PATENTANSPRÜCHE
7 vorgesehen. An jedem Tragriemenende 4 bzw.
11 seines Halteteiles in begrenztem Masse verschwenkbar.

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Holder for the strap of a container to be worn on the back with a rigid back part, in which a receiving part is arranged on a common dimensionally stable plate attached to the back part of the container for each strap end, characterized in that the receiving part (2) is designed like a compartment and in one of its broad side walls (2 ') has a bore (6), with a holding part (8) which can be pushed into the receiving part (2) and a projection (10) for engaging in the bore (6) is attached to the belt end (4) , and that the holding part (8) has external dimensions which are smaller than the internal dimensions of the receiving part (2) and can be pivoted about its projection (10) in the receiving part.
2. Holder according to claim 1, characterized in that the bore (6) is arranged centrally in the broad side wall (2 ').
3. Use of a holder according to claim 1 for the shoulder strap of a school bag.
The invention relates to a holder for the straps of a container to be carried on the back with a rigid back part, in particular a school bag, in which a receiving part is arranged on a common dimensionally stable plate attached to the back part of the container at each end of the strap.
In a known embodiment of this type, a U-shaped bracket extending parallel to the upper edge of the container is provided for each end of the belt, which is attached with its leg ends to a continuous metal strip and around which the end of the belt is looped and connected to the belt. Such a design has the disadvantage that the shoulder straps protrude from the back part of the container in the direction specified by the bracket, so that in most cases the straps rest on the shoulder of the person carrying only one of their longitudinal edges. This also applies to other known designs in which slots are provided in the dimensionally stable plate attached to the back part of the container, through which slots are penetrated by connecting straps which lead to the carrying straps.
Through the slots, the connecting straps and thus also the carrying straps are aligned in such a way that they run away from the back part of the container in a very specific direction determined by the course of the slot.
According to the invention, the above-mentioned disadvantages of the previously known designs are avoided in that the receiving part is designed like a compartment and has a bore in one of its broad side walls, a holding part which can be pushed into the receiving part and which has a projection for engaging in the bore is attached to the belt end, and that the holding part has external dimensions which are smaller than the internal dimensions of the receiving part and can be pivoted about its projection in the receiving part.
Such a design ensures that the shoulder straps can adapt to the shoulder inclination of the person carrying the container so that they always lie flat on the shoulder, which means that one-sided pressure or
painful incision is avoided. As mentioned, although it is known per se to design a receiving part like a specialist and to provide a bore in one of its broad side walls, the holding part which can be pushed into the receiving part has a projection for engaging in the bore, but it is a clasp for folders , Wallets or the like, so in no way a holder for shoulder straps, which belongs to the type mentioned. Furthermore, with the clasp in question, care is taken that the dimensioning of the receiving part and the holding part prevents any movement other than the linear push-in or pull-out movement.
In the subject matter of the present invention, however, the desired advantages come about precisely through the pivotability of the holding part with respect to the receiving part when the holding part projection is locked into the bore of the latter.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
The back part of a container to be carried on the back, for example a school bag, is designated with 1, on which flat, compartment-like receiving parts 2, 3 for the upper strap ends 4, 5 are attached. A central bore 6 and 7 is provided in each of the broad side walls 2 'and 3' of the receiving parts 2 and 3, respectively. A holding part 8 or 9 is attached to each carrying strap end 4 or 5, namely by the fact that the carrying strap ends 4, 5 were also cast in during the molding process of the holding parts 8, 9 made of thermoplastic material. Each holding part 8 or 9 has external dimensions which are smaller than the internal dimensions of the associated receiving part 2 or 3.
A central projection 10 or 11 is provided on each holding part, which is locked into the bore 6 or 7 when the holding part 8 or 9 is pushed into the receiving part 2 or 3. In this state, each shoulder strap can be pivoted to a limited extent around the projection 10 or 11 of its holding part.
The receiving parts 2, 3 are arranged on a common plate 12 made of stable material, which is fastened by rivets 13 to the back part 1 of the container or the school bag. A handle 14 is also provided on the plate 12, with which the container or the school bag can be carried in the hand or hung on a hook or the like.
