Abstract

The casing of the resonator is produced entirely - body (2) and cover (3) - of glass. The bottom of the body (2) has projections (2c) to which the quartz crystal (1) is fixed. These projections are drilled with through holes (5) whose wall is metallised so as to afford electrical connection on the one hand with a metal layer (4) covering the projections (2c), which metal layer (4) is in contact with the metal layer of the quartz crystal (1), and on the other hand with conductive tracks with which the external face of the body of the casing is provided, and which constitute the outputs of the resonator. <IMAGE>
