Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klapptisch, insbesondere einen Gartentisch, mit einem Ständer und einer zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung und einer hochgeklappten Stellung drehbar mit diesem verbundenen Tischplatte, welche sich mittels mindestens einem schwenkbar an ihr befestigten Riegel in der Gebrauchsstellung mit dem Ständer verriegelt, indem der oder die Riegel in eine Kante oder Leiste des Ständers einrastet bzw. einrasten.
Bekannte Gartentische dieser Art weisen den Nachteil auf, dass die Tischplatte in der hochgeklappten Stellung nicht festgelegt ist. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Tischplatte leicht vom Wind in Bewegung gesetzt werden kann, so dass Beschädigungen entstehen können und ausserdem eine Lärmbelästigung auftritt. Auch ist ein solcher Tisch unhandlich zu transportieren.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Klapptisch der eingangs definierten Art zu schaffen, dessen Tischplatte auch in der hochgeklappten Stellung fixiert ist. Gemäss der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass mindestens ein Riegel vorgesehen ist, der derart ausgebildet und an der Tischplatte angeordnet ist, dass er sich in der hochgeklappten Stellung der Tischplatte auf dem Ständer abstützt oder in einen Teil desselben einrastet und dadurch die Tischplatte verriegelt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. In dieser zeigt:
Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch einen Teil des Klapptisches gemäss der Erfindung in zwei Stellungen, wobei die Gebrauchsstellung gestrichelt gezeichnet ist, während die hochgeklappte Stellung voll ausgezogene Linien aufweist, und
Fig. 2 eine teilweise Seitenansicht in der Gebrauchsstellung.
Gemäss der Zeichnung weist der dargestellte Klapptisch einen ein- oder zweibeinigen Ständer 1 und eine Tischplatte 2 auf. Am oberen Ende mindestens eines der Beine des Ständers 1, die durch eine Traverse 3 verbunden sind, ist eine senkrechte Scharnierplatte 4 vorgesehen, die mit dem Ständer 1 verschweisst ist und an der die Tischplatte 2 mittels des Bolzens 5 angelenkt ist. An einem mit der Tischplatte 2 verbundenen Winkeleisen 6 ist ein Riegel 7 angelenkt, der so angeordnet ist, dass seine Stirnseite 8 in der hochgeklappten Stellung der Tischplatte 2 auf der oberen Kante 9 der Scharnierplatte 4 ruht, so dass die Tischplatte 2 sich nicht in die waagrechte Stellung drehen kann. Anderseits liegt die untere Fläche 10 des Winkeleisens 6 an der senkrechten Kante 11 der Scharnierplatte 4 an, so dass ein Kippen der Tischplatte 2 auch nach der anderen Seite verunmöglicht ist.
Die Tischplatte ist also in der hochgeklappten Stellung unbeweglich mit dem Ständer 1 verriegelt.
Um die Tischplatte 2 in die Gebrauchsstellung bringen zu können, ist der Riegel 7 mit einem Stift 12 versehen, mit dessen Hilfe der Riegel 7 nach links (Fig. 1) aus der Verriegelungsstellung gezogen werden kann.
Die Tischplatte kann nun in die waagrechte Stellung geschwenkt werden, bis sie mit der Fläche 10 des Winkeleisens 6 auf der oberen Kante 9 der Scharnierplatte 4 ruht. Während der Schwenkbewegung gleitet der Riegel 7 über eine Nase 14 der Scharnierplatte 4, bis er mit seinem Haken 15 unterhalb der Nase 14 der Scharnierplatte 4 einrastet. Auf diese Weise ist die Tischplatte 2 in der Gebrauchsstellung mit dem Ständer 1 verriegelt. Will man die Tischplatte 2 aus der Gebrauchsstellung wieder in die hochgeklappte Stellung bringen, so wird zunächst der Riegel 7 durch Ziehen am Stift 12 nach links bewegt, bis der Haken 15 frei ist. Daraufhin kann die Tischplatte 2 rechtsherum in die hochgeklappte Stellung geschwenkt werden.
Sobald sie diese erreicht hat, legt sich der Riegel 7 automatisch wieder mit seiner Stirnseite 8 auf die Kante 9 der Scharnierplatte 4, so dass die Tischplatte jetzt wiederum in der senkrechten Stellung mit dem Ständer verriegelt ist, wie oben beschrieben.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Klapptisch, insbesondere Gartentisch, mit einem Ständer und einer zwischen einer Gebrauchsstellung und einer hochgeklappten Stellung drehbar mit diesem verbundenen Tischplatte, welche sich mittels mindestens einem drehbar an ihr befestigten Riegel in der Gebrauchsstellung mit dem Ständer verriegelt, indem der oder die Riegel in eine Kante oder Leiste des Ständers einrastet bzw. einrasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Riegel (7) vorgesehen ist, der derart ausgebildet und an der Tischplatte (2) angeordnet ist, dass er sich in der hochgeklappten Stellung der Tischplatte (2) auf dem Ständer (1) abstützt oder in einen Teil desselben einrastet und dadurch die Tischplatte (2) verriegelt.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Klapptisch nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bzw. die Riegel (7), der bzw. die die Tischplatte (2) in der hochgeklappten Stellung verriegelt bzw. verriegeln, mit dem Riegel bzw. den Riegeln, der bzw. die die Tischplatte (2) in der Gebrauchsstellung verriegelt bzw. verriegeln, identisch ist bzw. sind.

3. Klapptisch nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (7) eine Stirnfläche (8) aufweist, mit der er sich in der hochgeklappten Stellung auf einem Teil (4, 9) des Ständers (1) abstützt.
4. Klapptisch nach Patentanspruch oder Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (7) derart an der Tischplatte (2) angelenkt ist, dass er durch Hochklappen derselben selbsttätig in die Verriegelungsstellung gelangt.
5. Klapptisch nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (7) mit einem Griff (12) zum Lösen aus seiner Verriegelungsstellung versehen ist.
