Abstract

The electronic timepiece contains display elements (15a to 15f) for the sequential display of the output signal of a counter by the formation of a multiplicity of display sections, a selector circuit for selecting a function specified by the display elements (15a to 15f), and an operating member (17, 18), in order to trip the selected function. The selector circuit comprises a group of AND circuits, in order to select through the operation of the said member (17, 18) an output signal which forms a gate input signal when a specific display element lights up, and a group of bistable circuits for controlling an output signal which commands a function selected from the group of bistable circuits. <IMAGE>
