Abstract
The device has a joint hinge (5) for connecting two profiled bars (1) with undercut grooves (3), the profiled bars (1) being fastened on wall elements (2). The joint hinge (5) of elastically bendable material has thickened side edges (6) which each engage in one of the grooves (3) of the two profiled bars (1). The device allows the bendable connection of wall elements (2) which can be set up at any angle with respect to each other and consequently allow significantly freer design in comparison with known wall systems. <IMAGE>

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung zum gelenkigen Verbinden zweier Profilstäbe, die mit hinterschnittenen Nuten versehen sind, gekennzeichnet durch ein elastisch biegbares Gelenkband (5), dessen Seitenränder Verdickungen (6) aufweisen, welche in je eine der Nuten (3) der beiden Profilstäbe (1) eingreifen.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verdickungen hohle Wulste (6, 7) sind.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den hohlen Wulsten Steckstifte angeordnet sind.
4. Verwendung der Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 zum Verbinden von Profilstäben (1) von Wandpaneelen (2) zum Bau von mobilen Wänden, welche in einem beliebigen Winkel zueinander aufstellbar sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum gelenkigen Verbinden zweier Profilstäbe gemäss dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1, sowie eine Verwendung nach dem Patentanspruch 4.
Beim Bau von mobilen Wänden für Ausstellungsstände und Pavillons werden häufig Normbauteile verwendet, welche ein rasches Montieren und einen vielseitigen Einsatz gewährleisten. Bei den verschiedenen bekannten Systemen werden ähnliche Elemente wie Profilstangen, Zargen, Wandelemente, usw. verwendet. Diese Systeme ermöglichen rechtwinklige Grundrissformen oder andere fixe Abwinklungen von beispielsweise 30 , 60 , 1200 oder 145". Eine mobile Wand der bekannten Art ist beispielsweise in Figur 1 gezeigt.
Die Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, hier eine Verbesserung zu erzielen, welche das Stellen der einzelnen Wandelemente in beliebigen Winkeln zueinander gestattet. Erfindungsgemäss erfolgt die Lösung dieser Aufgabe durch die in der Kennzeichnung des Patentanspruchs 1 definierten Merkmale. Eine Verwendung ist im Patentanspruch 4 gekennzeichnet.
Nachfolgend werden anhand der Zeichnungen Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 schematisch im Grundriss die bekannten Aufstellungsmöglichkeiten von mobilen Wänden mit fixen Winkeln,
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch ein elastisch biegbares Gelenkband gemäss der Erfindung,
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch zwei mit einem Gelenkband nach Fig. 2 miteinander verbundene Wandprofilteile,
Fig. 4 schematisch im Grundriss eine Aufstellungsmöglichkeit einer mobilen Wand bei Verwendung der Gelenkbänder nach Fig. 2,
Fig. 5 eine weitere Ausführungsform der Gelenkbänder und
Fig. 6 eine extreme Winkelausbildung von 0" bis 5 zwischen zwei Wandelementen.
Die in der Figur 1 gezeigte mobile Wand bekannter Art weist Profilstäbe 1 und Wandelemente 2 auf, wobei die Winkel zwischen den Wandelementen fixiert sind.
Bei der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung gemäss den Figuren 2 und 3 sind zwei Wandelemente 2 seitlich von Profilstäben 1 eingefasst. Die im Querschnitt quadratischen Profilstäbe 1 weisen vier hinterschnittene Längsnuten 3 auf, deren Öffnungen durch Profilschienen 4 begrenzt sind. Die Befestigung der Wandelemente 2 an den Profilstäben ist nur schematisch angedeutet und kann in an sich bekannter Weise mittels lösbarer Verbindungselemente erfolgen.
Zur biegsamen Verbidung der beiden benachbarten Profilstäbe 1 miteinander dient ein Gelenkband 5 aus elastisch biegbarem Material. Seine Längsseiten sind mit wulstartigen Verdickungen 6 versehen, die innen hohl sind. Diese Verdickungen werden zusammengepresst und in die Nuten 3 der Profilstäbe 1 hineingedrückt, wobei sie dann die Schienen 4 der Nuten hintergreifen.
Bei starker Beanspruchung empfiehlt es sich, Stifte 8 in den Hohlräumen 7 anzuordnen, um so die Verdickungen 6 in den Nuten 3 zu sichern (Figur 5).
Wie aus Figur 4 hervorgeht, können mittels der elastisch biegbaren Gelenkbänder die einzelnen Wandelemente in beliebigen Winkeln zueinander gestellt werden, womit eine bedeutend freiere Gestaltung möglich ist im Vergleich zu den bekannten Systemen. Im Extremfall kann der Winkel zwischen zwei Wandelementen 0" bis 5 betragen, wie aus Figur 6 hervorgeht. Die Stabilität der Verbindungbentspricht den üblichen Wandkonstruktionen bei mobilen Wänden. Die Montage und Demontage ist rasch und wiederholt durchführbar, ohne dass besondere Werkzeuge verwendet werden müssen.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Device for the articulated connection of two profile bars, which are provided with undercut grooves, characterized by an elastically bendable hinge (5), the side edges of which have thickenings (6) which engage in one of the grooves (3) of the two profile bars (1) .
2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickenings are hollow beads (6, 7).
3. Device according to claim 2, characterized in that pins are arranged in the hollow beads.
4. Use of the device according to claim 1 for connecting profile bars (1) of wall panels (2) for the construction of mobile walls, which can be set up at any angle to each other.
The invention relates to a device for the articulated connection of two profile bars according to the preamble of independent patent claim 1, and to a use according to patent claim 4.
When building mobile walls for exhibition stands and pavilions, standard components are often used, which ensure quick assembly and versatile use. In the various known systems, similar elements such as profile bars, frames, wall elements, etc. are used. These systems enable rectangular floor plans or other fixed angles of, for example, 30, 60, 1200 or 145 ". A mobile wall of the known type is shown in FIG. 1, for example.
The object of the invention is to achieve an improvement here which allows the individual wall elements to be set at any angle to one another. According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features defined in the characterizing part of claim 1. A use is characterized in claim 4.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. Show it:

The known known mobile wall shown in FIG. 1 has profile bars 1 and wall elements 2, the angles between the wall elements being fixed.
In the device according to the invention according to FIGS. 2 and 3, two wall elements 2 are bordered laterally by profiled bars 1. The profile bars 1, which are square in cross section, have four undercut longitudinal grooves 3, the openings of which are delimited by profile rails 4. The attachment of the wall elements 2 to the profile bars is only indicated schematically and can be done in a manner known per se by means of releasable connecting elements.
An articulated band 5 made of elastically bendable material serves for the flexible connection of the two adjacent profile bars 1 to one another. Its long sides are provided with bead-like thickenings 6, which are hollow on the inside. These thickenings are pressed together and pressed into the grooves 3 of the profile bars 1, whereby they then engage behind the rails 4 of the grooves.
In the case of heavy use, it is advisable to arrange pins 8 in the cavities 7 in order to secure the thickenings 6 in the grooves 3 (FIG. 5).
As can be seen from FIG. 4, the individual wall elements can be placed at any angle to one another by means of the elastically bendable hinge straps, which means that a significantly freer design is possible compared to the known systems. In an extreme case, the angle between two wall elements can be 0 "to 5, as can be seen in FIG. 6. The stability of the connection corresponds to the usual wall constructions with mobile walls. The assembly and disassembly can be carried out quickly and repeatedly, without having to use special tools.
