Fig. 1 ein mit der Erfindung ausgestattetes Druckregelgerät für Gasinstallationen, in einem Längsschnitt, in natürlicher Grösse;
Fig. 2 den Gehäuseteil des Druckregelgerätes nach Figur 1, in einem Längsschnitt;

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Pressure regulator for gas installations with a membrane housing, which has a blow-out opening in the membrane rear space, which is reinforced with a valve, the valve plate of which is held in the open position by means of soft solder against a tensioned spring, and the valve stem is displaceably guided in a housing part, characterized in that the valve stem (16) and the housing part (12) are provided with transverse recesses (19 and 20) which are aligned with one another in the open position of the valve (13) and are penetrated by a body (21) made of soft solder.
2. Pressure control device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transverse recesses (19 and 20) are transverse bores, and the body (21) is a cylinder fitting in the transverse bores.
3. Pressure control device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transverse recess (20) of the housing part (12) is at least one transverse bore and serves as an annular recess with a semicircular cross-section as a transverse recess (19) of the valve stem (16), and that the body (21) is a cylinder that fits into the transverse bore and the annular groove.
The invention relates to a pressure control device for gas installations with a membrane housing, which has a blow-out opening in the membrane rear space, which is reinforced with a valve, the valve disk of which is held in the open position by means of soft solder against a tensioned spring and the valve stem is displaceably guided in a housing part.
The pressure regulator according to the invention is used to reduce the pressure of a gas distribution network to one for consumer devices such as e.g. Gas stoves, gas stoves and water heaters require gas pressure.
Pressure regulators for gas installations are known which are designed to withstand ambient temperatures of 500 degrees Celsius and above. In addition, a pressure regulating device has recently become known, the blow-out opening of which is provided with a valve, which in its open position is fixed by a connecting means that detaches at an elevated temperature (German utility model 8 117 670).
Since the valve plate of this valve is seated on a valve stem, which is soldered to the membrane housing by means of soft solder in the open position of the valve, the production of this valve is associated with some effort and its assembly is not very easy.
The object of the invention is to create a valve which serves to close the outlet opening of a pressure control device and which is very simple to manufacture and easy to assemble.
To achieve the object, a pressure control device of the type mentioned at the outset is assumed and the object is achieved in that the valve stem and the housing part are provided with transverse recesses which are in alignment with one another when the valve is in the open position and are penetrated by a body made of soft solder. Since the arrangement of the transverse recesses aligned in the open position allows the body made of soft solder to be simply pushed in in this position of the valve, the innovation results in a highly simple and easily controllable assembly of the valve, which can be produced with little effort.
In the invention, the transverse recesses can be transverse bores and the body can be a cylinder that fits into the transverse bores.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the transverse recess of the housing part is at least one transverse bore and an annular groove with a semicircular cross section serves as the transverse recess of the valve stem, so that the body can be a cylinder fitting into the transverse bore and the annular groove.
The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it:
1 shows a pressure regulator for gas installations equipped with the invention, in a longitudinal section, in natural size;
Figure 2 shows the housing part of the pressure control device according to Figure 1, in a longitudinal section.
3 shows the housing part according to FIG. 2, in a cross section, cut along the line II 1-111 in FIG. 2.
The pressure regulator shown in the drawing is used to regulate the pressure of a gas distribution network to the value suitable for gas appliances (stoves, stoves, water heaters). In this pressure regulator, the gas flowing in from the gas distribution network through an inlet channel 1 provided with a filter passes through an actuator 2 and then passes through an outlet channel 3 to a gas meter (not shown) connected there, from the output side of which it is fed to the gas devices.
The actuator 2 is actuated by a working diaphragm 4, which is loaded by two parallel compression springs 5. A compensating membrane 6 is located in front of the working membrane 4 and a safety membrane 7 is provided behind the working membrane 4.
The safety membrane 7 prevents the gas from escaping if the working membrane 4 leaks or breaks; the compensation membrane 6 eliminates the influence of different pressures of the gas distribution network. The working membrane 4 is under the influence of the gas pressure via an Ilupulsrohr 8.
The working membrane 4, the compensating membrane 6 and the safety membrane 7 consist of a rubber-elastic material which is gas-tight but not heat-resistant. These three membranes are located together with the compression springs 5, the actuator 2 and various setting devices in a membrane housing 9.
The cone-shaped head 10 of the diaphragm housing 9 forms the diaphragm rear space 11. A housing part 12 arranged in the head 10, which carries the adjusting devices, serves as an abutment for the compression springs 5.
A valve 13 is arranged centrally in the housing part 12, see FIG. 2, which automatically closes a blow-out opening 14 at elevated temperature and thus prevents gas from the pressure regulating device 7 from being damaged by the action of a fire and thereby breaking the working diaphragm 4 and the safety diaphragm can express.
The valve 13 has a valve plate 15 which is seated on a valve stem 16. The valve stem 16 is loosely guided in the housing part 12. A tensioned spring 17 presses on the valve member 15 with the tendency to press it onto an annular valve seat 18 in the housing part 12 and thus to close the valve 13.
The valve stem 16 is provided with a transverse recess 19 in the form of an annular groove with a semicircular cross section, and the housing part 12 also has a transverse recess 20, which is part of a transverse bore which passes through the housing part 12. The two transverse recesses 19 and 20 are aligned with one another in the open position of the valve 13.
The valve 13 is held in its open position by a body 21 made of soft solder, which passes through the transverse recesses 19, 20, cf. also FIG. 3. This body 21 is a cylinder which fits into the transverse recesses 19 and 20 in the form of a piece of solder wire of a suitable diameter and which, when the valve 13 is in the open position, is inserted into the transverse recesses 19 and 20 which are aligned with one another and thereby form a circular channel.
The blow-out opening 14 is in the open position of the valve
13 with the membrane rear space 11 via an annular gap 22 between the valve stem 16 and the housing part 12 and the conical annular gap between the valve plate 15 and the valve seat 18 in connection.
If the pressure control device provided with the invention passes through a damage fire under the influence of impermissibly high temperatures, then the body 21 melts out of soft solder (the solder wire) and under the action of the spring 17, the valve 13 closes. When the valve 13 is closed, it can then pass through the blow-out opening 14 no more gas can escape into the open when the working membrane 4 and the safety membrane 7 are destroyed under the influence of heat. The closing of the valve 13 can be influenced by the choice of a soft solder with a certain melting point.
The setting of the valve 13 (tensioning) is done in the simplest way by pushing the head 23 of the valve stem 16, which initially protrudes from the housing part 12, against the force of the spring 17 until it lies flush with the upper side 24 of the housing part 12, see Figure 1. Now the valve 13 is in the open position and the body 21 in the form of a piece of solder wire can be inserted into the mutually aligned transverse recesses 19 and 20.
However, the solder wire can just as well be inserted into the blow-out opening 14, in which case the transverse recesses 19 and 20 take on the function of a blow-out opening.
