Fig. 5 zeigt eine Anschlussstelle an eine flächige Kunststoffbahn.
The present invention relates to a heater for cultivated areas, with heat exchangers. Known heaters of this type are mainly used to utilize the waste heat from thermal power plants, especially nuclear power plants, and enable the cultivation of plants in need of heat, e.g. B.
Soybeans, in temperate climates, for example in Central Europe.
Known floor heating systems for cultivated areas have heating pipes laid in the floor, which can be connected to separate pipes for soil moistening. However, it has been shown that this type of floor heating is problematic. Despite the humidification in the area of the heating pipes, the heating is too uneven and the associated uneven humidification and local drying out of the soil, which is very disadvantageous for the crops. A sufficiently effective regulation of the cooling effect is called into question.
It is the aim of the present invention to remedy these drawbacks. The heater according to the invention is characterized in that at least one heat carrier circuit is provided, which is formed by flat plastic webs having channels, which make up the heat exchangers, and that means are provided for supplying water to the heat exchangers for cooling the heat carrier and for irrigation. It is thus possible to make the heating and humidification much more favorable, with the flat plastic webs being able to experience a certain favorable configuration depending on the nature of the soil. Sufficient controllability of the cooling effect is also ensured.
In the following the invention is explained in more detail with the aid of some exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing.
1 to 3 show schematic cross sections through flat plastic webs for use in the heater according to the invention.
Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the connection point of adjacent flat plastic webs, and
5 shows a connection point to a flat plastic web.
The flat plastic webs to be laid in the ground as heat exchangers can be designed or laid in the ground 1 according to FIG. 1, curved upwards according to FIG. 2 or curved downwards according to FIG. Each flat plastic sheet is divided into individual channels by partition walls 4. The partition walls are used primarily to achieve sufficient strength of the plastic sheets.
Depending on the soil conditions, it may be more correct to lay the plastic sheets according to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 or FIG. 3. For example, in the soil that has a strong tendency to dry out, it can be advantageous to lay the channel-like plastic sheets according to FIG. 3, which retain the water.
In other soils, a drainage of the water to the side by laying the plastic sheets according to FIG. 2 or laying the flat sheets according to FIG. 1 may be correct.
The plastic sheets 1, 2 or 3 are intended to be laid next to one another at a certain distance and without mutual connection. Moisture can therefore seep between the individual plastic sheets or rise in dry weather.
In general, the plastic webs, which are already divided into individual channels, will be used to use individual channels of the same not for the passage of the heat transfer medium, but for the passage of the water to irrigate the soil. The controlled supply of water can be brought about as required by regulating the pressure on the supply line. This regulation can take place automatically.
The flow of the heat transfer medium and the water for the irrigation is carried out by means of circulation pumps.
In the case of the embodiment according to FIG. 3 with two floors of channels z. B. serve the lower channels of the passage of the heat carrier and the upper channels of the supply of water to moisten the soil, the moistening water exits at the top of the plastic sheet through nozzles. There could be a third floor of ducts, in which case the middle floor of ducts carries the heat carrier, while the upper and lower floors serve to supply water for soil humidification. In both cases, there is a relatively intensive heat exchange between the channels carrying the heat carrier and the channels carrying the humidifying water, so that the humidifying water exits warmed. This fact is important to achieve a sufficiently effective regulation of the cooling effect by controlling the supply of humidifying water.
The supply of heated humidification water not only increases the warming of the soil, but also the evaporation of the water and thus the cooling through evaporative cooling.
Instead of providing individual plastic webs arranged at a certain mutual distance, they can also be joined together to form a unit covering the entire cultivated area. Fig. 4 shows a connection point between two plastic sheets 5, which are provided at the edges with complementary hooks 6, which interlock in the laid state and secure the plastic sheets to one another. The hooks 6 engage one another with quite a bit of play and are provided with rows of holes 7 in such a way that moisture can seep away from above and rise from below.
5 shows a connection point at the end of a plastic web 1. The two outermost channels of this web are connected to feed lines 8 for water. The regulating slide 9 shown schematically in these feed lines serve to regulate the water supply. The side walls of the plastic sheet 1 are provided with openings at the points 10 through which the water exits to moisten the soil. The remaining channels of the plastic web are connected by means of distributors 11 to common flow and return lines, one of which 12 is shown in FIG. A control valve 13 is also provided in this line. Between the distributor 11 and these other channels of the plastic web 1, a baffle 14 with openings 15 is provided for evenly distributing the heat carrier in the individual channels.
The water supply to moisten the soil can of course also be done differently. In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, outlet openings for the water supplied in the outermost channels can be provided in the side walls of the plastic webs. Special channels for the water supply can be provided on the top and / or bottom of the plastic sheets. From the lateral outer channels, the water cannot exit to the side as shown in FIG. 5, but also upwards and / or downwards. Lateral baffles can also be provided which direct the exit of the water inwards over each plastic sheet.
Special channels can be provided which can be used not only to supply water but also to drain water for drainage purposes.
So far it has been assumed that the plastic sheets are in a horizontal position, i.e. H. laid horizontally with the flat sides. However, it would also be possible to lay the plastic sheets upright. Depending on the thermal conduction conditions and other conditions in the ground, one or the other shape and / or type of laying may be most advantageous.
To vent the plastic sheets when installing the heater, the circulation pump for the heat transfer circuit can only be temporarily connected to individual plastic sheets in order to achieve a particularly intensive flow that removes all air pockets. If necessary, said circulating pump can also be reversible in order to alternately pass the heat carrier through in opposite directions. When setting up the heating system, it is also important to ensure that the plastic sheets are placed in dampened soil so that there is good contact and heat exchange right from the start.
The regulation of the water supply for humidification during operation can be controlled automatically by sensors that determine the humidity of the soil and / or by the return temperature of the heat transfer medium.
For cultures in standing water, e.g. B. rice culture or algae cultures, the plastic sheets can be laid at the bottom of a basin. In this case, the water supplied to the culture reaches the heat exchangers and effects their cooling.
