Abstract

The receptacle comprises a tubular body (1), for example made of plastic. One of the ends of the body (1) comprises an end piece (4) enclosing an end plate (5). The plate provides the seal. The end piece (4) terminates in a damping mechanism (6) absorbing the shocks. At the other end, the body (1) comprises a collar (7) making a groove intended to interact with the projections on a plug in a bayonet closure system. The plug comprises a seal box comprising a flexible seal (10) between two end walls (11, 12). The plug is fitted with an operating handle (13) carrying the projections as well as an extractor (14) intended to be mounted in the tube/case of a rifle grenade contained in the receptacle. By virtue of this arrangement, the receptacle can be opened and closed easily, without breaking the seal. The receptacle is intended to contain a rifle grenade. <IMAGE>
