Description

The subject of the present invention is a composition for caring for and rejuvenating the skin as well as cosmetic products containing said composition.

A large number of products and compositions are already known in the cosmetics field, intended either for skin care or for its treatment.

Most laboratories therefore offer ranges of products specially adapted to particular types of skin, each product having to act according to the peculiarity of the skin to be treated, its usual appearance (slightly oily or dry), its coefficient acidity pH and a multitude of other peculiarities.

Unfortunately, the users do not call on specialists such as estheticians or possibly dermatologists before using this or that product offered by most laboratories. This often results in very poor use or adaptation of the products in question depending on the skin to be treated.

Furthermore, certain compositions that are well suited to a specific skin type and that are prescribed with care do not always have the same stability after a few days of application, with respect to the start of the treatment, modifications occurring by alteration of the product itself by oxidation or destabilization.

Independently of these factors, the cells of the skin to be treated undergo numerous attacks due for example to climatic conditions, differences in temperature, humidity, etc., but still these cells undergo natural aging which has appeared necessary to compensate. .

Since ancient times, natural products have been used such as products based on plant, mineral or animal compositions, always seeking a stable and effective product in most cases to be treated. No doubt some very high quality products may have been. thus be developed or used. Unfortunately, no formula has been able to cross the age and reach us.

Modern cosmetics, inspired by phytopharmaceutical or specifically medicinal studies, has been able to develop very good products based on vitamins or even fresh cells, having very good qualities of treatment according to such or such skin to be treated; however, these products remain essentially from the pharmaceutical field and are of a relatively high selling price, thus not allowing wide distribution: public.

The present invention proposes to remedy most of these drawbacks and makes it possible to obtain a composition intended for the care and rejuvenation of the skin as well as a set of cosmetic products, such as soaps, lotions, shampoos, etc. highly regenerating and nourishing of the epidermis, and applicable without limitation to the diversity of the skins to be treated, regardless of their acidity coefficient or the external climatic conditions.

The present invention relates for this purpose to a composition for caring for and rejuvenating the skin, the cosmetic products 40 obtained using said composition and the process relating to the preparation of said composition and said cosmetic products.

According to a first characteristic of the invention, the composition for caring for and rejuvenating the skin is obtained using a preparation of a set of agents comprising a first combination comprising beeswax, vegetable oil, preferably of the type commercially designated Neobée 18 or Eleinate 288, sorbitol stearate and tristearate, methyl paraben, mono methyl ether of hydroquinone; a second association comprising distilled water, borax at 10 H 2 O and a preservative and a third association comprising perfume and vitamin agents.

According to a preferred characteristic of the invention, the first combination of agents consists of beeswax, vegetable oil, sorbitol stearate and tristearate, methyl 55 paraben and mono methyl ether of hydroquinone.

The agents which enter into the composition of the first association have proportions of the order of:

- 8 to 15% beeswax

- 40 to 48% vegetable oil of the type designated commercially 60 Neobée 18 or Eleinate 188 or any other type of oil having the same qualities

- 3 to 4% sorbitol stearate

- 0.75 to 2% sorbitol tristearate

- 0.1 to 0.3% methyl paraben

According to a preferred characteristic of the invention, the second combination of agents comprises distilled water, borax at 10 H 2 O and a preservative.

According to a preferred characteristic of the invention, the third combination of agents is composed of perfume and vitamin agents; the vitamin agents consist of vitamins Al, D2 and E in the form of tocopherol acetate.

The agents which enter into the composition of the third association have proportions of the order of:

- 0.1 to 0.3% perfume

- 0.1 to 0.3% of vitamins Al and D2

- 0.1 to 0.3% vitamin E (tocopherol acetate)

The invention also relates to cosmetic products which contain the above-mentioned combinations.

The invention also relates to the process for the manufacture of the composition, process in which the constituent agents of the first combination are carefully mixed, comprising beeswax, vegetable oil, sorbitol stearate and tristearate, methyl paraben, mono ethyl ether of hydroquinone, then a second association is added comprising distilled water, borax at 10 H 2 O and a preservative and, finally, a third association is mixed comprising perfume with added vitamin agents consisting of vitamin Al, D2 and E (tocopherol acetate).

The invention applies to cosmetics in general, to the treatment and rejuvenation of the skin.
