Abstract

In the electronic time piece, the clock pulses are applied to a Cockcroft or Schenkel voltage multiplier (M) which generate a higher voltage. For this purpose, a pair of clock pulses of opposite phase angle are simultaneously applied via a buffer stage (Bu1, Bu2) with complementary symmetrical MOS transistors to the voltage multiplier (M). <IMAGE>
