Die Erfindung betrifft eine zweiteilige, zusammensteckbare Türzarge, mit einem türseitigen und einem rückseitigen Zargenteil mit je einem die Türlichte begrenzenden Flansch, wobei der türseitige Zargenteil einen Falz zur Aufnahme einer schallisolierenden Türdichtung, eine einen Türanschlag bildende Schulter sowie mit je einem Klemmbügel versehene Befestigungslaschen aufweist.
Es sind Türzargen bekannt, die auf die Wandstärke einstellbar sind. Diese sind aus mindestens zwei Teilen zusammengesetzt, wobei die in die Türöffnung hineinragenden Schenkel zueinander verstellbar verbunden sind. Als Verbindungsmittel sind Gewindeschrauben, elastische Klemmorgane sowie Zahnraster vorgeschlagen worden.
Diese Zargen erwiesen sich jedoch als zuwenig schalldämmend. Von der obgenannten Firma ist darauf eine Zarge geschützt worden, bei der der türseitige Zargenteil einen Falz zur Aufnahme einer schallisolierenden Türdichtung aufweist und ein H-profilartiger, schalldämmender Verbindungsteil mit einer Arretierrippe und Arretierzähnen vorgesehen ist, der zur Verbindung der beiden Zargenteile dient.
Als nachteilig erwies sich jedoch, dass die Türlichte zum Teil vom schalldämmenden Verbindungsteil begrenzt war, dass eine relativ grosse Kraft zum Zusammenstecken der beiden Zargenteile nötig war, und dass die beiden Zargenteile nicht stufenlos zueinander gebracht werden konnten, was sich besonders dann als nachteilig zeigte, wenn die beiden Zargenteile aufnehmenden Wandpartien oben und unten nicht genau dieselbe Dicke aufwiesen.
Mit der Türzarge gemäss der Erfindung sollen diese Nachteile behoben werden. Diese Türzarge ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am türseitigen Zargenteil gegenüber jedem Klemmbügel eine mit gegen den Klemmbügel gerichteten Zahnrippen ausgebildete Gummiplatte und am rückseitigen Zargenteil gegenüber jedem Klemmbügel ein mit am Klemmbügel aufliegendes, mit Sperrorganen ausgebildetes Gummiprofil befestigt ist, so dass der an der Türlichte liegende Flansch des rückseitigen Zargenteils an der Gummiplatte des türseitigen Zargenteils angepresst und mit dem Gummiprofil am Bügel des türseitigen Zargenteils festgeklemmt wird.

Die dargestellte zweiteilige, zusammensteckbare Türzarge weist einen türseitigen Zargenteil 1 und einen rückseitigen Zargenteil 2 auf. Der türseitige Zargenteil list mittels Befestigungslaschen 3 an der Wand 4 angeschraubt. An der der Türlichte 5 zugekehrten Seite ist je ein Klemmbügel 6 mit den Befestigungslaschen 3 verbunden. Der Zargenteil 1 liegt mit seinem äussern, abgebogenen Rand 7 an der Wand 4 auf. Gegen die Türlichte 5 ist er mit einer als Türanschlag dienenden Schulter 8 ausgebildet, die in ihrer Hohlkante einen Falz 9 zur Aufnahme einer schallisolierenden Türdichtung aufweist. Anschliessend an die Schulter 8 ist der Zargenteil 1 mit einem Flansch 10 versehen, der die Türlichte 5 teilweise begrenzt.
Der Aussenrand 11 des Flansches 10 ist auf der Türlichte 5 abstehenden Seite umgebördelt. Anstossend an den Aussenrand 11 ist gegenüber jedem Bügel 6 eine Gummiplatte 12 an den Flansch 10 geklebt. Diese ist mit gegen den Klemmbügel 6 gerichteten Zahnrippen 13 ausgebildet, welche rechtwinklig zur Einschieberichtung des rückseitigen Zargenteils 2 verlaufen, wobei die vorstehenden Zahnkanten der Zahnrippen 13 durch je eine zur Einschieberichtung ansteigende Fläche und eine zur Einschieberichtung rechtwinklig stehende Fläche begrenzt sind.
Der rückseitige Zargenteil 2 weist einen Flansch 14 auf, der die Türlichte 5 ebenfalls teilweise begrenzt. Der Rand 15 des Flansches 14 ist rechtwinklig nach derderTürlichteSabge- kehrten Seite abgebogen. Am Flansch 14 ist gegenüber jedem Klemmbügel 6 ein mit Sperrorganen 17, 18 ausgebildetes Gummiprofil 16 angeklebt, so dass es mit einem Rand am Rand 15 des Flansches 14 anstösst. Das Gummiprofil 16 weist als Sperrorgane, in seiner Mittelpartie, zwei zur Einschieberichtung des Zargenteils 2 geneigte Sperrippen 17 und an den Rändern je eine lappenartige Sperrwulst 18 auf. Die Sperrorgane 17, 18 verlaufen rechtwinklig zur Einschieberichtung des rückseitigen Zargenteils 2.
Beim Einschieben des Zargenteils 2 wird der Flansch 14 desselben gegen die Zahnrippen 13 der Gummiplatte 12 gepresst, während die Sperrorgane 17, 18 am Klemmbügel 6 einbiegen, so dass sie ein Herausziehen des Zargenteils 2 durch ihre klemmende Sperrwirkung verhindern. Der äussere, abgebogene Rand 19 des rückseitigen Zargenteils 2 liegt dann ebenfalls an der Wand 4 auf. Zur Versteifung der Zarge dienen zwei Schwelleneinfassungen 20.
Bei der Montage werden zunächst Distanzklötze 21 an die Laschen 3 des türseitigen Zargenteils 1 geheftet und die Schrauben 22 in den Verankerungen 23 fest angezogen. Hierauf wird der rückseitige Zargenteil 2 mit seinen am Flansch 14 angeklebten Gummiprofilen 16 zwischen den gerippten Gummiplatten 12 und den Bügeln 6 eingeschoben, so dass der äussere, abgebogene Rand 19 elastisch auf die Wand 4 drückt.
Die Zarge 1, 2 ist aus Metall oder Kunststoff und kann an Holz-, Metall-, Backstein- oder Betonwänden aufgebracht werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Zweiteilige, zusammensteckbare Türzarge, mit einem türseitigen und einem rückseitigen Zargenteil mit je einem die Türlichte begrenzenden Flansch, wobei der türseitige Zargenteil einen Falz zur Aufnahme einer schallisolierenden Türdichtung, eine einen Türanschlag bildende Schulter sowie mit je einem Klemmbügel versehene Befestigungslaschen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am türseitigen Zargenteil (1) gegenüber jedem Klemmbügel (6) eine mit gegen den Klemmbügel (6) gerichteten Zahnrippen (13) ausgebildete Gummiplatte (12) und am rückseitigen Zargenteil (2) gegen über jedem Klemmbügel (6) ein mit am Klemmbügel (6) aufliegendes, mit Sperrorganen (17, 18) ausgebildetes Gummiprofil (16) befestigt ist,
so dass der an der Türlichte (5) liegende Flansch (14) des rückseitigen Zargenteils (2) an der Gummiplatte ( 12) des türseitigen Zargenteils (1) angepresst und mit dem Gummiprofil (16) am Bügel (6) des türseitigen Zargenteils (1) festgeklemmt wird.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Türzarge nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet.
dass die Zahnrippen (13) der Gummiplatte (12) rechtwinklig zur Einschieberichtung des rückseitigen Zargenteils (2) verlaufen und die vorstehenden Zahnkanten durch je eine zur Einschieberichtung ansteigende Fläche und je eine zur Einschieberichtung rechtwinklig stehende Fläche begrenzt sind.
2. Türzarge nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gummiprofil ( 16) als Sperrorgane in seiner Mittelpartie zwei geneigte Sperrippen (17) und an den Rändern je eine lappenartige, zu den Sperrippen (17) parallel laufende Speriwulst (18) aufweist.

Door frames are known which can be adjusted to the wall thickness. These are composed of at least two parts, the legs protruding into the door opening being connected to one another in an adjustable manner. Threaded screws, elastic clamping elements and toothed grids have been proposed as connecting means.
However, these frames proved to be insufficiently soundproof. A frame has been protected by the above-mentioned company in which the door-side frame part has a rebate to accommodate a sound-insulating door seal and an H-profile-like, sound-absorbing connecting part with a locking rib and locking teeth is provided, which is used to connect the two frame parts.
However, it turned out to be disadvantageous that the door light was partially limited by the sound-absorbing connecting part, that a relatively large force was required to plug the two frame parts together, and that the two frame parts could not be brought together continuously, which was particularly disadvantageous when if the two frame parts receiving wall sections above and below did not have exactly the same thickness.

The illustrated two-part, interlocking door frame has a door-side frame part 1 and a rear-side frame part 2. The door-side frame part is screwed to the wall 4 by means of fastening straps 3. On the side facing the door light 5, a clamping bracket 6 is connected to the fastening straps 3. The outer, bent edge 7 of the frame part 1 rests on the wall 4. Against the door light 5 it is designed with a shoulder 8 serving as a door stop, which has a fold 9 in its hollow edge for receiving a sound-insulating door seal. Adjacent to the shoulder 8, the frame part 1 is provided with a flange 10 which partially delimits the door lights 5.
The outer edge 11 of the flange 10 is flanged on the side protruding from the door light 5. Adjacent to the outer edge 11, a rubber plate 12 is glued to the flange 10 opposite each bracket 6. This is formed with toothed ribs 13 directed towards the clamping bracket 6, which run at right angles to the direction of insertion of the rear frame part 2, the protruding tooth edges of the toothed ribs 13 being delimited by a surface that rises towards the direction of insertion and a surface that is perpendicular to the direction of insertion.
The rear frame part 2 has a flange 14 which also partially delimits the door lights 5. The edge 15 of the flange 14 is bent at right angles to the side facing away from the door. A rubber profile 16 formed with locking members 17, 18 is glued to the flange 14 opposite each clamping bracket 6, so that one edge of it abuts the edge 15 of the flange 14. The rubber profile 16 has, as locking elements, in its central part two locking ribs 17 inclined to the direction of insertion of the frame part 2 and a tab-like locking bead 18 on each of the edges. The locking elements 17, 18 run at right angles to the direction of insertion of the rear frame part 2.
When the frame part 2 is pushed in, the flange 14 of the same is pressed against the toothed ribs 13 of the rubber plate 12, while the locking members 17, 18 bend in at the clamping bracket 6 so that they prevent the frame part 2 from being pulled out by their clamping locking effect. The outer, bent edge 19 of the rear frame part 2 then also rests on the wall 4. Two threshold frames 20 serve to stiffen the frame.
During assembly, spacer blocks 21 are first attached to the tabs 3 of the door frame part 1 and the screws 22 in the anchorages 23 are tightened. The rear frame part 2 with its rubber profiles 16 glued to the flange 14 is then pushed between the ribbed rubber plates 12 and the brackets 6, so that the outer, bent edge 19 presses elastically on the wall 4.
The frame 1, 2 is made of metal or plastic and can be attached to wood, metal, brick or concrete walls.
