PATENTANSPRÜCHE

4. Wall according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the rigid foam plastic (19) consists of polyurethane.
5. Wall according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it is the upper edge of the pool certain edge is provided with a strip (18) made of soft foam plastic.
6. Use of the wall according to claim 1 for the formation of a bathing pool which is lined inside with a film (23) attached to the wall (9) forming a waterproof sack.
The invention relates to a wall for a bathing pool.
Bathing pools are known which have a cylinder made of wood or solid plastic as a wall. The inner boundary surface of the pool is formed by a waterproof film that is attached to the wall and rests on the floor in the interior space delimited by the wall.
Basins whose walls are made of wood are relatively expensive.
Basins, the wall of which is made of solid plastic, are also relatively expensive and also have the disadvantage that the wall is still quite deformable given the material thicknesses.
The invention has now set itself the task of creating a wall that is inexpensive to manufacture and still has great strength and rigidity.
The object is achieved according to the invention by a wall of the type mentioned in the introduction, which is characterized by the features of claim 1. Further, particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the dependent claims.
The invention will now be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a vertical section through a bathing pool, the wall being drawn in an exaggerated thickness for clarity, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the wall which has not yet been foamed.
A bathing pool 3 for a garden swimming pool standing on a flat ground 1 has a bottom part which is formed by a base 5 and a layer of plates 7.
The underlay 5 consists, for example, of pieces of roofing felt covered with aluminum foils. The plates 7 can consist of rigid foam plastic. On the bottom part there is a wall 9 with a circular cross section, which is cylindrical in the horizontal cross section. The wall 9 has an inner jacket 11 and an outer jacket 13 coaxial therewith.
The two jackets 11, 13 consist of light metal sheet plates riveted at their vertical edges, for example of the alloy known under the trade name Aluman. Between the two jackets 11, 13 are spacers 15 distributed uniformly over the circumference, so that there is an annular cross section 17 between the two jackets. The spacers 15 are formed by vertical strips made of a non-metallic, heat-insulating material, for example plastic or wood. The length of the ledges is less than the height of the jackets 11, 13, and the ledges are arranged so that there is still a space between their ends and the upper and lower edges of the jackets.
The part of the intermediate space 17 which is not occupied by the spacers 15 is filled with a mass of rigid foam plastic 19, for example made of polyurethane. At the upper edge of the wall 9, a strip 18 of soft foam plastic is attached and glued to the edges of the shells 11, 13, which covers the space 17 between the two shells 11, 13. A protective film 21 is attached to the outer jacket 13, for example glued on, which extends from the lower wall edge to the strip 18. The inside of the bathing pool is lined with a plastic film 23, which forms a waterproof sack, the bottom section of which rests on the upper surface of the bottom plates 7 and the casing section of which rests on the inner surface of the wall 9.
The edge 23a of the film 23 is laid outwards over the strip 18 and fastened to the outer jacket 13 by means of an annular, tensionable band 25.
The interior of the bathing pool delimited by the bag-shaped film 23 is filled with water 27 up to the vicinity of the upper wall edge.
A circulation device with a pump, a filter and 3 nozzles opening into the basin is available for changing and cleaning the water. Furthermore, a film to cover the pool, solar panels for heating the water and other accessories can also be present.
The wall 9 has great strength and rigidity.
Furthermore, the base part consisting of the base 5 and the plates 7 and the wall 9 provide good thermal insulation.
The wall is held by its own weight and when the pool is filled by the water mass on the floor plates 7. However, the wall 9 can also be firmly connected to the base 5 and / or the floor plates 7 by means of some holders or anchored directly in the ground 1.
When producing a basin 3, the base 5 and the base plates 7 are first laid on the ground. Thereafter, the inner jacket 11 is formed for the manufacture of the wall 9 by riveting metal sheets. The spacers 15 are attached to this, for example glued. Now, by riveting further metal sheets, the outer jacket lying against the spacers 15 is formed and possibly attached to the spacers. The space 17 can now be foamed with the rigid foam plastic. The strip 18 and the protective film 21 are then glued on. Finally, the film 21 is inserted and fastened.
The basin can thus be manufactured with low material costs and little work.
The basin can be modified in various ways. For example, the intermediate space 17 could also be filled with another rigid foam, for example a foamed epoxy resin, instead of with rigid polyurethane foam. Furthermore, the wall could also have an oval or polygonal outline instead of a round outline. In the latter case, it would not be cylindrical, but prismatic. Depending on the material of the outer jacket 13, the protective film 21 can also be omitted.
Furthermore, the documents 5 and 7 plates could wegge
are left so that the bottom portion of the film 21 lies directly on the ground. In addition, the basin can of course be set up both on a natural floor and on a floor covering such as cement or concrete.
