BESCHREIBUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum raschen Ermitteln von Markierungen, die in einem relativ gedrängten geometrischen Grundmuster angeordnet sind, wobei die zu ermittelnden Markierungen im gleichen Grundmuster eine stets wechselnde Anordnung haben können, insbesondere Vorrichtung zum Kontrollieren der Trefferquote bei Lottoscheinen.
Bei Testaufgaben, welche durch Ankreuzen von Feldern gelöst werden können, ist es bereits seit langem bekannt, die richtigen Antworten dadurch zu ermitteln, dass eine Klarsichtfolie mit den richtig angekreuzten Antworten auf das Testblatt gelegt wird. Dadurch werden die richtigen Antworten sofort sichtbar und Korrekturfehler können weitgehend ausgeschaltet werden. Ein ähnliches Vorgehen wäre auch bei der Kontrolle von ausgefüllten Lottoscheinen wünschenswert. Ein Problem besteht jedoch dabei darin, dass anders als bei Testaufgaben die gesamthaft möglichen Markierungen auf einem sehr engen Feld zusammengedrängt sind. So sind z. B. beim Zahlenlotto 6 aus 42 insgesamt 42 umrandete Zahlen auf einem Feld von 30 auf 23 mm angeordnet.
Gleichzeitig können auf einem Lottoschein 12 derartige Felder unmittelbar nebeneinander angeordnet sein. Dies erschwert eine fehlerfreie und rasche Kontrolle erheblich. Ein weiteres Problem bei Lottoscheinen besteht darin, dass sich die Anordnung der richtigen Markierungen bzw. der richtigen Zahlen laufend verändert. Ausserdem sollte für den häufigen Lottospieler die Vorrichtung stets verfügbar sein und wegen ihrer geringen Abmessung nicht verlorengehen.
Es ist daher eine Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, welche auch bei sich ändernden Markierungen mehrfach eingesetzt werden kann. Die Vorrichtung soll zudem optisch so gestaltet sein, dass die Kontrolle auch bei gedrängter Anordnung der zu kontrollierenden Felder leicht fällt. Ausserdem soll die Vorrichtung nicht verlorengehen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass eine Platte aus transparentem Material eine Feldeinteilung mit dem Grundmuster der zu ermittelnden Markierungen trägt, dass die Platte wenigstens im Bereich der Feldeinteilung eine beschriftbare und abwaschbare Oberfläche aufweist, und dass die Platte als Schlüsselanhänger über ein flexibles Verbindungselement mit einer ringartigen Anschliessvorrichtung verbunden ist.
Die Ausbildung als Schlüsselanhänger hat den Vorteil, dass die Kontrollvorrichtung praktisch überall und jederzeit verfügbar ist, wenn sie mit dem Hausschlüssel, Autoschlüssel usw. verbunden wird. Wie z. B. Schlüsselanhänger, welche mit einem Kalender versehen sind, wird so das Zweckmässige mit dem Nützlichen verbunden. Die beschriftbare und abwaschbare Oberfläche der Platte erlaubt es, bei jedem Lottospiel die richtigen Markierungen auf der Platte einzutragen und nach dem Vergleich mit dem Lottozettel wieder abzuwaschen. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es dabei, wenn die Platte aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist. Dieses lässt sich einfach verarbeiten und kann gut abgewaschen werden.
Eine besonders dauerhafte Feldeinteilung wird erzielt, wenn sie als Koordinatennetz in der Form von Oberflächenvertiefungen ausgebildet ist. Die Oberflächenvertiefungen sind auch bei relativ starker Abnützung der Oberfläche noch gut sichtbar. Im Gegensatz zu Druckfarbe können die Ober flächenvertiefungen durch unzweckmässige Schreibgeräte wie Kugelschreiber usw. nicht weggekratzt werden. Die Vertiefungen werden vorteilhaft auf der der beschriftbaren und abwaschbaren Oberfläche gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche angeordnet. Die Sichtbarkeit des Koordinatennetzes kann weiter dadurch verbessert werden, dass die Oberflächenvertiefungen mit Farbe ausgelegt sind.
Eine weitere Erleichterung für das Auge beim Kontrollvorgang ergibt sich, wenn der Oberflächenbereich ausserhalb der Feldeinteilung zur besseren optischen Abgrenzung nicht transparent oder halbtransparent ausgebildet ist. Dadurch wird der Grenzbereich des unmittelbar an das zu kontrollierende Feld anschliessenden Feldes mit anderen Zahlenmarkierungen abgedeckt.
Eine besonders rasche Einsatzbereitschaft der Kontrollvorrichtung ergibt sich, wenn an der Anschliessvorrichtung ein Schreibgerät zum Markieren der Feldeinteilung auf der Platte befestigt ist. Auf diese Weise erübrigt sich nicht nur das Suchen nach einem Schreibgerät, sondern es kann dadurch auch sichergestellt werden, dass das angehängte Schreibgerät auf die Oberfläche der Platte abgestimmt ist. So könnte es beispielsweise ein Filzstift sein, der auch auf einer glatten Kunststoffoberfläche anschreibt und dessen Tinte abwaschbar ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird nachstehend:beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 eine Kontrollvorrichtung mit angehängtem Schreibgerät, und
Figur 2 einen Querschnitt durch eine Platte in stark vergrössertem Massstab.
Wie in Figur 1 dargestellt besteht die Vorrichtung im wesentlichen aus einer Platte 1, die vorzugsweise aus Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und etwa die zweckmässige Form eines Schlüsselanhängers aufweist. Selbstverständlich sind auch andere Aussenkonfigurationen wie z. B. runde oder ovale Platten oder auch Fantasieformen denkbar. Die Platte hat eine Wandstärke von ca. 1,5 bis 4 mm. Über ein flexibles Verbindungselement 4 ist die Platte 1 mit einer Anschlussvorrichtung 5 verbunden. Die Anschlussvorrichtung 5 kann jede beliebige Konfiguration und Mechanik aufweisen, wie sie für Schlüsselanhänger bekannt sind. Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich um einen einfachen Schlüsselring. Ebenfalls über ein flexibles Verbindungselement ist an der Anschliessvorrichtung 5 ein Schreibgerät 8 befestigt.
Das Schreibgerät besteht aus einer Kopfhülse 9 und aus dem eigentlichen Schreibstift 10, der in die Kopfhülse 9 einsteckbar ist. Das Schreibgerät 8 könnte auch unmittelbar an der Platte befestigt werden oder allenfalls ganz weggelassen werden.
Die Platte list mit einer Feldeinteilung 2 versehen, welche der Feldeinteilung bei einem Lottoschein entspricht.
Beim Zahlenlotto 6 aus 42 sind es somit 42 Felder. Grösse, Anzahl und Konfiguration der Felder können sich somit ändern. Wie insbesondere aus Figur 2 ersichtlich ist, besteht die Feldeinteilung vorzugsweise aus Oberflächenvertiefungen 6, welche zudem mit Farbe ausgelegt sein können. Derartige Vertiefungen lassen sich eingravieren, einprägen oder bei einer Herstellung im Spritzgiessverfahren unmittelbar eingiessen. In bestimmten Anwendungsfällen können die Feldeinteilungen auch als Oberflächenerhebungen ausgebildet sein.
Es wäre auch denkbar, durch ein geeignetes Druckverfahren die Feldeinteilung aufzudrucken.
Wenigstens eine Seite der Platte ist mit einer beschriftbaren und abwaschbaren Oberfläche 3 versehen. Ausserdem ist im Ausführungsbeispiel der Oberflächenbereich 7 ausserhalb der Feldeinteilung 2 nicht transparent ausgebildet. Dadurch entsteht eine Art Sichtblende, welche das zu kontrollierende Feld von benachbarten Feldern besser abgrenzt. Der nicht transparente Oberflächenbereich 7 kann beispielsweise durch einen Farbaufdruck gebildet sein. Bei einer Herstellung im Spritzgiessverfahren ist es auch möglich, die entsprechende Partie am Spritzgusswerkzeug zu erodieren, so dass eine matte Oberfläche entsteht. Auch ein Aufprägen oder Aufkleben einer geeigneten Folie wäre denkbar.
Die Platte kann ausserdem mit weiteren Markierungen versehen sein, welche die richtige Relativlage zum Lottoschein angeben. Eine derartige Markierung könnte beispielsweise aus einem Pfeil oder aus dem Hinweis oben bestehen. Die Platte 1 kann ausserdem einen Hinweis tragen, für welche Lottoscheine sie eingesetzt werden kann. Für den Einsatz der Kontrollvorrichtung werden beim Bekanntwerden der richtigen Lottozahlen mit dem Stift 10 die entsprechenden Felder gekennzeichnet. Anschliessend wird die Feldeinteilung 2 in der richtigen Lage deckungsgleich auf die Feldeinteilung des Lottoscheins gelegt, so dass die Treffer sofort ermittelt werden können.
DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a device for quickly determining markings which are arranged in a relatively compact geometric basic pattern, the markings to be determined in the same basic pattern being able to have a constantly changing arrangement, in particular a device for checking the hit rate for lottery tickets.
For test tasks that can be solved by checking boxes, it has long been known to determine the correct answers by placing a transparent film with the correctly ticked answers on the test sheet. This means that the correct answers are immediately visible and correction errors can largely be eliminated. A similar procedure would also be desirable for checking filled lottery tickets. One problem, however, is that, unlike in test tasks, the total number of possible markings is crowded in a very narrow field. So z. B. in the number lotto 6 out of 42 a total of 42 framed numbers arranged in a field from 30 to 23 mm.
At the same time, 12 such fields can be arranged directly next to one another on a lottery ticket. This makes error-free and rapid control considerably more difficult. Another problem with lottery tickets is that the arrangement of the correct markings or the correct numbers is constantly changing. In addition, the device should always be available to the frequent lottery player and should not be lost due to its small size.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which can also be used repeatedly with changing markings. The device should also be optically designed so that the control is easy even when the fields to be checked are arranged in a compact manner. In addition, the device should not be lost. This object is achieved according to the invention in that a plate made of transparent material bears a field division with the basic pattern of the markings to be determined, that the plate has a writable and washable surface at least in the area of the field division, and that the plate as a key fob with a flexible connecting element a ring-like connecting device is connected.
Training as a key fob has the advantage that the control device is available practically anywhere and at any time if it is connected to the house key, car key, etc. Such as B. key fobs, which are provided with a calendar, the practical is combined with the useful. The writable and washable surface of the plate allows the correct markings to be entered on the plate for each lottery game and washed off again after comparison with the lottery ticket. It is particularly advantageous if the plate is made of plastic material. This is easy to process and can be washed off well.
A particularly permanent field division is achieved if it is designed as a coordinate network in the form of surface depressions. The surface depressions are still clearly visible even if the surface is relatively worn. In contrast to printing ink, the surface depressions cannot be scratched away by unsuitable writing utensils such as ballpoint pens, etc. The depressions are advantageously arranged on the surface opposite the inscribable and washable surface. The visibility of the coordinate network can be further improved if the surface recesses are lined with color.
A further relief for the eye during the control process is obtained if the surface area outside the field division is not transparent or semi-transparent for better visual delimitation. As a result, the border area of the field immediately adjacent to the field to be checked is covered with other numerical markings.
The control device is particularly quickly ready for use if a writing instrument for marking the field division on the plate is attached to the connecting device. In this way, not only is there no need to search for a writing instrument, but it can also be ensured that the attached writing instrument is matched to the surface of the plate. For example, it could be a felt-tip pen that also writes on a smooth plastic surface and whose ink is washable.

As shown in Figure 1, the device consists essentially of a plate 1, which is preferably made of plastic material and has approximately the appropriate shape of a key fob. Of course, other external configurations such as. B. round or oval plates or imaginative forms conceivable. The plate has a wall thickness of approx. 1.5 to 4 mm. The plate 1 is connected to a connection device 5 via a flexible connecting element 4. The connection device 5 can have any configuration and mechanism, as are known for key fobs. The exemplary embodiment shown is a simple key ring. A writing instrument 8 is also attached to the connecting device 5 via a flexible connecting element.
The writing instrument consists of a head sleeve 9 and the actual pen 10, which can be inserted into the head sleeve 9. The writing instrument 8 could also be attached directly to the plate or, if need be, omitted entirely.
The plate is provided with a field division 2, which corresponds to the field division for a lottery ticket.
For the number lotto 6 out of 42, there are 42 fields. The size, number and configuration of the fields can change. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the field division preferably consists of surface depressions 6, which can also be designed with color. Such depressions can be engraved, embossed or cast directly during production using the injection molding process. In certain applications, the field divisions can also be designed as surface surveys.
It would also be conceivable to print the field division using a suitable printing method.
At least one side of the plate is provided with a writable and washable surface 3. In addition, in the exemplary embodiment the surface area 7 outside the field division 2 is not transparent. This creates a kind of screen that better separates the field to be checked from neighboring fields. The non-transparent surface area 7 can be formed, for example, by color printing. When manufacturing by injection molding, it is also possible to erode the corresponding part on the injection molding tool, so that a matt surface is created. Imprinting or gluing on a suitable film would also be conceivable.
The plate can also be provided with other markings that indicate the correct position relative to the lottery ticket. Such a marking could consist, for example, of an arrow or the note above. The plate 1 can also carry a note for which lottery tickets it can be used. For the use of the control device, the corresponding fields are marked with the pen 10 when the correct lottery numbers are known. The field division 2 is then placed in the correct position on the field division of the lottery ticket so that the hits can be determined immediately.
