Abstract

Machine comprises a cream receptacle, a pump an electric drive motor and a homogenising device. The machine has two units which are detachable from each other, one contg. the cream receptacle and the homogenising device including the pump and the other contg. the drive motor. The pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft by a pushfit shaft coupling, e.g. a dog clutch. The pump may alternatively be driven by a water turbine, an air motor or a spring motor. The first unit contg. the cream receptacle can be lifted off the second unit and stored in a refrigerator. To produce whipped cream, the first unit is removed from the refrigerator, mounted on the second unit and operated. The machine requires no cooler unit, is cheaper and requires less space.

   Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zur Erzeugung von Schlagsahne, mit einem Sahnebehälter, einer Pumpe, einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor und einer Homogenisiereinrichtung.



   Bekannte Maschinen dieser Art sind mit einem Kühlaggregat für den Sahnebehälter und für die Homogenisiereinrichtung ausgerüstet; sie sind entsprechend aufwendig und kostspielig und benötigen viel Platz.



   Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Herstellungskosten und den Platzbedarf solcher Maschinen herabzusetzen. Erfindungsgemäss wird dies erreicht durch zwei voneinander lösbare Einheiten, deren erste Einheit den Sahnebehälter, die Pumpe und die Homogenisiereinrichtung und deren zweite Einheit den Antriebsmotor enthält, wobei die Welle der Pumpe mit der Welle des Motors durch eine steckbare Wellenkupplung verbunden ist.



   Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, die erste Einheit von der zweiten abzuheben und im Kühlschrank aufzubewahren. Zur Erzeugung von Schlagsahne wird die erste Einheit aus dem Kühlschrank herausgenommen, auf die zweite Einheit gesteckt und betrieben.



   Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung beschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 das Prinzipschema,
Fig. 2 die Anordnung der Teile.



   Die erste Einheit 1 enthält den Sahnebehälter 2, die Saugleitung 3, die Pumpe 4, das Homogenisierrohr 5, das Ventil 6 mit der Einschaltstange 7, die Austrittsdüse 8 sowie den Wellenkupplungsteil 9. Die zweite Einheit 10 enthält den elektrischen Antriebsmotor 11, den Ein- und   AXsschalter    12, den Motorwellenkupplungsteil 13 und die elektrische Zuleitung 14.

 

  In der dargestellten Ausführung ist die Wellenkupplung 9 und 13 als Klauenkupplung ausgebildet, es kann aber auch jede andere steckbare Kupplung Anwendung finden. Ebenso kann auch der Antrieb der Pumpe durch eine Wasserturbine, Druckluftmotor oder Federmotor erfolgen.



   Da die erfindungsgemässe Maschine kein Kühlaggregat benötigt, ist sie billiger und benötigt weniger Platz.



   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Maschine zur Erzeugung von Schlagsahne, mit einem Sahnebehälter, einer Pumpe, einem elektrischen Antriebsmotor und einer Homogenisiereinrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch zwei voneinander lösbare Einheiten, deren erste den Sahnebehälter und die Homogenisiereinrichtung einschliesslich der Pumpe und deren zweite den Antriebsmotor enthält, wobei die Welle der Pumpe mit der Welle des Motors durch eine steckbare Wellenkupplung verbunden ist.

   Known machines of this type are equipped with a cooling unit for the cream container and for the homogenizing device; they are correspondingly complex and expensive and require a lot of space.



   The invention is based on the object of reducing the manufacturing costs and the space requirements of such machines. According to the invention, this is achieved by two detachable units, the first unit of which contains the cream container, the pump and the homogenizing device and the second unit the drive motor, the shaft of the pump being connected to the shaft of the motor by a plug-in shaft coupling.



   The invention makes it possible to lift the first unit off the second and store it in the refrigerator. To produce whipped cream, the first unit is taken out of the refrigerator, plugged into the second unit and operated.



   An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:

   The first unit 1 contains the cream container 2, the suction line 3, the pump 4, the homogenizing tube 5, the valve 6 with the switch-on rod 7, the outlet nozzle 8 and the shaft coupling part 9. The second unit 10 contains the electric drive motor 11, the input and AXswitch 12, the motor shaft coupling part 13 and the electrical lead 14.

 

  In the embodiment shown, the shaft coupling 9 and 13 is designed as a claw coupling, but any other plug-in coupling can also be used. The pump can also be driven by a water turbine, compressed air motor or spring motor.
