The use of plastic insulation panels, in particular polystyrene insulation panels, in sub-roof structures is known. Excellent heat insulation is achieved with such insulating plates; furthermore, the insulating panels can be installed quickly and easily because they can also be walked on. The length of each individual, rectangular insulating plate is advantageously 1260 mm and the width 260 mm.
The object of the invention was to avoid the seepage of rainwater on the screed floor during thunderstorms with violent gusts of wind, in which the roof tiles, corrugated sheets, etc. can be loosened or even removed.
This object is achieved in a sub-roof construction according to the preamble of claim I.
that each insulating plate has a plurality of water-draining channels on its top surface, which run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the insulating plate, and a water-collecting longitudinal channel with which the transverse channels are connected, and that the two of each insulating plate are provided with water-draining edges.
The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, for example. Show it:
1 is a schematic cross section through the sub-roof construction, which consists of rectangular collided insulating plates,
2 is a perspective view of a single styrofoam insulating sheet,
Fig. 3 shows a cross section of the insulating plate according to FIG. 2 along the line III-III, with the insulating plates colliding on their transverse sides and
Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section of the insulating plate according to FIG. 2 along the line IV-IV, with an insulating plate which has been pushed towards one of its transverse sides.
The sub-roof construction according to FIG. 1 consists of rectangular, collapsed polystyrene insulating panels 1.
The insulating panels are designed for covering pitched roofs with all common tiles, corrugated panels, etc. As can be seen from FIG. 1, a ventilation gap 13 is created between the under-roof construction made of insulating plates 1 and the roof battens 11 supported by counter battens (not shown) with roof tiles 12. The air circulating there contributes to the rain water that is kept on the insulating plates 1 quickly is dried out.
According to FIG. 2, each individual styrofoam insulating plate 1 has a plurality of water-draining channels 2 on its top surface 1 a. These water-draining channels 2 run transversely to the longitudinal axis x of the insulating plate 1. On the top surface 1 a of the insulating plate, a water-collecting longitudinal channel 3 is also provided, with which the transverse channels 2 are connected. The bottoms 6 of the transverse channels 2 and the bottom 7 of the longitudinal channel 3 lie at the junction of the transverse channels 2 with the longitudinal channel 3 in the same plane. The floors 6 of the transverse channels 2 rise from the connection point to their outlet ends 2a, which then merge into the cover surface 1 a. This measure slows down the drainage of rainwater through the insulating plate.
The outlet ends 2a of the transverse channels 2 located near the transverse sides 4, 4 'of the insulating plate 1 are bent in the direction of the transverse axis y in order to discharge the rainwater from the transverse sides 4, 4'.
The only longitudinal channel 3 runs over the entire length of each insulating plate 1. The section of the bottom 7 of the longitudinal channel 3, which extends from the connection point with the two transverse channels 2 located near the transverse sides 4, 4 'of the insulating plate 1, rises in the direction of each transverse side 4, 4 '. In the opposite direction, the floor 7 is insulated by a shoulder 8, so that the water accumulated in this floor section of the longitudinal channel 3 is inevitably discharged through the transverse channel 2 connected to this floor section.
Each insulating plate is graduated on its long sides, so that the neighboring insulating plates to be joined are inserted into the gradations in a suitable manner.
The transverse sides 4, 4 'of each insulating plate 1 are also provided with edges 5, which have contact surfaces 9 for the complementary edges of the adjacent insulating plates. The contact surface 9 of each edge 5 is divided into three sections, namely two lying in different planes.
mutually parallel sections 9a, 9c and an inclined section 9b through which the first two sections 9a, 9c are connected. The sections 9a, 9b, 9c of the contact surfaces 9 enclose an angle of approximately 80 ″ with the perpendicular surface of each transverse side 4, 4 '.
The bearing surface 9 on one transverse side 4 of each iso
lierplatte 1 points in the direction of the top surface la: on the other transverse side 4 'it points in the direction of the bottom surface 1b of the insulating plate 1. The bearing surface 9 pointing in the direction of the bottom surface 1b is provided with an edge groove 10 (see FIG. 4). This creates a gutter for the drainage of rainwater when two neighboring insulating plates collide. The rainwater is discharged through the inclined support surface 9 into this channel.
The system of the water-draining gutters 2, the water-collecting longitudinal gutter 3 and the water-draining edges 5 ensures that no rainwater gets onto the screed floor, even if the roof tiles are torn off.
The rainwater is partially stopped by this system and then continued up to gutter 14. The under-roof formwork is designated by 15. Due to the collapsed insulating panels, a heat-insulating, watertight and ventilating under-roof construction of a relatively low weight is achieved.
