The invention relates to a piece of furniture, in particular a desk, with a pull-out part that is mounted in longitudinal guides of the piece of furniture, a stop attached to the pull-out part and an abutment being provided on the furniture.
For example, in the case of desks, pull-out boards, drawers or similar pull-out parts already have a pull-out safety device, which essentially consists of a stop attached to the pull-out part and an abutment for this stop attached to the desk. Such pull-out safeguards are, however, still relatively expensive to manufacture, assemble and handle. The object is therefore to create a piece of furniture provided with a pull-out part. in which an easy-to-manufacture and easy-to-use pull-out safety device is provided, which is easy to use, particularly with regard to its unlocking.
The solution according to the invention consists in that at least one longitudinal guide is provided in one piece made of plastic and is provided with a tongue that protrudes into the guide against the pull-out direction and serves as an abutment, such that the tongue can be approximated by means of a simple office item such as a pencil a guide wall aligned or at least bent back against this release position is adjustable.
Such a guide rail made of plastic is particularly inexpensive to manufacture and practically does not require any additional work on the furniture. Furthermore, the position of the pull-out protection is precisely specified, so that pull-out boards, drawers, etc. Like. Pull-out parts can be pulled out to a desired maximum pull-out position without additional adjustments being required during assembly or afterwards. Nevertheless, if necessary, easy opening of the fuse with the aid of a simple and ubiquitous office item, e.g. B.
by means of a pencil, so that the pull-out board, the drawer or the like pull-out parts can be completely removed from the furniture if necessary.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a pull-out part in plan view in a desk shown in partial view,
2 shows the pull-out part with stop in a perspective view,
3 shows a longitudinal guide of the desk for a pull-out part in the region of a tongue of a pull-out safety device according to the section line III-III in FIG. 4,
FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the longitudinal guide according to FIG. 3
FIG. 5 shows a front view of the longitudinal guide according to the viewing direction E in FIG. 3,
6 shows the longitudinal guide according to FIGS. 3 to 5 mounted in an associated desk section and in the area of a pull-out part also shown in the section with a stop, both in the viewing direction shown in FIG.
7 shows the pull-out protection in the functional position as well
Fig.
8 the pull-out lock in the open position, the tongue being pressed into a release position with the aid of a pencil.
1 shows a pull-out part 1 and the insertion area 2 of a desk 3 provided for this purpose.
Fig. 2 shows the pull-out part 1 separately and in perspective. Here, a stop 5 is attached in the rear of its longitudinal guide 4. This stop 5 is shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 in side view and in longitudinal section.
3 to 5 show the end area of a U-shaped guide rail 6, which is provided with a protruding tongue 7, the free end 9 of which is directed against the pull-out direction, ie towards the rear wall of the insertion area 2. This tongue 7 is formed by a U-shaped cutout 8 in the transverse web 6 a of the guide rail 6.
In Figs. 6 and 7, the tongue pushes with its free protruding end 9 against the stop 5. This is provided in FIGS. 1, 7 and 8 with a rubber sleeve 10, which acts as a shock and noise absorber when tongue 7 and Stop 5 is used. At the same time, the tongue 7 made of plastic is spared, since its impact at the stop 5 is resiliently cushioned.
In FIG. 8 it can be seen that the tongue 7 is longer than the conical pencil tip 11, namely approximately twice as long as this. It can also be seen in this figure that the tongue 7 is arranged close to the outer edge 12 of the desk 3 and can therefore easily be pushed away by a shorter pencil 14.
The tongue 7 is inevitably pushed out of its functional position according to FIG. 7 by the shaft 13 of the pencil 14 when the distance D between the associated sides of the guide rail 6 and the longitudinal guide 4 corresponds to the diameter d of the shaft 13 of a conventional pencil 14 or the like. Office supplies is coordinated. As a result, the latter is able to force the tongue 7 into a position shown in FIG. 8, which is at least partially sunk into the transverse web 6a of the guide rail 6, which acts as a guide wall, so that the stop 5 can be conveniently pulled over the tongue 7 when the pull-out part 1 is pulled out can. Here, the pencil or the like. Office supplies are inevitably transported to the outside and released there.
Since a perforation 15 for receiving an anchoring pin 16 can be made at a predetermined distance L from the outer edge 12, the distance between the tongue 7 and this outer edge 12 is constant, even with larger quantities. As a result, pull-out safeguards consisting of tongue 7 and stop 5 can be arranged on the two longitudinal guides 4 of a pull-out part 1, which practically prevent this pull-out part 1 from tilting in its pulled-out position.
