Abstract

The centre of the movement of the ultra-flat electronic watch is occupied by a centre-seconds pinion (1), without wheel, and the wheel on cannon-pinion (8) is driven from the reducing runner (2) which controls the pinion (1) through a train of two reducing runners (6, 7). This decreases the diameter of the wheel on cannon-pinion (8), thus enabling the battery (3) to pass very close to the centre of the movement, to the side of the gear train. <IMAGE>
