Abstract

The runner assembly is intended especially for the regulation of a clockwork movement. It comprises an oscillating balance (1, 2, 3) supported mechanically by a spiral spring (4) and a vibrating member (1) magnetically coupled with a fixed member for synchronisation of the balance. The balance and the vibrating member consist of a single simultaneously vibrating and oscillating runner element (1, 2, 3). The frequency of vibration of the vibrating member is an integer multiple of the frequency of oscillation of the balance. <IMAGE>
