Fig. 2 das dazu passende Fussteil.

The present invention relates to a mounting device on a machine housing, in particular for rotating electrical machines, consisting of slide-in and foot parts.
The housings of rotating electrical machines are generally mounted either standing or hanging by means of special feet. It is necessary that the motor housing must be provided with threaded holes into which the fastening screws for the feet are inserted. These bores must be made very precisely and it is necessary to keep a large number of mounting feet in stock for different types of engines.
Another disadvantage is that tightening the screws can cause stresses in the motor housing or in the feet, which can lead to fractures.
It is the object of the invention to create a mounting device on a machine housing which does not have the shortcomings and disadvantages of the known and which makes it possible to fix the motor housing in a standing or hanging position without making threaded holes.
According to the invention, the above-mentioned object is achieved in that, as part of the machine housing, pairs of slide-in mounts are arranged so that the foot parts can be inserted tangentially into them and both the slide-in mounts and the foot parts have interlocking profiles.
The advantage of the device according to the invention is in particular that the slide-in bracket as part of the machine housing can be cast on immediately during the casting process, so that no special reworking is required and, above all, that there is no need to make threaded holes in the machine housing. A further advantage is that, due to the tangential insertion of the foot parts into the slide-in mounts on the machine housing, warping or tensioning of the machine housing cannot occur, and the foot parts cannot become detached from the machine housing. The arrangement of interlocking profiles on both the slide-in brackets and on the foot parts provides a particularly simple way of fastening.
This ensures a tight fit of the machine housing in the base parts and the close contact of the profiles arranged at an angle to the housing axis creates a large contact area between the insert holder and the base part, so that temperature fluctuations can be easily diverted.
According to a further embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, the foot parts are designed to be slidable parallel to the transverse axis of the housing.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a perspective view.
Show it:
1 shows an insert holder on a machine housing (only partially shown),
Fig. 2 the matching foot part.
According to FIG. 1, 1 denotes a part of a machine housing of a rotating electrical machine, onto which an insert holder 2 for tangential insertion is cast. The slide-in holder 2 has a recess 3, the inner surfaces 4 of which are formed like a profile. At the same time, the upper opening of the recess is designed to be wider than the lower one, so that tangential insertion of the foot parts is made possible.
FIG. 2 shows a foot part 5, the trapezoidal slide-in surface 6 of which merges into the profiles 7. Furthermore, 5 openings 8 are provided in the foot part, into which the fastening screws can be inserted.
The mode of operation of the slide-in holder according to the invention is evident from the following:
In the case of the tangentially insertable foot parts, the foot part 5 is inserted into the insert holder 2 on each side of the machine housing 1 in such a way that the profiles 7 of the insertion surface 6 on the foot part 5 are inserted along the inner surfaces 4 of the recess 3. Due to the weight of the rotating electrical machine together with the wedge effect of the foot parts 5, the foot parts 5 lock automatically, so that they only have to be screwed at the fastening location using screws that are passed through the openings 8.
This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a proper mounting of rotating electrical machines without special fastening media. Furthermore, the foot parts can be used without modifications for all known standard housings.
