PATENTANSPRÜCHE
Dabei zeigen:
Figur 1 die Befestigungsvorrichtung in Seitenansicht,
Figur 2 dieselbe in Draufsicht,
Figur 3 ein Schalttafelgeräte mit Befestigung in Seitenansicht
Figur 4 dasselbe in Draufsicht.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Fastening device on Schaittafelgeräte, which are inserted through a recess in the Schittafeiwand and brought to rest with an instrument frame on the Schittafeiwand, characterized in that at least two of the side housing walls (10) each have a recess (19) for receiving one in the relevant Have housing wall laterally fixable and pivotable guide sleeve (11), in which a pin (12) is mounted to be longitudinally displaceable, which carries at one end (13) a slide (14) supported against the guide sleeve by a spring (15) and at the other end (16 ) has a handle (17).
2. Fastening device according to claim 1, characterized in that the recess (19) is formed by a bore, and that the guide sleeve (11) is held in this by means of a pin (18).
3. Fastening device according to claim 2, characterized in that the spring (15) is tensioned when the pin (12) is pivoted in, and thereby the control panel device (21) with its frame (22) is pressed against the control panel wall (20).
4. Fastening device according to claim 2, characterized in that the contact pressure between the switchboard device (21) and the switchboard wall (20) can be released by pivoting the slide (14) from the position perpendicular to the switchboard wall (20) while overcoming the tensioning force of the spring (15) .
When installing instruments or devices in flat control panels, there is a need to fasten them in such a way that no fastening elements are visible from the front and still ensure that the objects are firmly seated.
However, attachment from the rear, for example by means of screws and threads, is also undesirable, since these special counterparts would have to be inserted into the front panel, but the aim is to disassemble them easily and without tools, if possible, and in addition, storage that is flexible against impacts is required.
The present invention takes these requirements into account and relates to a fastening device on control panel devices according to the features listed in the claims.
An exemplary embodiment is explained in more detail on the basis of the description and the figures. Show:
FIG. 1 shows the fastening device in a side view,
FIG. 2 shows the same in plan view,
Figure 3 is a control panel devices with attachment in side view
Figure 4 shows the same in plan view.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, a pin 12 is mounted in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a guide sleeve 11. The guide sleeve carries on its underside a pin 18 with a molded head 23. On one end 13 of the pin 12, a slide 14 is placed, for example pressed, which forms a flat surface on the side facing away from the pin. A compression spring 15 is clamped between the slider 14 and the guide sleeve 11. The other end 16 of the pin 12 is closed by a handle 17. In addition, a sleeve 24 is pushed onto this part of the pin 12, which limits the free displacement of the pin in the guide sleeve 11.
FIGS. 3 and 4 show the interaction between control panel device 21, control panel wall 20, frame 22 and the fastening device (dog). First, the control panel device 21 is pushed through a corresponding recess in the control panel wall 20 until it rests with its frame 22. Bores 19 are now provided in the housing walls 10 of the control panel device 21, into which holes the pin 18 of the guide sleeve 11 is inserted and displaced so far that the head 23 engages under the edge of the bore 19 and thereby holds the guide sleeve 11 in place.
To attach the dashboard device 21, the pin 12 is now rotated in the bearing formed by the bore 19 and pin 18 in such a way that the slider 14 pivots against the panel wall 20 and presses the spring 15 with its flat surface against it. The location of the bore 19, the length of the pin 12 or its end 13 with the slider 14 are to be dimensioned such that the spring 15 is continuously somewhat compressed in the latched position and thereby the housing of the control panel device 21 with its frame 22 on the control panel wall 20 presses.
To loosen the attachment, the pin 12 is pivoted, the flat surface of the slider 14 being lifted off the panel wall, whereupon the guide sleeve 11 with the pin 18 can be lifted out of the bore 19.
The slider 14 is advantageously made of plastic, since the engagement on the switch panel wall 20, which in the majority of cases is a painted metal plate, takes place under strong friction, and this would be quickly damaged if rubbed with a metal slider. Likewise, the guide sleeve 11 is advantageously made of plastic, for example injection molded.
The fastening device according to the invention fulfills all the conditions, namely simple assembly and disassembly without tools, no additional fastening means, such as threads, screws or the like. It also offers the advantage that the control panel device is suspended in a resilient manner in that any bumps are absorbed by the spring 15 and are not transmitted to the device.
