Fig. 1 einen zwischen zwei Schalen einer Zweischalenwand angeordneten Anker;
Fig. 2 denselben Anker nach einer Relativbewegung beider Schalen;
A) In der ersten Stufe stellt man einen Rohling, z. B. aus Stahlguss, mit mindestens angenähert H-förmigem Grundriss her, wie es in Fig. 3 links mit unterbrochenen Linien dargestellt ist;
The subject of the main patent is, according to its patent claim I, an anchor for connecting two components that are movable relative to one another, with two anchoring members connected via a compensating part, which is characterized in that the compensating part has a connecting member which is articulated to the anchoring members, as well as according to it Claim II a use of the anchor for fastening the outer shell of a two-shell wall. According to a preferred exemplary embodiment, the anchor has a device for the coaxial alignment of the anchoring members when the anchor is not loaded. The device for coaxial alignment holds the anchor with its anchoring members in the neutral starting position and also brings it back into this position in the unloaded state.
From this neutral starting position, the anchoring links allow the same deflection on all adjustment sides. This prevents the anchor from being displaced in positions of the anchoring links that have already been adjusted. A freshly mounted armature therefore allows an equally large relative movement in all adjustment sides. However, it is disadvantageous that the device for coaxial alignment is a spring element which is arranged in the compensating part and which interacts with stop surfaces on the ends of the anchoring members facing one another. This leads to a complicated design of the anchor and a certain elasticity in the pressure direction.
In a further preferred embodiment, the facing ends of the anchoring members are equipped with spherical segment-shaped heads which are encompassed in the manner of a ball joint by the sleeve-like compensating part, which serves at least in the pulling direction as a fixed stop for the heads which are supported on a support device inside the compensating part. As a result, a practically three-dimensional movement of the anchoring members is possible without stresses being generated in the anchoring members and thus in the structural elements, which ensures damage to both the structural elements and the armature with the maximum possible movement.
However, it is also disadvantageous here that the support device must be designed to be resilient if it is to serve as a device for the coaxial alignment of the anchoring members. This in turn leads to a complicated design of the armature and possibly to a certain partially undesirable elasticity in the pressure direction of the armature.
The object of the invention is to further improve the anchor according to claim I of the main patent in such a way that it can also be used according to claim II of the main patent.
Accordingly, the subject matter of the present invention is: a) an anchor according to claim I of the main patent with a device for the coaxial alignment of the anchoring members with an unloaded anchor, which is characterized in that the device for the coaxial alignment has a contact over the compensating part and adjacent parts of the anchoring members Has plastic shell; and b) the use of the anchor to fasten the outer shell of a double-shell wall.
The design of the device for coaxial alignment as a plastic film, which rests on the compensation part and adjacent parts of the anchoring members, not only leads to a particularly simple and thus cost-saving design of the anchor, but also protects the articulated connection of the anchoring members with the compensation part, e.g. B.
against corrosion. Furthermore, this design enables the anchoring members to be supported in the compensating part in an absolutely rigid manner, even in the pressure direction. The plastic cover can be applied, for example, by spraying.
However, it is preferably shrunk on. It is of particular advantage if the plastic casing is made rubber-elastic.
The plastic casing as a device for coaxial pushing now also makes it possible to design the ends of the anchoring members facing one another as spherical heads which are mounted in hollow spherical sockets of the compensating part. The compensation part can now also be formed in one piece. This leads to a design that is also rigid in the pressure direction of the armature, and also to an increase in the forces that can be transmitted and to a further simplification of the armature.
Embodiments of the anchor according to the invention are described in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows schematically and in part:
1 shows an anchor arranged between two shells of a two-shell wall;
2 shows the same anchor after a relative movement of the two shells;
3 shows, on a larger scale, the armature of FIG. 1 in longitudinal section; and
FIG. 4 shows a second anchor in a representation similar to that in FIG. 3.
1 and 2, an anchor is clamped between two components 2 and 3, which in the present case are two shells of a two-shell wall. The anchor contains anchoring members 4, 4a with which it is fastened in the shells, as well as a compensation part 5, which connects the anchoring members 4, 4a to one another and allows the relative movement of the shells without any bending stress.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, the compensating part 5 is a one-piece component, e.g. B. made of steel, which is practically rigid against compressive stress in its longitudinal direction, and forms the coupling for two ball joints.
The two anchoring members 4, 4a have spherical heads 11, 11a at the ends facing one another, which are rotatably mounted in spherical socket-shaped recesses 18 of the compensating part and can be pivoted to a certain extent. The entire compensating part 5 and the adjacent sections of the anchoring members 4, 4a are surrounded by a sleeve 19 made of rubber-elastic material.
This biases the entire anchor with the anchoring members 4, 4a in the shown coaxial position. The sheath 19 thus acts as an alignment device which ensures that the anchor is in its basic position, i. H. with anchoring members aligned coaxially to one another, so that the shells 2, 3 can be moved in all directions transversely to the axis of the anchor. The shells can move against each other by preferably at least 5 mm parallel to the wall plane without bending stresses occurring in the anchoring members 4, 4a. The compensation part is preferably designed in such a way that the armature is stiff in its longitudinal direction when subjected to compressive stress, so that resonance vibrations are prevented from occurring, at least in a low vibration range to which such an armature could be exposed during its use.
The second anchor of FIG. 4 differs from the anchor of FIGS. 1 to 3 mainly in that the housing 107 is tubular, which makes it possible to insert a rigid support device 117 or a longitudinally resilient core such as z. B. a rubber spring, a hollow spring or a helical compression spring arranged with two dash-dotted lines.
The method of manufacture and operation is in principle the same as in the case of the anchor of FIG. 1. It should only be pointed out in addition that such a stress-free inserted core during flanging, ie. H. during the formation of the end walls 108, because of the resulting shortening of the compensating part 105, which is desirable for many practical cases. Finally, it should be pointed out that the head 11a of the anchoring member 104a, as shown on the right-hand side of FIG. 4, can not be fully spherical, but only hemispherical. Then the support device 117 or the core must be resilient so that the anchoring member can deflect. The interaction of the hemispherical head and the resilient core then acts as a support for the device for the coaxial alignment of the anchoring members.
For components that are only movable relative to one another in one direction, an anchor is also sufficient, the connecting member of which is connected to the anchoring members via a simple joint. In this case, too, there is expediently a device for the coaxial alignment of the anchoring members when the anchor is unloaded.
The manufacture of the anchor of Fig. 1 to 3 is very simple and I can do it in three stages:
A) In the first stage, a blank, e.g. B. made of cast steel, with at least approximately an H-shaped plan, as shown in Fig. 3 on the left with broken lines;
B) In the second stage, after the insertion of the ball heads 11, 11a, end sections of the blank are crimped inwards in such a way that an annular stop 8 is created at each end. In this way, the connecting member 6 of the compensating part 5 is formed; and
C) The third stage consists in that a plastic sleeve in the form of a tube 19 is shrunk or sprayed on over the ball joint pair formed in this way and the two adjacent sections of the anchoring members 4, 4a.
To reduce the difference in thickness, a compensating ring 9 has previously been pushed over the adjacent section of the anchoring member 4 on the left in FIG. Such a compensation ring 9 has at most the same outer diameter as the compensation part 5 and can be made of any material, such as. B. made of the same material as the plastic sleeve 19.
