Die vorliegende Erfindung betriffl ein Gerät zur Haarbehandlung mittels Infrarotstrahlung, wobei an einem Ständer gegen den Kopf der zu behandelnden Person richtbare Infrarotleuchten angebracht sind.
Die bekannten Geräte dieser Art weisen mehrere Träger für je eine Infrarotleuchte auf, wobei zwei Leuchten seitlich des Kopfes und eine über dem Kopf der zu behandelnden Person angeordnet werden können. Diese Anordnung ist mit dem Nachteil verbunden, dass die Behandlung der Haare durch die seitlichen Leuchten behindert wird, und dass die behandelte Person der Wärmestrahlung nicht seitlich ausweichen kann, denn jede Bewegung des Kopfes von einer der seitlichen Leuchten weg bringt sogleich erhöhte Erhitzung durch die andere seitlich angeordnete Leuchte.
Es ist das Ziel vorliegender Erfindung, ein einfaches, wirksames und eine leichte Handhabung sowie mehr Freiheit bei der Haarbehandlung gewährendes Gerät zu schaffen.
Das erfindungsgemässe Gerät ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reihe von Leuchten an einem gebogenen, mindestens annähernd in einer Vertikalebene liegenden Träger des Ständers angeordnet ist.
Die Leuchten können damit in einer Reihe über dem Kopf der zu behandelnden Person angeordnet werden. Die Haare bleiben damit gut zugänglich und die behandelte Person kann mit dem Kopf seitlich ausweichen, um die Infrarotstrahlung nach Belieben aus verschiedenen Richtungen einwirken zu lassen. Der Aufbau des Gerätes ist dank dem einzigen vorhandenen Träger sehr einfach.
Vorzugsweise ist der Träger mit einem Fuss verbunden, der vom Träger nach zwei Richtungen ausladende Stützen aufweist, derart, dass der Träger ohne Behinderung durch den Fuss ganz nahe an den Stuhl für die zu behandelnde Person herangeschoben werden kann.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Gerätes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt.
Das Gerät weist einen Ständer bestehend aus einem Fuss und einem Träger auf. Der Fuss weist ein vertikales Rohr 1 auf, mit welchem zwei seitlich ausladende, untereinander einen Winkel von etwa 90" einschliessende Wandteile 2 und 3 verbunden sind. Am unteren Ende des Rohres 1 und an den äusseren Enden der Wandteile 2 und 3 sind schwenkbare Rollen 4 angebracht, auf welchen das Gerät in die gewünschten Stellungen gerollt werden kann.
In das Rohr 1 des Fusses ist ein Träger 5 gesteckt und mittels einer Flügelschraube 6 gesichert. Bei gelöster Flügelschraube 6 kann der Träger 6 vertikal auf die gewünschte Höhe eingestellt werden. Der Träger 5 ist im oberen Teil etwa halbkreisförmig gebogen. Er ist mit drei Infrarotleuchten 7 versehen, die je mittels eines Kugelgelenkes mit dem Träger verbunden sind und die einzeln ein- und ausschaltbar sind.
Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein Kabel 8.
Wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, sind die Leuchten in einer Reihe praktisch in einer gemeinsamen Vertikalebene angeordnet. Es ergeben sich daraus die oben bereits erwähnten Vorteile. Dank der einen relativ grossen Winkel bildenden, nach zwei Seiten von Rohr 1 ausladenden Stützen 2 und 3 des Fusses kann das Rohr 1 und damit der Träger 1 nahe an Hindernisse, z. B. Stühle, herangefahren werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Gerät zur Haarbehandlung mittels Infrarotstrahlung, wobei an einem Ständer gegen den Kopf der zu behandelnden Person richtbare Infrarotleuchten angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reihe von Leuchten an einem gebogenen, mindestens annähernd in einer Vertikalebene liegenden Träger des Ständers angeordnet ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger mit einem Fuss verbunden ist, der von der Befestigungsstelle des Trägers nach zwei Richtungen ausladende Stützen aufweist.
2. Gerät nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen mindestens annähernd einen rechten Winkel unter sich einschliessen.
3. Gerät nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützen als mit dem Träger verbundene Wandteile ausgebildet sind.
4. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Infrarotleuchte mittels eines Kugelgelenkes mit dem Träger verbunden ist.
5. Gerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Infrarotleuchte einzeln ein- und ausschaltbar ist.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating hair by means of infrared radiation, with infrared lamps which can be directed towards the head of the person to be treated being attached to a stand.
The known devices of this type have several carriers for one infrared lamp each, whereby two lamps can be arranged on the side of the head and one above the head of the person to be treated. This arrangement has the disadvantage that the treatment of the hair is hindered by the side lights and that the person being treated cannot avoid the thermal radiation to the side, because every movement of the head away from one of the side lights brings about increased heating from the other laterally arranged light.
It is the aim of the present invention to provide a device which is simple, effective and easy to use, as well as allowing more freedom in hair treatment.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that a row of lights is arranged on a curved support of the stand that is at least approximately in a vertical plane.
The lights can thus be arranged in a row above the head of the person to be treated. The hair remains easily accessible and the treated person can move his head to the side in order to allow the infrared radiation to act as desired from different directions. The assembly of the device is very simple thanks to the only existing carrier.
The carrier is preferably connected to a foot which has supports projecting in two directions from the carrier such that the carrier can be pushed very close to the chair for the person to be treated without being hindered by the foot.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention is shown in the drawing.
The device has a stand consisting of a foot and a support. The foot has a vertical tube 1, with which two laterally projecting wall parts 2 and 3, each enclosing an angle of approximately 90 ", are connected. At the lower end of the tube 1 and at the outer ends of the wall parts 2 and 3 are pivotable rollers 4 attached, on which the device can be rolled into the desired positions.
A carrier 5 is inserted into the tube 1 of the foot and secured by means of a wing screw 6. With the wing screw 6 loosened, the carrier 6 can be adjusted vertically to the desired height. The carrier 5 is bent approximately semicircular in the upper part. It is provided with three infrared lights 7 which are each connected to the carrier by means of a ball joint and which can be switched on and off individually.
Power is supplied via a cable 8.
As can be seen from the drawing, the lights are practically arranged in a row in a common vertical plane. The advantages already mentioned above result from this. Thanks to the supports 2 and 3 of the foot, which form a relatively large angle and project on two sides from the tube 1, the tube 1 and thus the carrier 1 can be close to obstacles, e.g. B. chairs, are brought up.
