Fig. 1 Antriebsmöglichkeiten eines Profilstabes
Fig. 2 Direkter Stabantrieb

2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that an electrodynamic vibrator is used as the vibration generator, which has a control for the vibration of the stirring element.
3. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the stirring element is brought into resonance and held by means of a controller.

5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the stirring element is a hollow rod and has an inclined surface for the axial scooping action.
6. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the stirring element in the bending area has a movement-enhancing membrane, and / or lever, and / or spring element intermediate member.
7. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the stirring element has a direct drive (Fig. 2).
8. Device according to one of claims 4-7, characterized in that the driven stirrer end has a Si gnalgeber built in, which transmits the position of a stationary receiving unit, which has a coupling with an excitation circuit.
9. Device according to one of claims 4-8, characterized in that the stirrer has a coupling with a driven eccentric.
10. Device according to one of claims 4-9, characterized in that the drive has an axial direction of movement and has an articulated lever construction corresponding to the angle of the force.
If we consider the example of a mixing vessel, the mixer is a rotating stirrer. Depending on the tightness requirements, a corresponding effort is made. Since an axial mix is usually required in addition to the horizontal mix, the flow must be redirected.
It can not be based on natural material behavior, resp. whose advantages are exploited.
It is an object of the invention to develop a drive system in which the driven element is stationary and is only set in vibration. It is, if the materials and the application allow, to strive for energy-efficient resonance operation. A gyroscopic movement should also be achieved with this quasi standing element. Known units should be possible as drive elements.
This object is achieved by means of the feature listed in the characterizing part of claim 1. Preferred embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.
The invention is described below with the aid of the figures.
The figures show:
Fig. 1 drive options of a profile bar
Fig. 2 direct rod drive
Process engineering, e.g. B. mixing tanks in chemistry or biotechnology, further mixing the basin in wastewater technology.
Fig. 1 shows drive options of a profile bar with a drive 1 and the eccentric disc 2. For circular movement, the drive unit is mounted rotated by 900 in the axial direction below 3. An electro-dynamic vibrator 4 is also used as the drive. Another possibility is a cylinder 5 which has a bellows or membrane shape with a smaller stroke. The drive energy is directed to the profile bar 6. The neutral bending point 7 is the point where the rod z. B. is held over a membrane 8. A seal 9 prevents the intermediate space 10 from being filled with solids. The profile is driven, the rod bending through the medium resistance 11 to 12. When using a fiber rod, this movement is increased. With its own tension, it now swings back and swings to the other side like a pendulum.
Fig. 2 shows a direct rod drive 21, the profile 22 in the container 23 circulating tubes 24 is indicated as a reinforced stirrer. The movement-neutral point 25 is again in the passage area of 26. The profile drive is released electromagnetically. For this purpose, the excitation coil 28 is used, an iron tube 29 cut 30 obliquely, 31 being the core. The excitation coil pulls the rod backwards, causing the profile to resonate at the correct frequency. The induction coil 33, which has subdivisions 34 and makes the profile location visible, is excited with a permanent magnet 32. An optical sensor system is another control option for the excitation coil. The whole system is accommodated in a cylinder 35 and held in the correct position with cover 36 with spacers 37. The electrical parts are insulated with 38, 39.
