, which support the ring spike in a tool with a fixed punch, is fixed and cannot be adapted to the respective requirements.
The purpose of the present invention is now to overcome these disadvantages. For this purpose, the clamping table for fine punch presses is characterized by the features listed in claim 1. In the case of a fine punch press with a clamping table according to the invention, the changeover from a tool with a fixed punch to a tool with a moving punch or vice versa can be carried out in a very simple and time-consuming manner. In the case of tools with a fixed stamp, the stamp is supported in the middle. A locking disc provided with recesses, which can be rotated by a certain angle with respect to the table axis and can be locked in the end positions, enables the tool clamping plate to be supported in one end position by means of fixing elements attached to it and in the other end position an axial movement of the clamping plate can take place.
The fixing elements are expediently designed as round bolts and the recesses in the locking disk as bores. There is also a support on which the stamp is supported both in the case of tools with a movable stamp and in those with a fixed stamp. If the tool clamping table is attached in the lower part of the press, springs are present according to the invention which press the clamping plate against its upper stop. The support plate and the support bolts, which supported the ring serrated plate, can be easily exchanged, so that the arrangement of the support bolts can be adapted to the respective needs with regard to the tool. In the case of tools with a movable punch, the punch must be firmly connected to the lower part of the clamping table using a threaded rod.
If the next tool has a fixed punch, the threaded rod must be removed. In the clamping table according to the present invention, the threaded rod is connected to an anchoring element provided in the lower part of the clamping table by means of a bayonet catch. If the clamping table is installed in the lower part of the press, there is a spring in the anchoring element, which presses the threaded rod against the upper stop of the bayonet catch. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
It shows:
Figure 1 is a schematic vertical section through the clamping table with a clamped lower tool part with a fixed punch.
FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the clamping table from FIG. 1 along the line 1-1;
3 schematically shows a vertical section through the clamping table with a clamped lower tool part with a movable punch; and
Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the clamping table of Fig. 3 along the line II-II.
FIG. 1 shows the clamping table according to the invention with a tool mounting plate 1, a base body 3 and a punching tool with a fixed punch 15, 16, 17, 19. Fixing elements 5 are attached to the tool mounting plate 1 and rest on a locking disk 6. The locking disk 6 is in turn mounted on the base body 3. In the base body 3 there is an abutment 12 for a support piston 13. The support piston 13 interacts with an insert plate 14 embedded in the platen 1. By this arrangement of abutment 12, support piston 13 and insert plate 14, the underside of the tool plate 19 is firmly supported on the base body 3. The risk of the tool being deformed against the base body 3 during the stamping process is thereby considerably reduced.
The insert plate 14 has passages 28 for guide pins 17 connected to an annular toothed plate 16. As already mentioned, these bores and thus the arrangement of the support bolts 17 can be adapted to the special shape of the stamp 15. The support bolts 17 rest on a spacer ring 18, which in turn is mounted on a piston 9. If the pressure is now reduced in a pressure chamber 10, the piston 9, correspondingly also the spacer ring 18, can withdraw; the ring serrated plate 15 thus withdraws against the clamping table. An increase in the pressure in the pressure chamber 10 causes the ring-serrated plate 16 to return to its old starting position.
Compression springs 2 are provided between the base body 3 and the platen 1. A collar 4a provided on a bolt 4 connected to the base body, in cooperation with a stop provided in the tool mounting plate 1, prevents the mounting plate 1 from being pressed away from the base body 3 by the compression springs.
As already mentioned, the arrangement according to FIG. 1 permits the punching of complicated parts or the use of follow-up cutting tools.
Figure 2 shows the locking disc 6, a handle 7 attached to it and two recesses 6a and 6b. With the aid of a locking device 8 having a cam 8a, the position of the locking disk can be fixed by disengaging the cam 8a in one of the recesses 6a or 6b.
FIG. 3 shows the clamping table according to the invention with a punching tool with a movable stamp. The movable plunger is supported indirectly on the abutment 12 with the aid of a spacer element 19. So that the punch 22 can be firmly anchored to the clamping table, a threaded rod 26 is provided, which is anchored with its lower part in an anchoring element 23 arranged in the abutment 12 and screwed through its bore 28 'in the spacer element 19 with its other end in the punch 22 is. If the clamping table is in the lower part of a fine punch press, the threaded rod 26 can be pressed upwards by a spring 25.
So that the ring serrated plate 21 can now retreat with respect to the punch 22 during the punching process, the locking disk 6 is rotated such that the fixing elements 5 come to rest on passages 6c provided in the locking disk 6. The platen 1 can then move in against the base body 3. However, this retraction is controlled by the pressure present in the pressure chamber 10, since the pressure piston 9 acts on the insert plate 14 of the tool mounting plate 1 via a spacer ring 20. The punch 22 is guided laterally by the insert plate 14 and the ring serrated plate 21 even with very large acting forces.
Figure 4 shows the position of the locking plate 6 when using a tool with a movable punch.
If the fine punching press is to be equipped with another punching tool, it is sufficient to remove the tool and, for example, insert existing as insert plate 14, support piston 13 and spacer ring 18 against an insert consisting of a further insert plate 14, spacer ring 20, spacer element 19 and threaded rod 26 Exchange of use. When using the latter insert, the anchoring device 23 must still be attached in the abutment 12. The change is quick and easy, it is not possible to forget individual parts and thus create a danger when operating the machine.
