Abstract
The stator (1, 1a, 1b) of this motor comprises zones of different reluctance, formed for example by holes (5 and 6), creating a non-uniform distribution of magnetic flux. The airgap between this stator and the rotor (3) is moreover the same throughout the extent of each pole of the stator. A positioning torque is thus applied to the rotor (3). <IMAGE>
