2. Fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the curvature (18) by a threaded bore (12) having, against the support plate (4) directed bulge of the mounting rail (8) is formed (Fig. 2).
3. Fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the mutually substantially parallel edges of the keyhole-shaped recess (T) of the support plate (4 ') to form the curvature (18) against the mounting rail (8') directed bent tabs (18 ') have an arcuate contour.
4. Fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (1) and the support plate (4, 4 ') are integrally formed.
5. Fitting according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (1) is designed for connection to a drawer guide rail (3).
The invention relates to a fitting for attaching and adjusting the front plate of a pull-out furniture part with a support arranged on the longitudinal side edge of the pull-out furniture part and a support plate connected to it with recesses for receiving screws which are screwed into threaded holes in a mounting rail to be arranged on the support plate and one recess of the support plate is designed as a slot extending from the edge thereof and the other recess is in the form of a keyhole.
Such fittings are known (AT-PS 330 400). In a construction of this type, the support and the support plate are formed in one piece and have a longitudinal slot along their common bending edge. This longitudinal slot is closed within the fitting and has an area of plastic deformability at both ends. In the areas of this plastic deformability, recesses are arranged, for example square holes, in which adjustment tools can be attached. With this fitting, the inclination of the front panel is achieved by the plastic deformation of a corresponding zone of the fitting.
In another fitting of a similar design (AT-PS 335 102), an eccentric is rotatably mounted in the support plate for the height adjustment of the mounting rail, against the upper edge of which a tab which is bent out of the plane of the mounting rail is supported. This adjustment device can undoubtedly be actuated very precisely; mechanically this construction is very complex and therefore expensive.
Fittings of this type are mass-produced items, the manufacture of which must ensure that optimum success can be achieved with as little effort as possible. The present invention is based on fittings of the type mentioned and aims to simplify the construction.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the one screw is designed as a collar screw which receives the edges of the slot and the support plate and mounting rail abut one another in the area of the keyhole-shaped recesses via a curvature which serves as a rolling bearing.
Two embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. 1 shows the fitting in an oblique view, the mounting rail being pulled away from the support plate; Fig. 2 is a side view of the assembled parts, the support plate and the mounting rail being longitudinally cut; 3 is a detailed view of the collar screw; 4 to 6 represent a second embodiment, namely in side view, view and in horizontal section along the line VIII-VIII in Fig. 6th
The fitting according to the first embodiment consists of a support 1, which is connected, preferably welded, to a rail 3 of a drawer guide via the flange 2 bent at the lower edge. The support plate 4 is arranged in one piece with this support and is obtained in the manufacture of the fitting by a corresponding bending operation. A slot-shaped recess 6 extends from the upper edge 5 of this support plate 4.
A keyhole-shaped recess 7 is recessed in the lower region of this support plate 4. The mounting rail 8 is connected to the support plate 4 via the screws 13 and 14. Two edges 9 and 10 of this mounting rail 8 can be flanged for reasons of stability. Two threaded bores 11 and 12 are provided one above the other in this mounting rail 8. The upper threaded bore 11 receives the collar screw 13, which is shown in detail in a side view in FIG. 3, the lower bore 12 a conventional fastening screw 14. The collar screw 13 (FIG. 3) has on its shaft below the screw head 15 and at a distance a collar 16 is arranged therefrom. The actual threaded shaft 17 adjoins this collar 16.
The center distance between the screw head I5 and collar 16 corresponds to the thickness of the sheet material from which the fitting, in particular the support plate 4, is formed. The mutually facing surfaces of screw head 15 and collar 16 can be slightly conical. The lower threaded bore I2 in the mounting rail 8 is arranged in a bulge 18 which forms a curvature, as can be seen particularly clearly from FIG. 2. Support plate 4 and mounting rail 8 rest directly against one another in the region of the keyhole opening 7 via this curvature (FIG. 2). The transverse longitudinal perforations 19 receive fastening screws for fastening the front panel to the mounting rail 8. For mounting, the screws I3 and 14 are screwed into their threaded bores 11 or
12 screwed in. Then the mounting plate is hung on the support plate, and as a result the lower screw 14 is slightly tightened. The height of the mounting rail 8 is adjusted relative to the support plate 4, for example by means of a screwdriver blade, as is well known in this connection, via the lateral punched-out portions 20 and the notch 21. Then the screw 14 is tightened. If the screw 13 is now turned, which receives the edges of the slot-shaped recesses 6 between the screw head and the collar 16 (see FIG. 2), the upper end of the mounting rail moves toward the support plate, depending on the direction of rotation of the screw 13 or
away from this, so that the inclination of the mounting rail 8 relative to the support plate 4 can be adjusted by turning this collar screw 13. The curvature 18 serves as a rolling bearing, so that the inclination of the mounting rail 4 does not distort it.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6, the mutually facing edges of the keyhole-like punchings 7 'are bent outwards and rounded off, so that two web-like elevations which form the curvature 18 lie to the side of the slot-like opening. By means of a suitable design of the punching tools with a subsequent bending operation, this bend can be easily produced.
Fittings of the type described are always used in pairs per pull-out piece of furniture. Thanks to the simple construction of the fitting, a mounting rail 8 of a right or a left fitting can be attached to the support plate 4 of the support 1, so that the horizontal elongated hole recesses 19 are either left or right of the support plate 4. If, in the two exemplary embodiments shown, the keyhole-like punchings 7 and 7 'are shown at the bottom and the slot 6 and 6' at the top, it is entirely possible to exchange this arrangement. The two exemplary embodiments show that the abutment arch 18 can be arranged on the mounting rail or else on the support plate.
In the drawing, equivalent components are provided with the same reference numbers, to each of which an index line has been added to distinguish them. The fitting construction shown is characterized by its simplicity, without the adjustment options of this fitting being restricted by this simple structure.
