La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif portatif pour le traitement d'une partie du corps d'un être humain au moyen d'un fluide conditionné.
Pour certains traitements, notamment ceux des brûlés, I'isolement dans un fluide conditionné est une condition importante pour la survie et la guérison d'un malade.
Des lits destinés au traitement des grands brûlés permettent à ces derniers d'être isolés complètement. " existe également des caissons permettant au brûlé de garder la tête à l'extérieur. Dans d'autres cas, ce sont des locaux qui sont isolés, et le plus souvent, un seul brûlé peut être traité par local.
Ceci justifie le coût élevé de ce type de traitement, mais il est malvenu d'immobiliser un lit spécial ou une chambre particulière pour soigner un malade qui ne présente des brûlures que sur une partie de son corps, par exemple sur un bras ou une jambe.
L'invention a pour but de mettre à disposition des malades ne présentant que des brûlures locales des caissons de faibles dimensions permettant l'isolement d'une partie du corps humain.
Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un caisson dont au moins une portion des parois est transparente, une des parois de ce caisson présentant un orifice pour permettre l'introduction de la partie du corps à traiter dans le caisson et des moyens de fermeture de cet orifice par application élastique d'une garniture souple autour de la partie du corps, ce caisson présentant en outre une porte de visite permettant d'atteindre la partie du corps à traiter, une conduite pour l'amenée du fluide conditionné, et une conduite pour l'évacuation du fluide contenu dans le caisson.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispositif faisant l'objet de l'invention.
Le dispositif représenté est constitué par un caisson 1 présentant dans une de ses parois la un orifice 2 de forme circulaire permettant l'introduction d'une jambe d'un brûlé. Des moyens de fermeture étanche entre le caisson et l'extérieur, autour de la jambe, sont assurés par un diaphragme à iris 10, de préférence en matière plastique.
Ce caisson I présente en outre, dans une autre paroi lb, une porte de visite 3 permettant d'atteindre le membre du patient. A la partie supérieure du caisson, une conduite d'amenée d'oxygène 4, reliée à un débitmètre 5, est destinée à être raccordée à une prise d'oxygène du centre hospitalier. Une conduite 6 permet l'évacuation du fluide contenu dans le caisson.
Les côtés du caisson présentent des crochets 9 sur leur face intérieure, lesdits crochets étant susceptibles de recevoir des bouches 8 dans lesquelles passent des sangles 7. Ces sangles sont destinées à supporter la jambe du brûlé, afin que celle-ci ne repose pas sur le fond du caisson.
Les sangles 7 sont ajustables en longueur, et, en prévoyant plusieurs crochets 9 sur une partie de la longueur des côtés du caisson 1, on peut également disposer les sangles 7 dans plusieurs positions dans la longueur du caisson, afin que la jambe repose de préférence sur des parties non lésées.
On peut prévoir dans les parois du caisson une seconde conduite d'amenée de fluide, notamment d'air chaud, pour des traitements spéciaux.
Les parois du caisson 1 seront de préférence en Plexiglas transparent de 6 à 8 mm d'épaisseur.
On peut prévoir un dispositif permettant l'obturation de la conduite d'évacuation 6 pendant les traitements.
Il est évident qu'en prévoyant quelques modifications, le caisson décrit pourrait être adapté pour recevoir les deux jambes d'un patient ou d'autres parties du corps de celui-ci, par exemple un bras, le bassin ou le thorax. Selon une variante plus économique, une portion seulement d'une paroi du caisson pourrait être en matière transparente.

SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
