Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ständer für Stämme oder Stangen, insbesondere für Christbäume. The invention relates to a stand for trunks or rods, in particular for Christmas trees.

Es sind bereits verschiedene Ausführungsformen derartiger Ständer bekannt. Im allgemeinen sind diese Ständer jedoch derart kompliziert und aufwendig, dass der Nutzen in keinem Verhältnis zum Herstellungspreis steht. Ausserdem zeigen die bekannten Ständer aufgrund ihrer grossen Kompliziertheit und der aufwendigen Konstruktionsweise eine grosse Störanfälligkeit. Ebenso ist nur in den seltensten Fällen eine tatsächlich stabile Halterung des Christbaumes gegeben, was sich auch alljährlich durch die entstehenden Wohnungsbrände, die teilweise auch durch das Umfallen von Christbäumen mit brennenden Kerzen zurückzuführen sind, zeigt. Die in Figur 1 dargestellte, bevorzugte Ausführungsform des Ständers weist zwei identisch geformte Balken 1 auf, die über- und aneinander befestigt sind.
