On sait combien est traditionnelle la vente à l'emporter d'aliments prêts à la consommation, dans les manifestations populaires, les grands magasins, sur les plages, les marchés, voire dans la rue.
Ces aliments sont en général des frites, des saucisses, des chips, de la purée de pommes de terre, etc., que l'on mange accompagnés d'une sauce moutarde, mayonnaise, ketchup ou autre.
Les marchands de tels aliments les vendent sur des supports, tels que des assiettes ou de simples feuilles de carton ou papier à jeter après usage, sur lesquels l'aliment et la sauce sont placés côte à côte et que le consommateur tient entre le pouce et l'index.
Malheureusement, ces supports ne sont ni pratiques - la sauce n'étant pas contenue se répand et risque de couler pardessus bord en provoquant des dégâts - ni hygiéniques - le pouce baignant généralement dans la sauce.
L'objet de la présente invention est un récipient pour aliments prêts à la consommation, du genre frites et mayonnaise, qui ne présente aucun des inconvénients susmentionnés et qui, de plus, peut être avantageusement utilisé comme support publicitaire.
Ce récipient est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par un cornet, que l'on peut tenir dans une main, et qui présente au moins deux compartiments distincts destinés à recevoir les divers aliments.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention destiné plus spécialement à la vente à l'emporter de frites et de mayonnaise.

Le cornet représenté est constitué par un corps conique creux 10 et par une coquille 11 en matière plastique moulés formés d'une pièce. Ce corps 10 et la coquille 11 formant saucière constituent deux compartiments distincts destinés à recevoir respectivement les frites et la mayonnaise.
Le corps 10 présente à sa base une partie striée 12 permettant une bonne préhension du cornet, et porte au-dessus de cette partie striée une inscription publicitaire 13.
Pour la fabrication, le transport, le rangement et le stockage, les cornets sont empilés.
L'invention n'est évidemment pas limitée à la forme d'exécution représentée au dessin.
En particulier, la forme du cornet pourrait être différente, par exemple de section quadrangulaire, ovale, etc.
D'autre part, on pourrait prévoir des formes d'exécution comportant plus de deux compartiments, par exemple en moulant d'une seule piéce deux ou plusieurs cornets tels que celui représenté au dessin. Enfin, le cornet pourrait être réalisé en carton, papier, feuille métallique, etc.
REVENDICATION
Récipient pour aliments destinés à être consommés sur le lieu de vente, tels que frites, saucisses, etc., accompagnés de sauce moutarde, mayonnaise, etc., caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par un cornet que l'on peut tenir d'une main, présentant au moins deux compartiments distincts.

We know how traditional the take-away sale of ready-to-eat food is, at popular events, department stores, on beaches, markets, and even in the streets.
These foods are generally fries, sausages, crisps, mashed potatoes, etc., which are eaten with mustard sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup or other.
The merchants of such foods sell them on supports, such as plates or simple sheets of cardboard or disposable paper, on which the food and the sauce are placed side by side and which the consumer holds between the thumb and the index.
Unfortunately, these supports are neither practical - the sauce not being contained spreads and risks to run overboard causing damage - nor hygienic - the thumb generally bathed in the sauce.
The object of the present invention is a container for ready-to-eat foods, of the fries and mayonnaise type, which does not have any of the aforementioned drawbacks and which, moreover, can be advantageously used as an advertising medium.
This container is characterized by the fact that it consists of a cone, which can be held in one hand, and which has at least two separate compartments intended to receive the various foods.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention intended more especially for the take-out sale of fries and mayonnaise.

The horn shown is constituted by a hollow conical body 10 and by a molded plastic shell 11 formed integrally. This body 10 and the shell 11 forming a gravy boat constitute two separate compartments intended to receive the fries and the mayonnaise respectively.
The body 10 has at its base a striated part 12 allowing a good grip of the horn, and bears above this striated part an advertising inscription 13.
For manufacturing, transport, storage and storage, the cones are stacked.
The invention is obviously not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawing.
In particular, the shape of the horn could be different, for example of quadrangular section, oval, etc.

4. Container according to claim, characterized in that it comprises several cones formed in one piece by molding.
