Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bekleidungsstück in Form einer Jacke oder eines Mantels. Es kann sich dabei um einen halblangen oder langen Mantel handeln.
Zweck der Erfindung ist es, dem Träger des Bekleidungsstückes die bequeme Mitnahme einer Schutz- oder Reservehose zu ermöglichen, deren er sich je nach Wetterbedingungen bedienen kann.
Dieser Zweck kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass erfindungsgemäss auf der inneren Rückseite des Bekleidungsstückes eine zusammengefaltete Hose herausnehmbar angebracht ist.
Vorteilhafterweise ist dabei die Hose mittels einer lösbaren Befestigungseinrichtung angebracht.
Gemäss verschiedenen Ausführungsformen kann die Befestigungseinrichtung wenigstens einen Reissverschluss, eine Widerhakenhefteinrichtung, Knöpfe, Druckknöpfe und/oder eine Einlegetasche umfassen. Dabei kann vorteilhafterweise die Befestigungseinrichtung so ausgebildet sein, beispielsweise in Form von Druckknöpfen, dass ein Teil der Befestigungseinrichtung an der Hose und ein Teil der Befestigungseinrichtung an dem Bekleidungsstück angebracht ist.
Gemäss einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist vorgesehen, dass jeweils das eine Teil der Druckknöpfe auf der Innenseite des Oberstoffes des Rückenteils der Jacke angebracht und von einem Futter abdeckbar ist, während jeweils das andere Teil der Druckknöpfe an entsprechenden Stellen an der Hose angebracht ist.
Eine andere vorteilhafte Ausführungsform zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie am Rückenteil im Oberstoff einen Reissverschluss hat und jeweils das eine Teil der Druckknöpfe am Rückenfutter gegenüber dem Oberstoff vorgesehen ist, während jeweils das andere Teil der Druckknöpfe an entsprechenden Stellen an der Hose angebracht ist.
Vorteilhafterweise sind bei der Ausführungsform mit Druckknöpfen vier gleiche Teile der Druckknöpfe an dem Bekleidungsstück und die vier entsprechenden Gegenstücke an der Hose angebracht und zwar bevorzugt derart, dass sie eingeknöpft ihren zusammengefalteten Zustand beibehält.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnung beispielsweise beschrieben; in dieser zeigt schematisch:
Fig. 1 eine Windjacke in der Vorderansicht,
Fig. 2 die Windjacke mit offenem Rücken und
Fig. 3 die Windjacke von hinten mit eingeknöpfter Hose.
Die in den Figuren gezeigte Windjacke 1 hat auf der Vorderseite einen Reissverschluss 2.
Der Oberstoff 3 des Rückens der Windjacke 1 kann bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel längs eines Reissverschlusses 6 geöffnet werden, wobei der Reissverschluss 6 innerhalb einer Stoffalte 7 verdeckt angeordnet ist.
An dem unter dem Oberstoff 3 des Rückens der Windjacke 1 befindlichen Futter 4 sind die einen Teile von vier Druckknöpfen 5 angeordnet, in die die anderen Teile der Druckknöpfe einsetzbar sind, die an den geeigneten Stellen einer Hose 8 sitzen. Die Hose ist dabei so zusammengefaltet, dass sie eingeknöpft, was in Fig. 3 gestrichelt gezeigt ist, ihre zusammengefaltete Lage beibehält. Dafür eignet sich besonders eine Dreifachfaltung der Hose.
Nach Öffnen des Reissverschlusses 6 wird die Hose im gefalteten Zustand durch Verbindung der Druckknöpfe 5 am Rückenfutter der Windjacke 1 zwischen dem Futter 4 und dem Oberstoff 3 befestigt. Anschliessend wird der Reissverschluss 6 wieder verschlossen.
Bei einer weiteren, in den Figuren nicht gezeigten Ausführungsform kann das Rückenfutter, wenn der vordere Reissverschluss 2 der Windjacke geöffnet ist, hochgeschoben werden, wobei das Futter beispielsweise durch Druckknöpfe an zwei oder mehr Stellen mit der Innenseite des Oberstoffes des Rückenteils der Windjacke verbunden werden kann. Die Druckknöpfe sind dann auf der Innenseite des Oberstoffes des Rückens der Windjacke angebracht. Nach dem Einbringen oder Herausnehmen der Hose wird das Futter des Rückens wieder heruntergestreift und im Bundbereich der Windjacke fixiert.
Für die Fixierung der Hose in der Zusammenfaltung für das Einknöpfen in die Jacke können an der Hose an gesonderten Stellen extra Druckknöpfe vorgesehen werden.
Wenn die Befestigungseinrichtung eine Einlegetasche umfasst, kann die Hose frei von Teilen der Befestigungseinrichtung gestaltet sein und im gefalteten Zustand in die Einlegetasche eingelegt werden. Die Einlegetasche selber kann einen Reissverschluss oder eine Widerhakeneinrichtung oder auch Knöpfe oder Druckknöpfe umfassen.
Wesentlich an der Erfindung ist, dass eine Person, die das erfindungsgemässe Bekleidungsstück trägt, ständig eine bevorzugt leichte, wasserdichte oder zumindest wetterfeste Überhose bei sich führt und bei beginnendem schlechten Wetter über die bereits vorhandene Hose ziehen kann. Dies ist insbesondere bei Personen von Interesse, die ohne Rücksicht auf das jeweilige Wetter sich ständig oder über längere Zeit im Freien aufhalten wollen oder müssen, beispielsweise bei Sportveranstaltungen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Bekleidungsstück in Form einer Jacke oder eines Mantels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der inneren Rückseite des Bekleidungsstückes (1) eine zusammengefaltete Hose (8) herausnehmbar angebracht ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hose (8) mittels einer lösbaren Befestigungseinrichtung (5, 6) angebracht ist.
2. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung wenigstens einen Reissverschluss (6) oder eine Widerhakenhefteinrichtung umfasst.
3. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung Knöpfe oder Druckknöpfe (5) umfasst.
4. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung eine Einlegetasche (4) umfasst.
5. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Befesti gungseinrichtung (5) an der Hose (8) und ein Teil der Befesti gungseinrichtung (5) an dem Bekleidungsstück (1) angebracht ist.
6. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine Teil der Druckknöpfe (5) auf der Innenseite des Oberstoffes (3) des Rückenteils der Jacke (1) angebracht und von einem Futter (4) abgedeckt ist, während das jeweils andere Teil der Druckknöpfe (5) an der Hose (8) angebracht ist.
7. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es am Rückenteil im Oberstoff (3) einen Reissverschluss (6) hat und das eine Teil der Druckknöpfe (5) am Rückenfutter (4) gegenüber dem Oberstoff (3) vorgesehen ist, während das jeweils andere Teil der Druckknöpfe (5) an der Hose (8) angebracht ist.
8. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungseinrichtung vier Druckknöpfe (5) umfasst.
9. Bekleidungsstück nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an der Hose angebrachten Teile der Druckknöpfe (5) so angeordnet sind, dass die Hose, wenn sie am Kleidungsstück befestigt ist, ihren zusammengefalteten Zustand beibehält.
